We named this fabulous luxury Paris apartment 'Pauillac' after its namesake wine region, considered to be the best appellation of Bordeaux! Pauillac wines have a lot of body and an opulent bouquet of blackcurrant and cedar. As you'll see in the following pictures, our rental features an array of lavish furniture and appointments that are rich in style and comfort and displayed in opulent light. As pleasing as the wine is to the palate, our Pauillac apartment pleases the eye and gladdens the rest of your senses. Pauillac's total renovation has resulted in a Parisian residence that reminds you of this city's romantic past while providing thoroughly modern amenities that are sure to delight.

Nothing says Paris more than the Eiffel Tower, and you can toast your arrival in the City of Light with a glass of wine and a front row view when she bursts into thousands of glittering halogen lights at dusk. Most visitors to Paris only get to view the Tower's show if they make a point of being in the neighborhood when she bursts to life, but all you'll have to do is glance out one of the two sets of French doors in the living room.

Living here also puts you close to the Champ de Mars gardens, romantic Seine river, lively open markets and many of Paris' most famous landmarks including Ecole Militaire, the Invalides and the Musée Rodin.

The gorgeous red curtain can be drawn across the living room at night for the privacy of those using the sofa's convertible single beds. And, it might just be the best sleeping accommodation in the apartment, given the view of the Eiffel Tower. Those fortunate enough to sleep here can rest assured of a good night's sleep, since the glass in the French doors are double-paned and the curtains are lined to keep out the light.

For your entertainment there is a flat-screen TV that receives CNN, BBC, and other English news channels plus a dual-standard DVD player and CD player. We also provide free, high-speed wireless internet access - great for checking your emails or researching the museums you plan to visit. Of course, you'll also find an assortment of guidebooks so there's no need to bring them from home.

No detail was spared in designing the kitchen, as evidenced by the full-size refrigerator and freezer hidden behind the two largest cupboard doors shown on the right.

However, as beautiful as this kitchen is, it's true worth can only be realized if you dive in and use it after visiting the many open markets and convenient stores in the neighborhood. Dining out is a lot of fun, but when you consider the expense of three meals a day for six people over a week's time, doesn't our Pauillac Paris vacation condo with it's kitchen and dining area make a lot of economic sense when you compare it to staying at a hotel and eating out every meal?

In addition, we provide all of the utensils, dishware, and linens needed to prepare gourmet meals and entertain in style.

The main bathroom of our Pauillac Paris vacation condo is decorated in large polished beige tile accented with a mosaic relief in small brown tile. Recessed halogen lights showcase the dual white porcelain, the full-size bathtub with both fixed and flexible showerheads, and the modern toilet. Like the en-suite bathroom, it features a large mirrored medicine cabinet and plenty of storage space.

We know our guests look forward to a little spa treatment after a long day of sightseeing, and this bathroom certainly fits the bill. With an 80-gallon hot water heater, the largest available in Paris, there�ll be plenty of hot water for everybody, so stretch out in the tub for a good long soak or enjoy a long hot shower. Then wrap yourself in one of the many plush white cotton towels we provide after you've warmed it up on the heated towel rack.

Our Pauillac Paris vacation apartment features a separate room for the toilet, commonly referred to as a water closet (WC), conveniently in the hallway that leads to the back bedrooms. It features a modern toilet and a small wall-mounted white porcelain sink, and has been beautifully finished with a decorative tiled mosaic floor. WCs are a great Parisian amenity and very convenient, as they free up other bathrooms, especially when everyone is preparing to go out.

The Champs de Mars park offers four different playgrounds
Just a few steps away from our Pauillac luxury apartment is Champs de Mars park, where there are plenty of attractions to keep the children entertained. The park offers four different playgrounds, a merry go round, and even bicycle rentals. On some days you may find peddle car courses set up for the little ones or even pony rides. It's also a great place for adults to stroll or jog, and there are acres of beautiful grass to picnic on!

You'll only have to step outside the building of our Pauillac Paris vacation apartment to satisfy your most decadent culinary desires. Rue de Grenelle and nearby rue Cler are lined with quaint shops offering a variety of local specialty goods. Paris experiences only so much sunshine because it's a northern European city, and a great many apartments are shaded by surrounding buildings.
