Situated in the 7th arrondissement, on the left bank of the Seine River, this beautiful apartment is located just around the corner from the famous rue Cler market street, on avenue Bosquet. It’s unquestionably one of the nicest neighborhoods in Paris and surrounded by cafés, shops, restaurants and open markets.

With two luxurious bedrooms and two bathrooms, our Beaune apartment is perfect for your home in Paris, where owners enjoy a month in Paris every year. The apartment has been beautifully remodeled, featuring a stunning living room and French kitchen/dining room that overlooks a tree-lined boulevard and the Eiffel Tower. Both bedrooms boast peaceful courtyard views with installed air conditioning for warmer nights. Located in one of our favorite neighborhoods, in the 7th arrondissement, on Paris' Left Bank, you’re surrounded by cafés, boutiques, restaurants and open-air markets. In the Beaune, you'll enjoy the best of the city during your time in Paris.

Fractional/Shared Ownership:

We launched Beaune in response to numerous requests for a larger shared ownership home in Paris, where owners can stay in their own luxury home and have enough space to invite others. The two bedroom, two bathroom Beaune was the answer! Take a video tour of this fabulous apartment!

Ownership is divided into 13 shares which includes four weeks each year. This is NOT a timeshare property or vacation club. You physically own part of the apartment, meaning you participate in the real estate value of the apartment; your shares are fully deeded and can be sold or passed on to loved ones.

The only other cost is a reasonable annual fee. This fee includes everything and is the lowest in the industry. It covers all building charges, utilities, service, cleaning and maintenance – even a reserve fund for future works. It’s the most reasonably priced way to stay in Paris: four weeks per year for less than the cost of a few nights in a five-star hotel. We’re proud to say that the Beaune has sold out. • Open-Air Fruit & Vegetable Markets (2-7 min): Pont de l'Alma is a seven minute walk and has the largest open market in Paris every Saturday morning. Rue Cler is one block away (2 min walk) and is among the best and most famous shopping streets for food in Paris.
• Champ de Mars Park (7 min): Walk, jog, hire a bike or play in one of the playgrounds; throw some hoops, watch the puppet theater or just sit and enjoy Parisian life and the beautiful gardens.
