Stuffing for the Christmas Turkey



500g sausage meat
100g speck
100g chestnuts
100g cubed apple or cranberries (halved) or both


  1. Mix the ingredients together
  2. Put in serving dish in the oven until cooked through (time will depend on whether you have potatoes in the oven).  Alternatively form into little balls of stuffing and place around the ham while it is cooking.
