"My family (2 adults and 3 children; 17,13,11) just returned from Paris having stayed at Paris Perfect's Marsannay rental for over a week. The apartment is just as it was described with an excellent location and beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. There were an abudance of restaurants within a short walk as well as markets just around the corner to stock your refrigerator and pantry. It was wonderful to have central air conditioning in all of the rooms. Bathrooms were clean and updated. The showers were strong and there was plenty of hot water for our entire family. There are only 2 things for potential renters to be aware of. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a winding staircase. There is a single person elevator that functions well, just not big enough (or allowed) for two. We liked taking the stairs as some additional exercise. There were only a few stations of TV in English and they were business channels. We would occasionally find a channel were you could change the language to English. It would be nice to have the option to upgrade the TV service to include other channels in your own language. Also, the TV in the master bedroom was only connected to a DVD player...no cable TV. The only TV with cable was in the living room. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay in the Marsannay. It is no more than a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower or the Seine River. It is approximately 15 minutes to the Champs Elysees. I would recommend the Marsannay and Paris Perfect for anyone looking for a place to stay in Paris."

"I would highly recommend Paris Perfect as well as the beautiful Cognac apartment. When we arrived we were greeted by a representative of Paris Perfect who gave us a great overview of the apartment as well as the city. We also received cheese and crackers and wine which allowed us to have a brief snack and get settled. The view from the apartment balcony of the Eiffel Tower is spectacular! You never get tired of the view. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. We had six people in the apartment, but it could have easily accommodated eight. We are already planning our next trip of which we will definitely want to stay in this apartment!"

"My family has recently returned from our first trip to Paris, and we could not have been happier with our apartment obtained through Paris Perfect! Everything was truly magnificent-- the apartment was just as described, well furnished, well decorated, and absolutely spotless. The private cab driver provided by Victor was professional and on time, the greeter who met us at the apartment was courteous, friendly and provided a thoughtful welcome basket. The location could not have been better with an amazing Eiffel Tower view, roughly a block from a Metro and RER stop, with cafes and a wonderful boulangerie just down the street! The availability of the staff, with office hours daily, provided peace of mind in case we did need additional assistance as first time visitors to Paris. I would not hesitate to book an apartment again and I will definitely recommend Paris Perfect to friends traveling to Paris in the future!"

"My daughter-in-law, 12 year old granddaughter and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Beaujolais. We loved the neighborhood, the restaurants and the proximity to Rue Cler. After touring in many other arrondissements, we really appreciated the serenity and beauty of the 7th. The apartment was exactly as advertised, lovely, surprisingly quiet and well equipped. "Loved this apartment! We were on a whirlwind trip of three cities in two weeks and we were able to create a short-stay at the St. Emilion. Of the three cities we visited, Paris was definitely our favorite and the apartment had a lot to do with that. Being able to get up each morning and walk to Rue Cler to gather our bread, pastries, meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables for the day. Unfortunately, the restaurant specializing in duck that was just down the street was closed for the month as were the butchers in Rue Cler that the owners recommended. Note to self for future visits! Location could NOT have been better (sipping champagne and watching the Tower twinkle at night from the living room??) and the apartment was well equipped. Will definitely return to Paris and rent St. Emilion again!"

"The apartment was even better than what I had imagined. I must admit I was a bit skeptical when the description listed a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Sitting in the living room watching the lights twinkle on the Tower was priceless. We could even see the elevators as they went up and down. The apartment was fabulous...clean, beautiful, luxurious, well-equipped. The location was perfect for us, as well. A morning jog at the Eiffel Tower park was followed by a stroll down the street to find fresh pastries to take back to the apartment. The staff was a wealth of information and very easily accessible. I experienced nothing negative with the facility or the personell. I will most definitely use Paris Perfect when planning my next adventure."

"Our experience in the Chambertain was as pleasant and magic as I was expecting. The apartment was so welcoming and clean and we felt at home since the very beginning. The bedroom with its own bathroom provided the magic, due to the nice look and the stunning view of the Eiffel tower. The location is another must, as you have the tower and the Seine extremely close. It`s an upscale neighborhood and I recommend a stroll on some streets like Rue de Grenelle and Rue Saint-Dominique as well as researching on very good restaurants nearby. All this at walking distance. I could definitely stay in this apartment again in my next Paris holidays."

"Location,location,location. We so enjoyed our very comfortable stay (2 adults, 3 teenagers) in the Romanee apartment. It was our first trip to Paris and the location couldn't be beat. We were central to everything we wanted to do. Wonderful restaurants nearby and close to the metro. The convenience of having a washer/dryer and full kitchen made the trip so much more manageable. I mean no one wants to do laundry on vacation but if you have a view of the Eiffel tower while doing it you really can't complain. I would highly recommend this apartment and Paris Perfect. They were very easy to work with, super professional and took good care of us."

"We loved our stay at the Volnay with Paris Perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and fantastically appointed. We particularly loved the Nespresso machine. Even the few minor things that we thought were missing, turned out to be in a different drawer or cabinet.
Not the least expensive place you could stay, but certainly one of the best. We loved it. We will definitely be back and will recommend Paris Perfect to all our friends."

"Our stay in the Merlot apartment was everything we hoped for and more! It was a perfect apartment for my daughter, my niece, my stepmother and myself to live a true Parisian experience. The Paris Perfect office was wonderful and the information provided to us helped us find the best restaurants, markets and boutiques in the area. The neighborhood was quiet, conveniently located and full of French charm. Our encounters with the local merchants were wonderful. We will never forget our beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. I was happy to share my love of the French culture with my family in such a beautiful setting and hope to return soon!"

"we stayed at the Margaux apartment for 9 days in July. The wraparound balcony has to be seen to be believed. This is a phenomenal place and entirely lived up to our expectations. The views of the Eiffel Tower are amazing, including the incomparable 35 minute fireworks show on Bastille day. The apartment is very comfortable, bathrooms are great, and it accommodated 6 adults very easily. It's hard to imagine a nicer apartment. The weather during our stay was not warm so we did not have reason to test the air conditioning. The Paris Perfect team does a great job ensuring their guests have what they need. This was our second stay with them."
