"We returned this week from a 10 day stay in the Cognac aprtment on the Rue de Grenelle, about a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. As a prelude to my comments on the apartment, I have to state how flawless and helpful the Paris Perfect staff were in recommending apartments that fitted our vacation schedule (although it is hard to believe that any apartment could have been better than Cognac), communicating the details for meeting with the Paris Perfect staff at the apartment, and recommending a wonderful cab service for the trip to and from the airport. The Cognac apartment was perfect for the two us with a large living room with comfortable furniture and French doors leading to a balcony with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night. The apartment possessed all the modern conveniences including a full kitchen, modern bathrooms, high ceilings, comfortable bedrooms and an immense amount of closet space. We had dinner out 6 nights and there were at least 10 first rate restaurants within a ten to fifteen minute walk from the apartment. For the nights that we ate in our apartment, we had delightful choices just within our block among butchers, a green grocer, a cheese monger, a boulangerie/patisserie, and two wine stores. Grocery stores were close by along with a frozen food store that sold high quality prepared meals. The apartment was located close to a metro stop and the primarily residential area of the 7th arrondisement was very attractive. When, not if, we return to Paris and use Paris Perfect, it will be difficult not to choose Cognac again. It was a 5 star experience."

"My family of 4 (myself, my husband and 2 daughters, ages 16 and 20) stayed at the Calvados apartment in early March, and all I can say is WOW! Talk about location! You are right in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, under the shadow of the Eiffel Tower and just a short walk from the Seine! We didn't use public transportation that much, simply because we found Paris to be such a walkable city, but I can say that the #69 bus and RER C are close by. The apartment is close to rue Cler, an incredible and not-to-be-missed market street. And you MUST go to one (or all!) of the incredibly fantastic restaurants on rue St-Dominque! Definitely take the recommendations on the Paris Perfect website when it comes to restaurants and cafes! When we return to Paris (and we will!!) we will most assuredly rent with Paris Perfect again!"

"What a wonderful apartment. I traveled with two close friends to visit my daughter who was studying in Paris. Although I had never been to Paris, my friends were both frequent guests. We had all found the apartment to be wonderful. The location is perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and charming. The staff was very professional, and helpful. I would definitely rent again from ParisPerfect."

"The apartment is very well located, just a couple of blocks from the Louvre Museum. Is closer to everything, so just walking we can visit the main attractions of this beautiful city. The apartment is nice, very well decorated in a classic style. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 clean and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is elegant and luminous, and the dining room very comfortable. Nevertheless we spent the whole day visiting Paris, it was a pleasure to come back in the evening to rest, hear music or just share the experiences of a busy day, feeling at home. We were very happy renting this apartment, and we recommend it in a 100%."

"This apartment certainly lives up to its name: "Paris Perfect." Everything was exactly that, perfect. We had 4 adults and 3 children; there was plently of space for everyone. Some of the amenities I never thought I would use suddenly became very important. When there was a problem with my ATM card, I was able to call my bank stateside and correct it. The kitchen had everything I needed to provide meals for the family. The laundry was a godsend. There was plenty of hot water and bathrooms for the comfort of all. And, the beds were fine. The location was incomparable. The Eiffle Tower was an easy stroll, while Notre Dame and the Louvre were also walkable. Paris Perfect seems to think of everything you might need even before you realize you need it. I highly recommend Paris Perfect for the price and quality of their apartments."

Upon our arrival, Sam-our greeter, was so welcoming and a wealth of information ! No detail was overlooked all of the way down to the beautiful water bottles in the refrigerator! "My wife and I had a wonderful week in Paris staying at the Paris Perfect apartment. It was so nice to have an apartment to come home to -- not just at the end of the day, but anytime throughout the day! We truely felt like we were living in Paris instead of tourists with a tiny hotel room. The apartment was professionally decorated, with updated bathrooms and kitchen. And the location in 7th arrondisement couldn't be any better with so many great restaurants, boulongeries, patisseries, and fromageries within blocks to choose from! Can't wait to return..."

"J'aime Paris et Maubert!! We found the apartment lovely and wonderful for the five of us (all "older" adults). We had four day Paris Passes and really used the "hop on, hop off" red buses. The bakery across the street and the market were just Paris Perfect! Every Parisean we met were very nice and helpful. We took a private tour to Normandy that was so special. Everything was wonderful! We hope to be back!"

"We loved our time our Volnay! It is the perfect location, bustling with activity yet quiet in the apartment. The bus stop and taxi stands are convenient, and the shops along rue st Dominique are the quintessential elements that give this part of the 7th its village feel. Our kitchen was outfitted with all the utensils we needed for a couple of dinner parties we had, and the internet and television worked flawlessly. We were so happy with our apartment and will definitely rent Volnay the next time we are in Paris. The only criticism is that the light on our floor outside the elevator was not working, but we forgot to notify anyone about it. Thank you for such an amazing 10 days!!"

"Very last minute we found out about Paris Perfect and cancelled our 4 star hotel booking. We stayed in the Moselle apartment for 6 nights and we really enjoyed it! It was romantic, comfortable and perfect location.
Everything was as we could have hoped for. The staff is very helpful and the Paris guide that comes with the apartment was brilliant. The elevator was though quite small, fits only 2 persons and our stroller (quite big graco trekko) and baby car seat almost did not fit into the elevator. But compared to everything, it was such a minor thing that it did not bother us. We would recommend the apartment and Paris Perfect anytime!
Sometimes when you book a hotel, the pictures on the website is nothing like reality, here that's not the case. Looks nice on pictures, and it really is nice!"

"Our family of 5 had the pleasure of staying in the Margaux apartment for 8 nights in February. Everything has been thought out in the apartment - it lacks for nothing. All of the beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms are modern work well, the linens were of high quality. We enjoyed standing on our balcony to watch the lights of the Eiffel Tower come up before heading out to dinner. Sam, our greeter, was friendly and patient with our questions. I would highly recommend Paris Perfect, and look forward to staying again soon in the future!"

"The name "Paris Perfect" sums it all up. Beaujolais was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Let's start with LOCATION: great street; close to terrific markets, amazing food shops/bakeries, incredible restaurants, and central Metro/RER stations. And the Eiffel Tower. My wife would always steal the prime seat at the dining table for the breathtaking view. The APARTMENT: perfectly appointed; everything was considered; great layout, design, and not only two baths, but two toilets! You did not feel like you were living in someone else's apartment...it felt like your own. The STAFF: everyone we interacted with at PP was so helpful, passionate, and eager to make the experience great. They could not have done a better job! And we were even happy about the SEASON: don't be afraid to try Paris in the Winter. I can't think of a moment where we waited in a line!
I would recommend this apartment, as well as Paris Perfect, to anyone!"

"For the absolute perfect Valentine's day we chose the Volnay apartment. It was the most adorable, clean, romantic apartment! We watched what I liked to call the, 'Twinkle Light Show' of the Eiffel Tower every night from the living room and even chose to sleep in the living room a couple of nights just for the view! It was a great location, the Eiffel Tower is literally, right around the corner from the apartment, and there is a taxi stand right across the street. We were greatly surprised to find that the apartment had free WiFi and telephone calls to the US. This was wonderful because we were able to keep in contact with our family easily, as this was the first time we left our 12 month old daughter. I feel this is a far superior option to a hotel. It was really a experience to live as a Parisian!"

"We loved our stay in Paris and our apartment was perfect for our family. Our accommodations were well decorated, rooms were huge, and the Paris Perfect staff was extremely helpful. The location was near most restaurants recommended by Rick Steves and very near the museums and market. The master bedroom and living room had beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. We have stayed at Paris Perfect apartments for two visits to Paris. Everything was easily booked on-line, a staff member met us at the apartment when we arrived, and answered all questions we had.
