Beautiful Home Away From Home
I cannot tell you enough about how much my family enjoyed the Lalande apartment. The view of the Eiffel Tower is stunning, and it is perfect for a small family who does not want to rent two separate hotel rooms. It is conveniently located near the École Militaire metro station and is an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler Market. The washer and drier is another huge benefit you take for granted. I would 100% stay here again. Only note: the elevator is very small (sometimes only fitting one person and barely one bag) and the stairs to the upper floor of the apartment are steep, curved, and probably not the best for the elderly. Other than those two minor things, this apartment, with that view from the living room, is amazing!

Perfect Location
We loved our stay at Saumur. It was perfect for 2 traveling companions wanting a little privacy and the option of a small kitchen. Since the weather was wintry, we could not enjoy but appreciated the darling balcony. The apartment was very well fitted with all we could need. Best of all is the location on Rue Cler for easy beginning of day and end of day meals in the charming restaurants. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure to spend a week at Rose de Loire and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Spotless, stylish and perfectly located. Beautiful space, comfortable, charming and well equipped with thoughtful touches that made me feel at home. I highly recommend this property for its comfort and convenience. I can't wait to return.

Wonderful Time
We had a wonderful time staying at the Margaux apartment. It was the perfect place for our group of 6 and gave us plenty of space to spread out. Our only issue was the lack of heat in the back bedroom and bathroom but it was dealt with immediately. Thank you - we look forward to staying in a Paris Perfect apartment again in the future.

My husband and I stayed at the Forez flat for two weeks and we enjoyed every bit of it. We felt the location was absolutely perfect and the flat is conveniently located. We are certain that when we return to Paris we will be booking the same accommodation.

We Didn't Want To Leave
Maranges was perfect. We loved this cozy yet spacious spot in the 6th. It's very quiet from any neighborhood noise, well appointed, clean, and the location couldn't be better. Local contact was fantastic and very helpful. Take his restaurant recommendations - we LOVED Chez Fernand especially! We had a bit of trouble working the induction cooktop (user error, we're guessing), so make sure to ask for clear instructions and perhaps a demo. But truly - I will absolutely look to book Maranges again for future trips back to Paris.

So Nice!
Transportation to/from the apartment and CDG was effortless and professional using Vac Perfect drivers. A little pricey but worth it as you can just turn your brain off and let them take care of the door to door service and arrival update calls to the property greeter. The property is well appointed and a perfect location with everything you need right outside your door on Rue Cler. Shower has great water pressure and sofa bed was comfortable for our teenage son.

I spent two weeks at Monbazillac and was so sorry to leave. You enter into the bedroom, which is like a hotel room with bed, storage for clothes and bathroom (two toilets and a shower). Then up a winding staircase and voila, a beautiful living room with dining table and kitchen. Alas because it was cold and rainy a lot of the time I was there, I didn't use the balcony, but I could imagine myself sitting out there, enjoying the triangular park below. Great location -- easy walk to left and right banks. I loved Restaurant Paul, just steps away. I can't say enough about Paris Perfect -- clean, safe, well-situated apartments, responsive management; I previously stayed in the 7th. You know you're in good hands. I'm already planning my return trip.

Highly Recommend
Place is great. If you want an Eiffel Tower view then this is it! Also close to the Seine river and bus stop. It was larger than we needed and certainly in more of a tourist area than we originally chose, but we had an apartment that was booked for 8 months cancel on us at the last minute. We were lucky to get an apartment this nice on such short notice. Paris Perfect was indeed perfect to deal with and I will use them again in the future. You could have 3 couples in there easily as it has 3 bathrooms and the rooms are spacious and would make it more economical. I highly recommend the company and the apartment.

A Dream!
This place was a dream! We are a family of five, three kids under 9 & the kids were in awe of seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is safe and a block from the a Eiffel Tower. The rooms worked for our smaller children and the petite elevator was a life saver.

Lovely Stay!
This apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to ‘live like a local!” It’s so close to Rue Cler, which we love for great food and shops. We brought our kids and grandkids and used the living room as a third bedroom. It’s so easy to set up! The only drawback was that the doors blocking that area off were glass French doors so they do not provide complete privacy. Other than that, it was perfection!

This apartment most definitely lived up to its name. This is our 8th stay with Paris Perfect and I highly recommend them. All the apartments are impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and well outfitted. You can’t beat the 7th Arrondissement location and especially this building for cafes, patisseries, restaurants, grocery, shops including wine shops, pharmacy, taxi and bus stops, and of course the 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. We walked every evening after dinner and always felt safe as there are many people out and about. The apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful even though Paris is bustling outside your windows. It’s a smart layout for a two bedroom 575 square foot apartment and very comfortable for a girls trip of two. The second bedroom is open to the living room, pocket doors close for privacy and this bedroom is surprisingly spacious. If you’re wondering what the layout of the closet is in the second bedroom (I did) it’s three shelves and an ample space for hanging with lots of wooden hangers, it’s a very tall cupboard but accessible. The main bedroom has plenty of storage space. Two floor to ceiling windows in the apartment that look out onto the Eiffel Tower, comfortable beds, very nice linens, great shower and a very small but well equipped kitchen. There’s an app to open and close the apartment door as well as the inner foyer door downstairs, the main outside door to the building (at the sidewalk) is opened with a code on the keypad which I prefer especially if you’re carrying packages etc. At first we thought the app might be awkward because we’ve always had keys and a fob in the past but it was very easy to use. The app is actually a benefit, the morning we checked out I left my Parisian trench coat hanging on the back of the door and was able to re-enter to retrieve it vs in the past you leave the keys on the dining table. Overall, a beautiful space to come home to after enjoying a day in Paris. Merci Paris Perfect for another great stay!

A Charmer
We were very pleased with Saint Romain and with the service we received from Paris Perfect. Rue Cler is an absolute gem and having a balcony, even in November , was a bonus. We had several very warm days and we sat out and enjoyed the view of the glorious golden dome of Les Invalides, especially with the light of the setting sun. We had difficulty with some appliances, but the onsite team assisted; they were wonderful. Saint Romain is very sweet, comfortable, and beautifully located….a charmer.

Such a great place to stay and is real close to everywhere you want to go. Has a great view and feels real homey despite the size. Definitely recommend at most 2 people for the stay and you will have a great time.

Wonderful Spot
It was my second time staying at this appartement. The location is so convenient, easy to walk from here to many of the sights or just to stroll with Notre Dame only a five minute walk from the appartement. On Place Dauphine you will find a number of lovely restaurants. The appartement is very comfortable with many amenities such as a clothes wash/dryer, refridgerator etc. only negative for me was the nespresso machine. The balcony is a wonderful spot to enjoy the morning espresso with a baguette and confiture.
