"The staff at Paris Pefect was so friendly and helpful. The Bergerac apartment was very well appointed. Having three bedrooms was terrific for our family of four for two weeks. The living area was comfortable and we loved the kitchen with new cabinets and appliances-all were top notch.
While Avenue dela Bourdonnais is a more busy street with tourists, it was nice to explore further into the nighborhood and find great cafes, boulangeries, epiceries.
The apartment was very clean when we arrived and we loved having the maid services after our first week to freshen everything. We would definitley use Paris Perfect again!"

"Great apartment that has everything you need from dishes, fans, umbrellas, iron and etc. The best thing about the apartment was the location: backery, fish, meat, desert stores and fantastic places to eat are all in walking distances. It is true what they say; Location, location, location!!!!! Since we were near Champs de Mars, we were able to get our usual excercise. Everything was truly wonderful and we plan to use Paris Perfect again. The Paris Guide provided was excellent. We took cooking clases, had a professional photographer take photos, used the transportation services reccomended. For people who want to spend time in Paris, this is company to use."

"The Saint Romain apartment on the Rue Cler was perfect for our 10-day visit to Paris. There were no surprises; everything was just as it was described. We enjoyed the balcony in the evenings, and the location was great! All details were taken care of by the staff. I can't wait to return. Thank you."

"Your apartment was perfect for our family of four. Thank you for making it so wonderful. WE love our stay in Paris and we felt like a local in your quaint neighborhood. It was great to sleep with the windows open and hear the birds chirping when we awoke! We were very comfortable here. Victoria – our unofficial tour guide was so helpful with tips and directions on where to go on Bastille Day! She is very kind and thoughtful. We are now off to Amsterdam, staying in another apartment and hope our stay is as lovely. Thank you again!"

"This apartment is amazing. The bedrooms are great and so are the bathrooms. Kitchen is well - equipped. It is quiet. Absolutely no noise from other apartments. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. You can watch the sunset behind the Eiffel Tower while having dinner outside. We will absolutely stay here again."

"My husband, our 24 year old daughter, and I were fortunate enough to spend 7 nites in this beautiful, Parisian apartment! The Lussac far exceeded our expectations! The very gracious owners met us upon our arrival to help with the luggage and show us around the apartment. There were beautiful fresh flower arrangements, groceries to get us started, and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The apartment was beautifully decorated with every detail well thought out, and its location was perfect! There are cafes, shops, fresh markets and the metro just steps away. We really got a good feel of how a local Parisian lives. It was such a delight to come home every evening after a long day to the Lussac! Staying there was the highlight of our trip!

"St. Amour and Paris Perfect provided an excellent stay for our family trip to Paris. The location was great and the convenience of traveling within the city was so very convenient. The apartment was a good size for our family of 5 adults and everything we could have needed was there...in a practical place...even umbrellas! The accommodation was much more than is visible in the photos online. The personal attention from the Paris Perfect team was also excellent. It's like having an adventurous stay on another continent...with a gracious safety net, just in case. Perfect. As we say in the south..."A good time was had by all" - Thank you, Paris Perfect, for the family trip of a lifetime."

"We were favourably impressed by Muscadelle. It was close by to all amenities: metro, bakers, butchers etc. There was lots of storage for all our clothes, so our suit cases were emptied. The kitchen was well provisioned for those who want to eat in, while there were many restaurants in the immediate area. Both cable TV (with both English language and French channels) and WiFi is available and both were used during our stay. The Paris Perfect staff were very helpful especially on arrival (the welcoming gifts were useful) but also when we had problems in the apartment. The information booklet supplied by Paris Perfect was a great idea as it gave suggestions for where to and where not to buy services. Their suggestion of Victor's Taxi Service was also great as it made travelling from CDG to Muscadelle quick and hassle free. The Paris Perfect Team certainly made our stay in Paris perfect."

"This top floor apartment is beautiful as you might expect. But, the view from the windows is magnificent. The Eiffel Tower looms so beautifully in front of you and is so close that you really must consider it as part of the Bergerac's charms. In addition, the cafe on the corner, Bistrot de La Tour Eiffel, is very good for breakfast pastries and baguettes and late night dinners. The location of the Bergerac is really perfect for getting around...walking or riding the subway. There is nothing negative to say about this apartment. There were 7 in our party, and we were very comfortable with beds and baths."

"We had a wonderful time at Chateauneuf. The location is spectacular for walks to the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower, Ecole Militaire, and great restaurants. We walked to dinners at a couple of Christian Constant restaurants, the patisserie just a couple of doors down is also fabulous. The apartment had everything that we needed and more. My family of five was extremely comfortable, Paris Perfect was excellent and easy to deal with and I could not have asked for a smoother stay.

We brought our daughter here on graduation present and visited many of the museums and monuments that must be seen by first-time visitors. At the end of each long day, we returned to this quiet and comforting home to rest up for our next adventure.
We have already recommended this lovely haven to our friends.
The convenience of the Franprix, Monoprix, shops and metro made this an especially fine location, as did the proximity to the Eiffel Tower.
Falling asleep with the view of the Eiffel Tower will always be a special memory!"

"Loved the apartment. Loved the stacked washer/dryer! I will crave Nespresso coffee when I leave and I will miss Paris and this sunny Oasis named Calvados. So much roominess!"

"We had a wonderful time in the Moselle apartment. It was quiet and peaceful, and the air conditioning kept us very comfortable when the temperatures went up.
The apartment is kept in pristine condition, very clean, very well looked after. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets and towels.
The elevator is tiny, but you get used to it quickly.
The neighborhood is lovely, lots of shops and cafes and markets close by. There is a bank across the street, so getting cash couldn't be easier.
The ParisPerfect staff was very helpful, we printed out tickets several times at their nearby office. My husband, son and I had a great time in this small studio apartment. Next time we go to France, we will definitly use Paris Perfect."

"We had a fabulous stay at Calvados. We were greeted promptly by Victor's taxi service at the airport and then Sam from Paris Perfect at the apartment. Sam gave a wonderful orientation then left us to explore the lovely neighborhood. During the week we enjoyed its cafes and restaurants, and embarked on many walks through the city. Calvados was clean and well appointed, perfectly situated. We enjoyed breakfast on our balcony with its treetop Eiffel Tower view. Paris Perfect left us many useful local recommendations. We fortunately did not require their assistance during our stay, but felt it would have been very easy to enlist help. I would definitely use Paris Perfect and Calvados again on return to Paris."

"My husband and I were fortunate to stay in this apartment for 12 days. I have been to Paris on many occasions over the years and stayed at different hotels and rented through other agencies. Often accommodations do not live up to their description, the Lussac easily exceeds theirs. The shared stairway up to the apartment does show it's age and one must be careful ascending. The apartment, though, more then makes up for the tilted spiral staircase. The Lussac is exquisitely refurbished and every night it served as a most welcome respite from a day of sight-seeing or shopping. We found it very spacious for the two of us, everything worked well, no detail was left out. The owner makes very clever use of the space and has sophisticated tastes that do not undermine the apartment's functionality. Despite a miscommunication in our arrival time, the hosts were forgiving and gracious. There were fresh flowers, thriving houseplants, tea, coffee, a bottle of wine, and milk and juice in the refrigerator. The hosts took the time to show us how everything worked and I thank them for sharing their wonderful apartment with us. I would return in a heartbeat! Merci Beaucoup"

"My seven night stay at the Champagne apartment was absolutely "Paris Perfect." The apartment was even nicer than the pictures, and I really felt at home. I loved the neighborhood! All the shops and transportation I needed were close by. From my initial contact, "Paris Perfect," promptly responded and answered all my questions. When I arrived at the apartment, the "greeter" Sam patiently explained everything I needed to know. The information book at the apartment was a great resource. It explained how to use everything in very clear language. When I had a minor problem with a stuck sink stopper, Sam came by that morning to do the repair. "Paris Perfect" has my enthusiastic 100% endorsement! I can't wait to return to "Champagne.""

"Pomerol turned out to be quite perfect for our stay. We especially liked the location in the 7th and could easily imagine that we actually lived in Paris, walking up the spiral staircase to our 5th floor apartment (or using the tiny elevator). Pomerol is not a "luxury" experience but more of a well-kept, live as a comfortable Parisian experience. The bed linens are quite nice, and the apartment is well-furnished. We never did figure out the "two in one" Miele washer-dryer but didn't mind using the drying rack. A few extra towels would be nice and Americans do like their washcloths, something the French don't seem to use. We enjoyed Pomerol quite a lot, and having two half-bathrooms in a small apartment makes a difference. Upon our arrival, the neighbor on the first floor made it clear that we had better not be noisy. As it turned out, we were the especially quiet ones. People party on the weekends. One important note--one of us was quite sick and it would have been great to have found info on finding healthcare in the provided information which was otherwise quite complete. Our greeter, Kevin, was very professional and as it turned out, a Californian like us. Paris Perfect is no doubt a reliable choice."
