Wonderful Stay!!
This was my 1st time to Paris and couldn't have picked a better place to stay!! I had researched several hotels and am so glad I decided to stay here instead. Was the perfect amount of space for 2 people (never felt crammed). It was also walking distance to several places. It is in a busy part of the city so if the windows are open you will hear a lot of city sounds (i.e. sirens, cars, car horns) but it never affected our sleep or anything like that as we shut them at night & turned on the air conditioner (also a big plus as many places don't have these). Our greeter was super friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!!!

Perfect Stay
Our engagement with Paris Perfect and our stay in Alicante was perfect for our family of three! There was great communication from the team and they provided great tips for visiting Paris. They were very accommodating to make sure our stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We stayed for a week. The location is perfect for getting around the city and close to great cafe's and hangouts. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was lovely! Our greeter, was the kindest woman! She walked us through the apartment upon arrival and checked in on us the next day to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely use Paris Perfect again, and would love to stay at Alicante again.

Lovely Loupiac!
Charming and quiet apartment very centrally located on Place Dauphine. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great having a separate powder room as well as full bathroom, and comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen (though a small non stick pan and smaller salad bowl would be good additions, the salad bowl was enormous!). Loved the daily baguette and keyless entry system. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this apartment
The Gaillac apartment is even more beautiful in person than pictures can show. The location is perfect. The door to the building opens to the sidewalk of Notre Dame! Very magical! Our hosts were amazing and thought of everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will always book with Vacation Perfect when traveling to Paris, Provence or Italy. Thank you for making our stay so lovely.

STUNNING! AMAZING! INCREDIBLE and UNREAL! We went with our 2 daughters ages 9 and 11. It was their first time in Paris and we wanted to make it special for them. When they walked in the apartment and saw the decor and then the view, they were so ECSTATIC! You would have sworn they were at a Taylor swift concert. Life changing core memories…We couldn’t be happier with the apartment we chose and the way it is close to restaurants, bakeries, lively ambiance and walking distance to Eiffel Tower and the Seine River Cruise. In Fact after a week there, we all want to come back and In Paris. Dream come true! Worth every penny!

Such an amazing stay
We were in Paris for a week and loved our stay at Bellet. The place was perfect size for our family of 4 and had all the amenities to make us feel at home. The air conditioning in the bedroom was perfect for the few times it was a little warm (but mid June in Paris was the most perfect time to visit weather wise)! We loved that we had the ability to wash a few loads of clothes too. The location couldn’t be beat either. Just out the front door you have a few restaurants, coffee, bakery, flower shop, grocery store and fruit stand. Plus you are situated right between the Eiffel Tower and Napoleon‘s tomb. Oh, and the subway is just on the other side of the block. Paris Perfect location. Only negative part about the whole day was the last morning we were there. Someone came in to the apartment to do some surveying. It was a really inconvenient time, and we were never notified of the visit.

Lovely, comfortable fusion of historic and modern
My husband and I stayed for about 2 weeks with our two 18-yr-old girls, and this property was a charming haven in our travels. Very comfortable beds & living area, well-appointed small kitchen with just what we needed. Clothes washer, dryer, iron, even a grocery trolley made our trip so much easier. The decor is calming and chic (love the dining set), the bathrooms new and lux. As far as noise goes, we knew what we were getting into and brought ear plugs, but we never needed them. Yes, the whole street filled with people having fun every night except Sundays, but it never bothered us at all, it was rather fun to watch & listen to. In fact, the girls said they were going to need to play party sounds in order to get to sleep from now on, hehe. The street was blocked off and supervised by a police presence for France vs. Netherlands match one night and it was amazing to watch and listen to down there. Allez les Bleus! The girls went down and had tapas and met people one night. So add in the amazing location in the 6ieme, the preponderance of great restaurants (rec. Bistrot d'Henri), bars, cafes, etc. close by, epicerie around the corner, and we definitely feel we made the right choice. Lovely courtyard, sunlit tall windows, and gorgeous heavy old ceiling beams combined with the modern decor and amenities were very delightful and very Parisien. One thing you can't see in the photos or plan is the large closets for hanging clothes in the hallway toward the master bedroom. The smaller bedroom does not have any hanging space of its own, but it is fine if you are willing to share. Easy, close access to 2 metro stations, at least 2 bus stations, Uber and taxi pickup/dropoff is usually around the corner because the streets are often blocked by deliveries. Victor Cabs was great getting to and from airports with luggage. Epic (epicerie) has better bread, sandwiches, and viennoiserie than the boulangerie (SECCO). Do be careful on stairs, as there is no landing (we were fine).

Wonderful Stay
We stayed at the Forez apartment for six days at the end of May, 2024. The location was fantastic and the apartment itself was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun, and relaxing stay. We appreciated the personal welcome and the easy communication with the property manager. Highly recommend this apartment!

Absolute Fabulousness
Loved everything about this apartment. So convenient to everything and could not stop staring out the windows. Only tiny things to comment on are the linens in the bedrooms could use a refresh but not a deal breaker. And just note that the elevator is super super tiny (not uncommon in Paris) but just know that - I ended up enjoying taking the stairs and racing my friend in the elevator! Highly highly recommend this property - and Paris Perfect team was amazing at the tour and answering questions quickly! We also used Victor Cabs from the train station and that was such a wonderful rec.

Brilliant stay!
We had a perfect time at the Volnay! The location was superb, with every kind of wonderful shop and restaurant outside our door. We could have spent a month eating our way down the Rue Saint-Dominque alone. We loved all the light-filled rooms (and those views!). We used the sofa bed in the living room, which was very comfortable (just like a normal bed), the kitchen had convenient amenities and appliances, and the flat has a lovely and deep bathtub (and great water pressure). The restaurant and neighborhood recommendations were fantastic. The only quibble was the street was quite noisy on Saturday night, with merrymakers outside until quite late. This wasn't a problem on the other nights, and we otherwise slept very well.

Paris Perfect definitely worth it!!
We stayed at the St Julian property a 2-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower but far enough away from the crowds. Plenty of wonderful restaurants, bakeries, and transportation via cab, or subway steps away from the front door. We used Victor as a car service who was right on time and easy to find at CDG. Great place , clean and efficient. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We have tremendously enjoyed our 4-week stay in the Carignan apartment. It is cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. We love the neighborhood, which made us feel like real Parisians. We really enjoyed the convenience of this location! Close to several different metro lines (within a few blocks), which made it easy to go around! It was fun to watch the Eiffel twinkle every night from the window, but also just seeing it all the time! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved living here
We stayed here for one week with our grandson. We brought him here for his 10th birthday. He loves history and loved everything about this trip. Eiffel Tower, all of the many museums and monuments He loved how pedestrian friendly Paris is, loved figuring out how to get placed in the metro and loved going to all of the surround food stores to get ingredients for dinner. We loved living here and seeing the city with the eyes and enthusiasm of our 10-year-old.

This location was not only beautiful but so centrally located it made visiting the right or left bank very easy. The flat was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was as described. I would stay here again.
