Beaujolais

Beaujolais

"We loved the Beaujolais apartment. The location was excellent with a very romantic view of the Eiffel Tower out of the living room and master bedroom windows. The Beaujolais is a spacious, well designed apartment, perfect for our family of four. I liked the separate kitchen and the dining table was a generous size, perfect for enjoying the delicious food we bought at the nearby Rue Cler market. The Rue Cler market is no more than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We found everything we needed there at the most magnificent gourmet food shops. There is also a supermarket and of course a boulangerie where they baked fresh bread throughout the day. The Beaujolais is also close to two different Metro stations and within walking distance to many landmarks and interesting areas."

"Absolutely wonderful!! Well appointed and beautifully decorated apartment. The managers are truly magnificent and caring people--really appreciated all their above and beyond efforts.

Location is great, convenient--can't get much better. It was my wife's 50th Birthday--we can't wait to travel back again...."

"We are from country side of Sao Paolo and we really enjoyed the house. The apartment is very elegant and charmous, in a very good location, to us the best in the whole Paris. We felt very good vibration in this house, and also had very good time, lots of fun! Sometimes we prefer just stay home instead go out. Many thanks for the owners."

Carignan

Carignan

"We spent the New Year week holidays in Paris and loved having a Paris Perfect apartment as our "home" base. So much cozier and more intimate than a hotel. The area around Carignan had two metros within a very short walking distance and a lovely street of shops for food, wine and general needs. We had breakfast at home everyday and we also made dinner twice during our stay - the kitchen is fully equipped and also contains basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, spices, etc.). We also received a welcome basket with some basic food stuffs. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. This was our first trip to Paris and we will be back next year and look forward to renting Carignan again!"

Saint Amour

Saint Amour

"We are a family of 5 with almost all teenage kids (11, 13, 15). We made a last minute decision to travel to Paris for New Years Eve week. After looking for a place to stay for a few day (who knew everything would be booked), we were very lucky to stumble upon the Saint Amour apartment! We LOVED the apartment and it fit our family very nicely. One bedroom had bunk beds that our two younger kids slept in and our oldest son slept in the very comfortable pullout bed that is so cleverly hidden in the couch. We loved that the master bedroom doors could be closed or open as part of an extension to the quaint living room. It was also nice to have 2 toilets and 2 showers that came equipped with all the necessities. The apartment had everything we needed and only required us to go to the grocery store around the corner for groceries or to the fabulous bakery below. The proximity to the Eiffel Tower was absolutely AMAZING and an easy walk to the Metro, which we took the entire time we were in Paris. The restaurants close to the apartment were also fabulous. We would absolutely stay in the Saint Amour apartment again and have already recommended the apartment to several friends since we've been back to the US. Merci Beaucoup for a vacation to remember, we have memories that will last us a lifetime!"

"I was pleasantly surprised with this apartment. It is so much bigger than on the photos! There are 2 living areas both looking out onto the Eiffel Tower (and each morning I just had to make sure the Eiffel Tower is still there). The long balcony overlooks the rooftops and is the ideal place to have your morning coffee while seeing the sun rise over Paris. My favorite place was the open plan kitchen and dining room. We spend a lot of time there, in the mornings enjoying fresh croissants and baguettes from the bakery just downstairs with espresso coffee and in the evenings sharing our stories and experiences of Paris during the day. The bedrooms ensure a quiet night as they are at the back of the apartment, away from the street. Being on the top floor means no noise from outside anyway. This is an apartment I would come back to year after year!"

"I really enjoyed our stay in Paris in the Cognac apartment. I love the warmth of it and it was cosy and neat. It was walking distance to all of the sites we wanted to go to. I was blown away with the view of the Eiffel tower. It was really romantic and would recommend this to any couple who would want a memorable stay in Paris."

"I wanted to bring my entire family to Paris to celebrate my birthday, a big one, and the apartment was perfect. In addition to my husband and myself there was my older daughter, son-in-law and 9-year-old grandson and my younger daughter. The Lalande was the perfect size and accommodated all of us with enough room, privacy and bathrooms for all. Having a kitchen and laundry was such a huge plus. The location was amazing. Looking out the window and seeing the Eiffel Tower was a dream come true. The short walk the the Ecole Militaire Metro Station was so convenient. Do buy a five day Metro pass and take the Metro -- it is so easy to get around. The Rue Cler Market, a cobbled pedestrian street lined with shops, selling everything you will need to prepare an amazing meal or just breakfast before you head out for a day of sightseeing. There are any number of excellent restaurants within a very short walk -- we had a fine meal at Le Bosquet on the corner of Rue du Champ de Mars and Rue Bosquet but there is also a Sushi restaurant and a Japanese restaurant on the block. There are at least three grocery stores nearby and several bakeries that open early so you can get croissants for breakfast. Be advised that the elevator is teeny, tiny but works well. Also the Nespresso coffee maker in the kitchen is great but when you run out of pods you cannot buy more in the grocery store and there are only a few Nespresso Boutiques in Paris and non very convenient to the apartment. I plan to return to Paris again and again and each time I will most certainly first check with Paris Perfect about an apartment rental. They handle everything with efficiency and professional aplomb. We were very impressed with Kevin who met us at the apartment and gave us a quick tour and explained most everything to us. There are some differences when it comes to appliances and also shower water & temperature controls in Paris. We could have also used a third set of keys to the apartment but we worked through that without too much difficulty. All in all it was a wonderful experience and Paris Perfect makes, well, Paris perfect."

"We stayed in the Champagne apartment during the week leading up to Christmas, 2013. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is ideally situated, bright and with fabulous views of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is very convenient with a great choice of restaurants, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, wine merchants, and other essential providers of the good life in Paris. The apartment itself is very nicely appointed and equipped with all the conveniences for self catering. We hope to return soon."

"This apartment was a great fit for my family. The view of the Eiffel tower was spectacular. Being able to walk out my door, cross the street and be standing under such an iconic figure was truly a dream. The 7th arrondissement is a great location. We could easily walk to public transportation, bakeries, grocery stores and the amazing Rue Cler Market which made our trip to Paris all that I imagined it could be."

"I had the opportunity to stay in Paris with Paris Perfect and then in London with London Perfect. I used to be a flight attendant and have traveled to Paris many times but have never experienced it the way I did with Paris Perfect. I would definitely recommend staying in one of their apartments.

One of Victor's drivers fetched me from the airport and took me to the Paris Perfect office. The greeters are all English speaking and are really helpful and friendly. I stayed in Saint Emilion in the 7th which is a 2 bedroom apartment with my friend. I stayed in the room with twin beds and it had an en suite shower and toilet. The kitchen has everything you need so you can make your own meals and the G20 supermarket is just round the corner.

The view is truly spectacular and the apartment is on the top floor. I woke up to the Eiffel Tower every morning and is really amazing when it is lit up at night! If you not sure where to stay then pick the 7th and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Everything is literally within walking distance. The Saint Emilion apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, 10 minutes to the closest metro and there is a bakery literally on every street.

We often walked to the closest bakery for fresh baked chocolate croissants and found the most amazing coffee shop up the road. The Coffee Shop (that it's name) is run by a cute French guy whose English is excellent and was definitely the best coffee I had in Paris. The food is amazing and the French really know their stuff! You can get a fresh baguette from the bakery daily. Had the best pizza next to Italy at a place called Pizza and Pasta. You can even get fresh macaroons from the macaroon shop. My friend took us to her favorite place where they make every crepe you can think of. It is definitely worth a trip.

I really thought it would be difficult to get around but most sights are within walking distance. We ate so much delicious food and really needed to walk some of it off. My friends and I visited the Christmas market, Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge and Notre Dame. You can simply go to any tobacco shop to buy bus tickets (just ask for a carnet - 10 tickets). When we did not feel like walking we caught the bus or train.

There is so much to see and do. We took a French cooking class which was tons of fun and would definitely recommend trying it. When you go to the markets there is so much to choose from you don't even know where to start. We went to a cheese and wine tasting with a French lady who helped us to pick a tasty cheese from the market when we went again. The cheeses were some of the best I have ever tasted and I think even better than any first or business class flight. The wine was out of this world. We finished off our evening with a French chocolate tart. I too would keep that recipe a secret. Paris Perfect can give you the details of the cooking class and cheese and wine tasting if you looking for something different to do.

Paris is great to visit with friends, family or as a couple. My friends and I spent our last night having duck at Café Constant the restaurant opposite the Paris Perfect office. It was an amazing trip and I cannot wait to go again. Make sure to contact Paris Perfect if you are planning a trip and you won't be disappointed!"

Romanée

Romanée

"We stayed at Romanee while visiting Paris with another couple in November, 2013. The apartment was perfectly located - easy walking distance to the Batobus, the corner market and delightful restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Le Fontaine de Mars and Au Petit Sud Ouest - both of which were recommended by Paris Perfect. We also enjoyed visiting the Marche President Wilson and buying our morning croissants and evening baguettes at the corner boulangerie.

The apartment was comparable in size to anything you'd find in NYC or San Francisco in the U.S. The beds were very comfortable and we were all amazed at how quiet it was!

The Paris Perfect staff was welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend Victor's Cab service, which Paris Perfect recommends in their materials. Victor and his drivers were always prompt and most helpful when we had trouble locating the rental car office (which had moved).

We will definitely rent from Paris Perfect again when we return to Paris!"

"Staying at the Quincy apartment was a real pleasure. It was warm, cozy and comfortable. The mattress on the bed was of the best quality and there was plenty of closet space. Every morning I enjoyed the sunshine pouring through the windows of this top floor apartment while I sipped my coffee and mapped out my coming day exploring the churches and museums and beauty of Paris. And the view of the Eiffel Tour through the windows at night cannot be improved upon. I would definitely stay here again."

"I had a marvelous stay at the Bergerac apartment during a girlfriend getaway in Paris just before the Christmas holidays. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and extremely clean. The location is absolutely perfect ... and the views of the Eiffel Tower magical! We loved the great shopping in the neighborhood and trying the restaurants recommended in your Paris Guide. Thanks for all the great tips on where to go, what to see and do and all those little details like even what supermarkets are open on Sunday. We used the guide every day! Your team was helpful from the very beginning to the arrival and friendly greeting. We'll be back ... and staying at the Bergerac again soon!"

"What an amazing apartment! Centrally located and close to bakeries, shops, grocers and many restaurants, this was a perfect choice for our stay. The spacious living rooms were great for relaxing and watching the Eiffel Tower through the huge living room windows, day and night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and even have friends over for dinner a couple of time during our stay. I loved the size of the bedrooms and having two full bathrooms made it so easy for two couples to live in the apartment. Thank you Paris Perfect - you've made our stay memorable and we'll certainly be back."
