"This apartment could not have been more wonderful. The views of the Eiffel Tower from almost every room are stunning. You could sit there and take in the view for hours (if only there were not so many amazing things to do and see in Paris).

The neighborhood was quiet and charming. We really felt like we got to live in Paris for a week. Each morning, we walked to the amazing Boulangerie around the corner and the fromagerie up the block and collected bread, cheese and fresh orange juice for breakfast. Eating such fresh food on the terrace was a highlight of the trip.

The apartment was spacious. We had 6 people (3 adults and 3 children) and had plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space to unpack our clothes. The kitchen was well stocked for the small amount of cooking that we did (picking up food at the Bon Marche Epicerie and bringing it back to make for dinner was another highlight of the stay).

The Paris Perfect team was very helpful and friendly. The guide that they leave in the apartment was a great resource in finding restaurants, shopping areas and other points of interest. At some point during our visit, the clothes dryer broke and we could no longer dry our laundry. Because they were unable to fix it before we left due to a local holiday, they had someone come to pick up our wet clothes while we were out, and then brought them back dry by the end of the day."

The new apartments at La Place Dauphine did not disappoint! It was absolutely lovely to stay right in the middle of everything on the Ile de la Cite! The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Working with Paris Perfect was easy as always - we even booked a day with a private chef and a food/wine tasting tour through them! "Castillon apartment is really amazing. Its location Place Dauphine is just the best location in Paris for vacation, close to everything! And this brand new apartment not only with Parisian taste but also with full new household equipment, made our staying very convenient and comfortable. We stayed here from 21 Jul to 25 Jul and then left for Italy, but when we finished Italy trip we decided back to Paris for a short recover before heading back home, and then we stayed at Casitllion again from 6 Aug to 9 Aug. I would recommend it to all my friends"

"We loved staying at Bergerac during our stay in Paris! The location could not beat-- what better way to start and end your day then to stare out the window and see the gorgeous Eiffel Tower. The apartment was compact and small, but it was laid out in a way that was comfortable for our family. Although we did have some pretty major issues with the elevator not working, Paris Perfect was more than fair about compensating us for our troubles during that time. I would recommend Paris Perfect to my friends in the future!"

"We had a wonderful stay at St Emilion, The apartment was beautifully decorated and had an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment included everything we could want, including washer/dryer, wifi, free phone calls, comfortable beds, and a complimentary bottle of wine. While there was AC, we mostly just kept the windows open as it was fairly cool and the breeze was nice. My favorite part of the day was coming home and sitting by the windows watching the tower sparkle while sipping a glass of wine. Just wonderful! I would definitely book again.

One thing to keep in mind in the summer months though is that the RER line is closed for maintenance. Not an issue for us as we walked and/or took buses or taxis, but when we visited Versailles, the Javel train station was a 15-20 minute walk. Again not really an issue for us as we mostly walked, but something to consider. Also - elevator is very small, only 1-2 people can fit in at a time."

"I've been telling everyone how wonderful our time in Paris was, and having Muscat as home base was truly Paris Perfect! The location is unbeatable, and we loved being on Place Dauphine – we truly felt like Parisians. The apartment itself was a magical home away from home. You all thought of every detail from the furnishings and decor to the well equipped kitchen, sparkling bathrooms and very comfortable bed! I was especially grateful to your “lobby team”. Ellen is precious and she was so friendly and helpful. Ida too. Although I didn't really connect with the men who were there in the evenings, it was reassuring to know that they were there.

The only snag was when the hot water went out in the building, and before we realized that it was a problem throughout the building, your person on call had me switch off the master electric breaker to the apartment which shut down the air conditioning on a Friday afternoon (and Monday was a holiday!). Fortunately, given time, and not too hot weather, the system came back to life and we were comfortable the rest of our stay.

I would highly recommend Paris Perfect – It is much more “authentic” to stay in a lovely flat than in a hotel. And your travel team made the arrangements for our trips to the Normandy Beaches and Giverny, and both minivan trips were easy, comfortable and everso special. I feel fortunate that we found Paris Perfect (through our friends Pam Harrington and Tom Garth), and I would definitely recommend you to anyone planning a trip to your unique city."

"Not knowing what to expect, we were completely blown away by Volnay. It's size, location and decor were perfect and sitting in the living room watching the people dining in the cafes below while the Eiffel Tower sparkled into the night was just magical. With an ATM across the street, a supermarket 30 seconds down the road, and rue Cler just around the corner, this apartment was a breeze to stay in. Of course being so close to the Eiffel Tower meant you had the best view every morning and night. We WILL definitely be back!"

"We spent a week at Romanee in July 2016. The location was extremely convenient and magical. We woke up every morning to a view of the Eiffel tower and went to sleep seeing its twinkling lights. My morning routine was to wake up and walk to the nearest "boulangerie" bakery, to get French croissants and pastries. The apartment had a very functional kitchen to make breakfast and lunch. We ate out for dinner. I would highly recommend this apartment and Paris Perfect. They explained everything really well and the tours we went on were great. Kasia's fashion tour was a hit and my girls loved Alex for the night tour. We had a fantastic time."

"In one word this apartment is truly PERFECT.

It's hard to believe those photos are real but they are.

We had our greeting, staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful, the elevator is tiny (hey it's Paris) we went up 5th floor corner apartment, the doors opened and boom there she was in all her glory. The pictures did not do justice to this magnificent view. The apartment is modern but very Parisian and stylish. We did have an issue with the washer/dryer combo unit - it really doesn't dry the clothes properly but for a few pieces the drying rack provided easily did the job.

The street Rue St Dominique is the perfect Parisian street. Across from the building is a wonderful bakery and a short walk away is the fabulous rue cler. Paris will leave you feeling that you're eating and living for the first time in your life.

If you're on the fence apartment or hotel, for Paris I have to say get the apartment. Cabernet in particular, imagine every hour seeing the magnificent light show, every hour, every night.

I did use the tour service and they were very responsive and helpful with advice. We did the day tour to Disneyland but be aware they just sell the tours. Paris city vision is the actual tour provider.

You will get a welcome basket with some nespresso pods, a bottle of wine, a wine bottle bag, orange juice, milk, teas, jams. Do check the pantry before heading out to the store - past guests leave back things like sugar, olive oil, spices that you can use."

I cannot say enough good things about these apartments, their owners and/or agents and the reps that are there to take care of every want and need you can possibly request. The apartments are identical to what is described, so there are no surprises. The cleanliness is beyond compare, and they are kept up to day with clean fabrics and other amenities that may need replacement. I cannot recommend these people enough. I am so sorry it took me this long to write about them and the apartments we've rented, most recently April 2016. We will be back and we will use Paris Perfect for sure."

Spent a wonderful week in the Cognac apartment as a group of 4 girlfriends. The location of the apartment is perfect, on a quiet street but a short walk to multiple bus lines, the metro and many wonderful restaurants. A patisserie, grocery store and wine, cheese and fruit stores are within a block of the apartment. The apartment is large and gave us room to spread out. There are several large closets, allowing us to put all of our luggage and clothes away. The first few days of our stay were very hot, but the mobile air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms kept those rooms comfortable (we closed off the kitchen and bathrooms on those days as we didn't need to cool them.). When the weather cooled down, the doors to the balcony and in the back hallway and bedrooms can be opened to get a cool cross-breeze through the apartment. My only critique of the apartment is that the mattress on the living room sofa bed was a quite hard. The service from Paris Perfect was wonderful. Our greeter, Kevin, was great showing us how everything worked in the apartment. This was my second stay with Paris Perfect and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris but in a Paris Perfect apartment.
