"We just returned from a lovely stay in the St. Amour apartment and can't say enough good things about the space and location.

We appreciated having the second bedroom to store our luggage and purchases we made during our 8 day visit. Also, it was nice to have the separate bathrooms so we didn't trip over each other!

The oversized queen bed was very comfortable from the very first night. I was impressed by how clean and orderly the whole apartment was, as well as being fully stocked with kitchen and bath needs.

The Paris Perfect folks send so much helpful information regarding nearby shops, restaurants, and sites to see that it's hard to go wrong. Every place we tried was terrific. We loved the Picard store and Cafe Constant, as well as all of Rue Cler!

We will definitely use Paris Perfect on our next trip to that beautiful City of Light."

"The Merlot apartment is beautiful. Luxurious, balcony overlooking the Tour Eiffel. Every amenity provided. The Paris Perfect staff are excellent -- friendly, accommodating, professional. We used Victor, the taxi service, to get in from CDG airport and he was wonderful: pleasant, on-time, courteous. We have absolutely no complaints and will return soon."

"The apartment was as represented in the web site, although a bit smaller than it appeared. Excellent home away from home. Nice decor, TV has lots of channels and a CD player. The wrought iron balcony is a huge plus, to stand & view the scenery, but too small for sitting. Perfect view of the Tour Eiffel was fun, but a lot of street noise because it's a busy intersection. We walked to the Champ de Mars several evenings (the park under the Tour Eiffel). Rue Cler is an okay market, but the local street, Rue Saint-Dominique, is even better. King bed (for real!), quiet apt with windows closed, and kitchen is efficient for casual use. The sofa bed in the living room takes strong arms, but comfy according to our daughter. When closed as a couch, it is quite hard, and the two chairs are not for sitting long either. The tiny WC is a danger.... you'll either hit your chin on the marble mini-sink when you sit or your shoulder coming up. The main bath was just fine, great shower. Loved having the washer although the dryer didn't work. In all, we loved our stay. The Paris Perfect people were efficient, and polite. We'll certainly recommend Paris Perfect for both product and people."

"We stayed in the Bordeaux apartment for 3 weeks last October and loved the neighborhood so much that we rented the Caberet - a one-bedroom just across the street. We loved hooking up with some of the neighborhood restaurants again & the ease of transportation from the rue St. Dominique apartments. We look forward to renting again & will definitely consider the same neighborhood. Again, having a balcony looking out at the Eiffel Tower was better than we could have imagined."

"The location was wonderful! Catherine, our greeter, was fantastic. We were still disappointed that our initial reservations were messed up. The fold out sleeping arrangements worked fine, but were very much an inconvenience. The neighborhood restaurants were great. We tried several and all had good service and delicious food. The corner place next to the apartment was a wonderful place for drinks while watching the Eiffel Tower light up."

It's bigger than it appears in the photos. There is a wonderful kitchen and also a lovely balcony with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower.   It's in a great area with many shops and restaurants. Rue Cler is a great market. Best of all was the staff at Paris Perfect who were always there with advice, information and a quick response to any issue. We will be back!

We rented the Champagne apartment for our wedding and honeymoon, and it exceeded all of our expectations. To view of the Eiffel Tower from your living room sofa is a once in a lifetime experience in itself. The apartment has four French doors that open to a wrap-around balcony, which is lovely for entertaining. We were able to entertain before the wedding, and enjoy it for ourselves afterward. The apartment's location is perfect. It is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, many bistros, the Champs Elysees and public transportation. We highly recommend Paris Perfect! :)

"Having previously stayed in Fleurie apartment it was interesting to see the difference in style of Maranges. Perfectly located, it was very well set up to provide comfort and space. Everything was there and we felt we could move in and live there. We began making plans for what we would change to make it our home. Despite being so close to a main street it was extremely quiet and the Rue de Dragon had plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants so there was no real need to stay in for meals. If you had wanted to there were some local shops and the apartment facilities were perfect if you did need to eat in. In Paris it is always a bonus to be able to do some laundry (so expensive) and the washer and drier were put to good use. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment."

"The weather was perfect and the location was awesome! Great view of the Eiffel Tower from the patio.

We really enjoyed waking in the quaint Parisian neighborhood, buying our baguettes and wine from the local store, and then sitting out on the small patio eating our bread and drinking our wine - of course all with a great view of the Tower a few blocks away.

The yellow bakery around the corrner (on Rue Saint-dominique) was awesome! The shopping (again on Rue Saint-dominique) kept my wife and teenage daughter busy for hours. And, the daily market vibe of Rue Cler was a highlight.

It was a perfect week! Thanks!"

"Family of four (boys ags 9 and 14) spent one week in the Cognac apartment. Everything was as shown, comfortable, spacious, views to die for. Prior to the trip I didn't give much thought to the free wifi but it was HUGE for our kids... 14 year old staged elegant video chats with friends at home with Eiffel Tower background. Younger son used his ipad to play games... all very useful when Mom and Dad needed some down time... a nap or a glass of wine on the terrace. We only made dinner at home once but kitchen was great, and we did have breakfast and cocktails (and cheese and pate...) at the apartment daily.

Rooms and furnishings are very homey and comfortable. We really felt at home and settled in within hours. Paris Perfect staff was very helpful with details large and small and their advice, both prior to and during the trip were great in helping us feel settled and familiar with our neighborhood.

Definitely recommend Paris Perfect and will use them again as soon as I get the chance to go back!"

Wonderful service, a wonderful apartment, a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, a wonderful balcony and a wonderful neighborhood.  We can't say enough about this very well-appointed apartment in a really great area. The Eiffel Tower is literally a short walk away!  The apartment has all the top of the line comforts of home plus a lot of electronics to "geek out" on if you get tired of being a tourist and want to stay home and watch movies or listen to music (in every room). The kitchen has everything you could ever want.  Paris Perfect saved us when our other apartment had to be canceled at the last minute due to a broken pipe. They welcomed us (in English), provided detailed information about the apartment, the neighborhood, restaurants, etc. They even left a bottle of wine and some cookies for our first toast on the balcony and coffee for the morning.    When we go back to Paris, we will definitely be booking through Paris Perfect!

"The apartment is lovely in a really nice neighborhood - I'd highly recommend this as a much better alternative to a standard hotel stay. There is every convenience needed both in the apartment as well as on the market street, Rue Clar, where it is located. As well the apartment is beautifully located for walking to many places and the metro is only a few blocks away. I would also say that the personal hand holding the staff at Paris Perfect does is very helpful; the owners are very thorough in terms of the information about staying in the city, and generous in sharing their knowledge; and finally the referrals provided by Paris Perfect for sightseeing, transfers, and other services are to excellent contacts. "Thank you Paris Perfect! The Cabernet apartment was exactly as shown and described on your web site. The view of the Eiffel Tower was, if anything, understated. We couldn't wait each evening for the Tower to twinkle! We loved the 7th with its markets, bakeries, wine stores, cafes and restaurants. We could not have been in a more perfect location. Cabernet was stocked with everything we needed, including some spices for the meals we cooked in.

Besides living like a Parisian for a week, our highlights were the cooking class at le violon d'Ingres and the Wine & Cheese Tasting Lunch at O'Chateau, along with the Champagne Tasting cruise later that afternoon. We are still talking about the people we met and the opportunity to meet a real Paris chef!
