All the pre-arrival information was so helpful, especially about what is in the neighborhood. Check- in went very smoothly. We even got to get into the apartment earlier than we thought could. It made our arrival day much nicer since we just got off a very long flight. The greeter was thorough with the apartment orientation. Pomorol itself was very comfortable for my daughter and I. It will be a very tight squeeze for three adults. The daybed could be ok for a small child. It is in the middle of the floor when it is pulled out. There were plenty of towels and kitchen items. It is very nice to be so close to the Rue Cler. I went shopping there almost daily, except there was one day when a lot of shops were closed. I would pick another location next time, just for so e variety. I would Paris Perfect again if I ever find myself coming to Paris.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood and building, with groceries, wine shop, coffee shop, Starbucks, butcher (with wonderful roasted chicken!), cafes, Rue Cler, and Metro/RER stations all conveniently located in walking distance. We are looking forward to returning soon! It's our apt in Paris!"

"The apartment was terrific, really spacious and extremely well equipped for our family of 8 adults and an infant - that's a lot of people in one space, but it really worked well. We all like to cook and I have to say the kitchen was better equipped than any rental unit we have ever stayed in. The place was also immaculate when we got there, kudos to Paris Perfect and whoever you use as a cleaning service, my fastidious wife was very impressed. We also rented baby equipment from a company Paris Perfect referred us to and, again, everything was in perfect shape and spotless, good enough to satisfy some overly protective grandparents. The location of the apartment is fabulous and the various guide books and instruction manuals provided by Paris Perfect answered all of our questions and made the stay very easy. We will definitely use Paris Perfect the next time we go to Paris and are eager to check out some of its other apartments, when our group will be smaller."

"A highlight of the apartment is your personal view of the Eiffel Tower and the Rue Cler market/street scene below from the comfort of both the bedroom and living areas! Ideally situated, the apartment is just a short walk from excellent restaurants, markets, and Metro stations. Although the size of the apartment is cozy, the owners have maximized the floor space to provide everything one needs for a lovely vacation. The Paris Perfect staff were most gracious and helpful. We also appreciated the booklet of neighborhood and Paris recommendations!"

"This was my third stay with ParisPerfect over the last decade, and it was the best yet. The location was superb, on a tiny street dating back to the 12th century. Turn one way and you're at the river, looking at Notre Dame. Turn the other way and you're at the market square, with its world-class cheese shop and bakery.

The apartment itself was charming, with its garden views and original beamed ceilings. It was also satisfyingly modern, with everything my husband and I needed: a firm mattress, relatively spacious kitchen, spiffy bathroom with plenty of instantly hot water.

Our initial difficulty in accessing the apartment courtyard (on the printed instructions, our aging eyes translated a B as an 8) led us to meet a delightful young woman who lives and works down the street -- she helped us get in and during our stay introduced us to the unofficial "mayor" of the street. Her friendship became one of our indelible memories of the trip. And, as always, the ParisPerfect staff was there to help.

We look forward to our next trip to Paris with ParisPerfect!"

"We had a simply lovely time at Volnay these past four days! The apartment is perfectly situated and in a lovely neighborhood with so many conveniences! Had terrific meals at Le Reminet (in the 5th)--where we celebrated our anniversary....les Clos des Gourmands, Thomieux and Les Violons des Ingres (that was an especially brilliant meal and we highly recommend Le Reminet for excellent food, romantic atmosphere and truly friendly staff--am sure you're already familiar with). Lisa was incredibly helpful as well.

All in all, a wonderful experience and we'll be sure to book Paris Perfect again. Thanks so much!"

"We had a wonderful visit to Paris in August 2014 with the help of Paris Perfect. Our greeter, Paul, met us at the apartment with the keys and showed us everything we needed to know. The apartment was exactly as advertised (including the low ceilings in the loft and master bath). Other than that, the place was perfect. It was spotless with lovely furnishings and kitchen appliances. The kitchen and master bath are quite modern. The upstairs bath is quite small but adequate (our teenage girls used that one, we used the larger master bath). The apartment is ideally located on a lovely, quiet side street. Metro and Louvre are a short walk. It was not hot during our stay so A/C was not needed. Therefore, we can't comment on whether A/C is adequate.

We loved working with Paris Perfect. They were great to work with and helpful whenever we needed them. We will definitely use them again."

"My husband, daughter, granddaughter and a friend recently had the pleasure of staying at the Viognier apartment in Paris. The beautiful apartment is very spacious and decorated tastefully with a definite Parisian flair. There is an amazing,close up view of the Eiffel tower from the living area and the main bedroom. The bathrooms and kitchen were very modern and well appointed and the air-conditioning was a definite plus. Our only complaint is that the beds were quite uncomfortable, especially the second bedroom and the sofa bed.

The location was very convenient with a metro stop just on the corner and several restaurants and grocery stores close by. We had a wonderful stay and loved our time in Paris."

We loved it! Friendly and accommodating staff. perfect location - nice view of eiffel tower, short walk to subway and lots of great restaurants and a boulangerie around the corner. Nice space, great showers, perfect air conditioning, working kitchen and plenty of supplies. Only downsides are the stairs--elevator only fits 2 people at a time and we had spotty internet - mostly good. We would 100% use them again.

"My family (2 adults and 3 children; 17,13,11) just returned from Paris having stayed at Paris Perfect's Marsannay rental for over a week. The apartment is just as it was described with an excellent location and beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. There were an abudance of restaurants within a short walk as well as markets just around the corner to stock your refrigerator and pantry. It was wonderful to have central air conditioning in all of the rooms. Bathrooms were clean and updated. The showers were strong and there was plenty of hot water for our entire family. There are only 2 things for potential renters to be aware of. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a winding staircase. There is a single person elevator that functions well, just not big enough (or allowed) for two. We liked taking the stairs as some additional exercise. There were only a few stations of TV in English and they were business channels. We would occasionally find a channel were you could change the language to English. It would be nice to have the option to upgrade the TV service to include other channels in your own language. Also, the TV in the master bedroom was only connected to a DVD player...no cable TV. The only TV with cable was in the living room. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay in the Marsannay. It is no more than a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower or the Seine River. It is approximately 15 minutes to the Champs Elysees. I would recommend the Marsannay and Paris Perfect for anyone looking for a place to stay in Paris."

"I would highly recommend Paris Perfect as well as the beautiful Cognac apartment. When we arrived we were greeted by a representative of Paris Perfect who gave us a great overview of the apartment as well as the city. We also received cheese and crackers and wine which allowed us to have a brief snack and get settled. The view from the apartment balcony of the Eiffel Tower is spectacular! You never get tired of the view. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. We had six people in the apartment, but it could have easily accommodated eight. We are already planning our next trip of which we will definitely want to stay in this apartment!"
