"Planning your next trip to Paris? Put on the top of your to-do list the renting from Paris Perfect of your apartment home-away-from home! I selected Picardin for my recent visit and recommend it highly. Located on the Rue du Bac, this charming studio apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully outfitted, with French charm and comfort, including a fully-equipped kitchen, WiFI, TV and phone. Walk down the one flight of curved vintage wooden stairs to the entry courtyard leading to the street and you’re mere steps away from almost any destination of your choice. Major museums, historical sites, even the Seine are at most a 30-minute walk from your door, with cafes, shops, bakeries, etc. all along the street (Au Bon Marche is only four blocks away). Paris Perfect was an ideal broker, delivering exceptional service at every step of the process. They were in frequent contact with me as my trip approached, constantly providing helpful information and details. Their service didn’t end with the booking; they also scheduled a lovely greeter (I was lucky enough to have Lia as my greeter) to meet me at the apartment and introduce me to its features. The welcome even included a thoughtful basket filled with treats, coffee and wine. I give the apartment and the company a solid 10 out of 10!"

"We had the most wonderful stay at the Lalande apartment. The location of the apartment was ideal.. so close to many cafes, to the Rue Cler for market shopping and to the Champ de Mars for relaxing in the park. You couldn't ask for a more cozy and comfortable space... the decor of the apartment was very lovely. The view of the Eiffel Tower was glorious. Watching the lights turn on and blink every evening was spectacular. The wrap around balcony was also a nice addition to the apartment... a great spot for sipping your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening or just watching the hustle and bustle of the people below. We loved our stay at the Lalande and would return there in a minute!"

"The apartment was perfect, comfortable and thoroughly equipped, exactly as pictured and described on ParisPerfect website. Having 3 full bathrooms was a rare luxury. The air conditioning worked very well, a joy on hot summer nights. My only recommendation to future Viognier guests is to be sure to ask your greeter to show you how to use/not use the keys/locks in the downstairs entry doors. We did not think to request this when our greeter departed from the apartment at the end of our orientation, and ended up having to pay a locksmith to retrieve a key stuck in one of the downstairs door locks, losing more that half a day to dealing with that hassle. Other than that, we loved the apartment and greatly appreciated Kevin's and Seph's helpfulness in answering our questions."

"The Carignan apartment was in a fantastic location and was exactly as pictured on the website. Victoria was waiting for us when the taxi pulled up to the complex and she provided a very detailed account of the apartment. She also prepared a lovely collection of welcome gifts including wine and delicious chocolates for us to enjoy. It was clear that she put a lot of thought and attention into making our stay in Paris as perfect as possible! The apartment has everything needed to enjoy Paris - guidebooks, maps, walking tours. The location just down the road from the Commerce metro station couldn't have been any more convenient. The walk to the Eiffel Tower was perfect for an evening stroll. We very much enjoyed seeing the tower "sparkle" from the apartment windows at night. Our children were very comfortable in the room with the twin beds, as were we in the master suite. The beautifully appointed apartment was quiet and kept cool during hot summer nights with the various fans. Our experience was ideal and we have no complaints about the apartment or the management staff - all were exceptional."

"Wonderful apartment with a very short walk to the Eifel tower. The location is excellent. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. The shower was wonderful. We were very happy with this place and would recommend it.

Two negatives:

1. The building elevator is very, very small and once we were stuck on it until a few minutes later it started working again!
2. It is a bit of a walk to a metro stop

Still we would recommend this apartment, and we really had a wonderful time."
