"Our stay at the Bergerac apartment last month could not have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in and saw that, yes, that IS the Eiffel Tower we were transported. The neighborhood was delightful. I was a bit afraid that it would be crowded with us (tourists) but despite its proximity to that magnificent landmark it is a very real neighborhood. We loved visiting "our" butcher, and baker and fromagerie. Speaking of which, shopping at Cantin fromagerie was a delight. Thanks for that suggestion and all the restaurant tips.

Having a well stocked kitchen helped in an unexpected way when one of our group had a short term health issue and could not go out. We simply stocked up at the local market across the Seine on Saturday morning and enjoyed two fabulous dinners in.

We had an absolutely fabulous time in Paris! It was our first time to Europe and it definitely will not be the last. Renting an apartment is such a great idea because it brings a little of your home to your vacation when you need the downtime between adventures. Our apartment was perfect, in a great neighborhood, with easy to access bus, RER, and walking. We ate at the local restaurants, shopped at the local markets and really lived the Parisian life for 10 days. And who wouldn't want to look out their window and see the Eiffel Tower while sipping wine on their balcony?!  We also appreciated the information given and took advantage of all the suggestions. We hired the taxi suggested and they were great. We also hired tour guides to the Louvre and Versaille - which we enjoyed immensely. My husband took a private cooking class which he absolutely loved, and we hired one of the photographers suggested to capture our moments in Paris!   We definitely planned our vacation the right way. We can't wait to do it all over again.

"What a beautiful apartment! We loved our stay at the Bordeaux apartment. It was so special to see the Eiffel Tower in all it's glory so close to us. Really reminded us everyday where we were!

The apartment was well appointed and very spacious with modern conveniences. Very well presented with tasteful decor.

Great position in the 7 th arrondissement with terrific restaurants and shops all at easy walking distances. Loved the fresh croissants every morning! It was a joy to come home every day after a long day of walking and sightseeing and enjoy a drink on the balcony taking in all the Parisian sights.

We look forward to returning to Paris in the near future and would definitely recommend staying in this apartment."

"Lalande was fully equipped and clean. It is a little smaller than the pictures show. Four adults should be the limit. The beds are short on length, so not good for tall adults. The view of the Eiffel Tower is beautiful at night. We enjoyed our stay and liked the location to the market and restaurants."

"We loved our stay at the Romanee apt. Firstly, Jean- Paul the taxi driver who met us at the station was wonderful, cheerful and helpful. Then to have Kevin waiting was a bonus. He showed us how everything operated in a most friendly and pleasing way.

The apartment itself was fantastic. So much crammed into such a comparatively small space. All extremely workable.
We couldn't believe the view of the Eiffel Tower - it looked close in advertising, but to actually see it so close was unbelievable. Shops and restaurants were close by, plus the park for the children to run around in. All in all a most convenient location and a great place to stay."

"PARIS was made Perfect by Paris Perfect!!! We had a great time and the Viognier was absolutely the best place yet. We felt like we were residents and just watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night. Great place! Great location! Would absolutely come back and cant wait for the next trip. Thanks to Lisa and Sam for helping us on our early arrival. AND victor cabs was great and on time both ways...highly recommend them."

"We have stayed in a Paris Perfect apartment our last two trips to Paris. We were impressed after our first stay, but after our second trip, we know that we will never stay at a hotel again. We can't control the weather, the crowds, etc. on our vacations, but with Paris Perfect, we know that where we stay will be nothing short of amazing. The apartments look exactly like the pictures. The description of the apartments, their locations, and their amenities are very accurate. The Paris Perfect staff are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Paris Perfect."

"My Husband and I with our 3 children stayed at the apartment Chateanuef in August. Though I had been to Paris several times and stayed at all the fine hotels. This was a truly unique experience. To get breakfast at the market in the morning at Rue de Cler, have my children watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle from their bedroom and to have a lovely park a block away [and to have a washer dryer! :)] - made it all a unique and perfect experience . Thanks!"

Great 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment with kitchen, family room, and large dinning room. The bed rooms are 1 queen, 1 queen, and 2 singles, and there is also a sleeper sofa. The apartment also has a washer and dryer. You are about 2 blocks from the Louvre and 1 block from street with shops, markets, and restaurants. We were very pleased with the location. Ceilings are a little low in bedrooms and bathrooms, but it is Europe!

Just a quick bonjour to tell you how much our groups LOVED Margaux and how gorgeous the apartment looks. Everything about it is just perfect. I wish you could be a fly on the wall to hear the oooh's and aah's when people walk in the front door. It is beyond magnifique. I had one woman seriously interested in buying it. Thanks again for a great week in a great apartment.

"There are no words to describe how perfect this apartment was. I was travelling with my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. We all enjoyed this apartment thoroughly. The location was quiet which is a plus for us, but it was also convenient to all of central Paris by Metro and taxi. The view of course was magnificent - I felt like it was a movie set. The apartment amenities filled our every need and more. Paris Perfect was also the best host providing linens and a welcome basket and many other necessities. The staff always returned our few phone calls with question with in minutes. This vacation was wonderful. I hope to use Paris Perfect again and again in the future."

"We recently stayed in the Morgon Apartment in Paris - absolutely fabulous. A very spacious, beautifully decorated true 3 bedroom apartment. Lots of room to spread out so that you don't get in each others way and a great position just off B'vd St Germain. We would very happily stay there again. We would also highly recommend Paris Perfect - couldn't fault them and will definitely use them again when next we travel to Paris. "Our family had a perfect week in the Morgon apartment. My husband and I and our two daughters all met for a family reunion in Paris in this beautiful, spacious apartment. We were welcomed by Victoria who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all our enquires and ensured a trouble free stay for us. The apartment had everything we could possibly have needed and had a lovely comfortable feel to it whilst being luxuriously gorgeous. The location was superb, easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be using Paris Perfect again!"

"A wonderful experience! The experience from beginning to end was great.

Check-in: - no issues. This consisted of a 20 minute welcome to the apartment with background on the neighborhood, and a detailed explanation on the various features of the apartment.

The apartment:
- The view from the apartment was amazing, and exactly as pictured.
- The apartment was as pictured, was able to sleep the five of us as intended, and worked out great.
- The apartment also included things like fans, (as some nights it was hot), nespresso, and was great.

The neighborhood:
- Well located. Easily accessible from the metro. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Pastiserries and supermarkets just down the block.

The stay:
We stayed at the apartment for 6 nights and had a great time. The eiffel tower view was amazing. The apartment was overall fairly quiet, and we had no troubles sleeping.

The rental company:
We only saw them during the handover but the handover was smooth, well documented, had a great check list. I also spoke with them before showing up, and the communications were professional and easy to co-ordinate.

Overall:
- Great, would definitely stay there again, or in another location operated by the same folks."

"We had a fantastic stay at Romanee. The location is perfect, and the views of the Eiffel Tower are amazing. Some of our best memories of our stay in Paris were having dinner at Romanee with a view of the Tower in the background. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and a great place to retreat after a long day out and about in the city.

It is very easy to explore the 7th from Romanee and it is also very easy to get just about anywhere else in Paris from a nearby Metro stop."

"Clairette is as beautiful as the name indicates. We enjoyed the easy walk to champ de mar, fine restaurants, markets and metro stations. This year,Paris in July was unusually hot, we were very grateful to have the A/C units. The management team had done a fantastic job in setting up the apartment to welcome the guests. We felt like going home away from home.

The only things that I regretted was not being able to see the tour Eiffel from the window; and the noise from the busy streets can be annoy. Other then that, it was a perfect vacation."

"My daughter, my son's 13 year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Muscadelle. The apartment was amazing with a fabulous view of th Eiffel Tower. We made use of the fully equipped kitchen every morning for breakfast and some evenings for dinner after a long day of touring. This was such a convenient location being within a half block of the Rue Cler with all of the wonderful markets.

Having an apartment when traveling with several generations gave everyone the space they needed to relax after a long day. It exceeded all our expectations. We will certainly recommend Paris Perfect to others!"

"The apartment is beautifully presented. You take the lift up to the 4th floor and once you open the front door you walk along a small corridor and up a flight of stairs to the apartment.

We loved the apartment. Our teenage children loved the free internet. We had good space for 4 people and the kitchen was extremely well laid out with choice of coffee machines,utensils and cooking equipment provided. the sofa bed is one of the easiest sofa beds we have ever used and it turns into two single beds which are the same height and can be folded up every day. The grandparents visited and we had some lovely meals in the apartment. We could walk to so many attractions, the location is superb."

"This is a lovely two-storey apartment right in the heart of the 7e Arr. There is ample room for two adults and two children...and the apartment is laid out well. Comfortable. Roomy. Pleasant. The views of the Eiffel Tower are lovely...and can be seen from the balcony, bedrooms, and living room.

The neighborhood is busy (touristy) but convenient for bistros, several boulangeries, and easy access to the Metro.
As we were here in July, it is a somewhat noisy apartment, as it sits at the junction of three major streets. But it didn't really didn't take away from our experience.
