"What a wonderful stay, Beaujolais surpassed all my expectations. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable we were two friends sharing. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom and kitchen facilities and so peaceful at night with double glazing. I could lay in bed and watch the lights on the Eiffel Tower. The location was perfect and the local shopping excellent for speciality cheeses, bread and pastries and a great little supermarket for all our needs. Just a short walk to three of Paris's best restaurant choices owned by the former chef of the Ritz Christian Constant. Cafe Constant was our favourite so affordable for such exquisite dishes and desserts to die for. All in all a great memory and a big thank you to all the staff at Paris Perfect. We will definitely recommend Paris Perfect and hope to return soon."

"Paris Perfect was the "perfect" choice for us - the Romanee apartment was fabulous for our family of five, including 9 & 11 year old girls and 6 year old boy. The kids took turns sleeping in the family room and the 2nd bedroom. We loved the light show of the eiffel tower every night. Apartment was charming and perfectly outfitted - we even used the kitchen 2 nights. Perfectly located near eiffel tower and lots of great boulangeries and restaurants. Metro/RER stop 5-10 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk!) Bus stop right in front. Would definitely stay in this apartment again."

"We are back in the States and I want to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Chateau Latour. From the apartment itself to the views... we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was truly magical for our children to see the Eiffel Tower from every room as this was their first time visiting the City of Lights. Merci Beacoup! "My husband and I have rented quite a few vacation apartments and this is the best experience we have had. The apartment is newly renovated and in mint condition. It is spacious and ideal for two couples or a small family. We especially liked the balcony with Eiffel Tower view, which was ideal for relaxing at the end of a hectic day of touring. I highly recommend the Marsannay apartment and think it will please even those with the highest standards."

"this apartment was absolutely perfect!
We stayed here in February at the last minute and had a wonderful, memorable stay. The weather was incredible- sunny, clear, and mild- the end of the week it began to snow, which was fun too! Looking out the window to snow flakes was picturesque from the windows of this utterly charming apartment.
I have visited Paris several times, and have stayed at the legendary as well as other charming hotels. ( Ritz, Athenee, Meurice, Christine).
This experience was right up there, if not better. By day 6, I wanted to cry as I felt I had not taken advantage of the wonderful little location of Rue Maitre Albert. So much to see and visit!
Sleeping here you could hear a pin drop! so quiet! Not kidding.
One of the nicest things to do was head out in the morning, walk up the little alley of the street, and in a minute you are in the midst of a wonderful authentic open air market. I bought a scarf that I am living in- cashmere animal print 40 euro? Loved every minute can not wait to go back. Perfect Paris perfect experience. I am a new huge fan! Patty"

The kitchen even had Henckels knives and All Cad pots and pans! Clairette is located just doors from cafes, groceries, coffee shop, patisserie, boulangier, hair salon, pharmacies, and of course, the all important staples-macarons and chocolate!!! I have stayed with ParisPerfect several times now and have come to trust them implicitly. They always provide me with a sense of security. I travelled to Paris alone this trip and had no worries for my safety. Do not hesitate to use Victor's taxi service from Charles de Gaulle. He is always on time.

"We stayed in Pomerol, which was perfect for us. I thought that cooking in this unit might be a problem - especially after staying in Tavel before. But I was happily mistaken. I was able to turn out great meals in the french style daily, using the wonderful street market below. The dining room view of the Eiffel Tower was a great treat. We visit Paris yearly and being centrally located allows us to venture out and discover more of Paris. We use the bus for its convenience (#69 dropped us just across from our front door) as well as the visual tour each ride affords us. This years visit was great - we really unwound and relaxed!"

"We stayed in the Calvados apt. Which was a perfect location! We were able to view the Eiffel Tower from our balcony, walk across the bridge to Montaigne street, shop Champ-Ellysee, and stroll down Rue Cler Market easily in a day. The apartment was beautiful and we felt like we were Parisians when we walked through our lovely gate to the street below to have a cafe and croissant, or walk to the market!

We were able to enjoy many museums on this trip, enjoy great fine French dining, and still feel the peaceful pace of the City of Light! Thank you for all your helpful guides. We will be back to see more of Paris and London too!"

"We just returned from our trip Saturday 2nd February - We followed our stay at the Alicante with a stay at the Beaumes de Venise last week.

We really liked the Alicante and glad we tried a different location than the 7th. The apartment was very freshly done, well appointed and cozy. The decor was more tailored than other Paris Perfect apartments, and to my eye quite wonderful. Our greeter, Paul, was wonderful and helpful. The street was adorable, felt ancient, convenient to the Latin Quarter, bus transport, many sites and a wonderful market. The restaurant next door, Atelier Maitre Albert, was excellent and one of the best meals we had during our two week stay.

I will say the kitchen stayed a bit cold (we arrived during the snow storm) and could use a rug or portable heater. And it seemed as though the left hand and right hand of the Paris Perfect team weren't not aware of our back to back rentals and logistical issues. Paul was extremely helpful to help us though the transition of one apartment to another with the arrival of our friends at 6:30 am the second week.

The Alicante is a great location for someone interested in old Paris yet very convenient to get anywhere really, even the Marais.

"We stayed in the Pomerol apt (not in your list) in January 2013 for 8 days. It was a great apartment for us. This is our second time staying with Paris Perfect and I would easily chose them again. The location is great - step out of the door and you're on Rue Cler with its wonderful market stores, restaurants and cafes. This location gave us a great opportunity to explore the 7th, which we did. Walked our feet off, as usual. Best features of the apartment? View of the top half of the Eiffel Tower out the bedroom window. We'd leave the louvre blinds partially open at night and fall asleep to the sparkling tower - how much more Paris does it get? Also, the oversize bathtub, cozy living room and the the view over the rooftops. High speed internet was flawless, free world phone is handy. Can't comment on the TV - we never turned it on! Thanks again."

Whilst the apartment was great, and in a fantastic location (kids watch the Eiffel tower whilst eating dinner, instead of watching TV), the most positive, important and useful thing about booking with Paris Perfect was the staff. From the initial telephone enquiry, to making our booking, to being met and shown through the apartment (thanks Sam), everyone involved was pleasant, professional, and helpful. When we needed some DVDs to entertain our children (fed up with watching French cartoons), Paris Perfect were able to deliver emergency supplies the next day. When we locked our passports in the safe and forgot the code, they retrieved them before we could be deported, without fuss. The apartments were extremely well equipped, there was everything there we needed, from bottle openers to laundry detergent to wine. The most useful piece of equipment however was the Paris Perfect manual. The section about how to use every item in the apartment was practical, but much more fun was the section about Paris and the neighborhood. If you like good food, you couldn't go too far wrong by eating your way through the list of local restaurants in the guide. The section on visiting the Paris flea markets indicated we could even bump into Bill Gates there. We followed the directions, but saw Brad Pitt instead (honest). Fantastic week in Paris!

"We rented the Moselle apartment at the very last minute. We are so glad we changed from our hotel! My husband took me to Paris to celebrate my 50th birthday and the Moselle was a cozy and quiet home-away-from-home (and a good place to nap in the afternoons!) Paris was in a deep freeze with 4 inches of snow - when the weather was too miserable to walk we went back to our haven and planned the next expedition or next good restaurant! We highly recommend both the Moselle apartment and the Paris Perfect team. Thank you for making our big "half-century" celebration a success."

Beautifully decorated and spotless are just the beginning. You are in a true Parisian neighborhood and you will be rubbing shoulders with the residents of the 7th arrondisement at the grocers, the pharmacies, the bistros and, of course, the patisseries all of which are just steps away in this beautiful area. The rental agents are endlessly patient and really go out of their way to be helpful with any and all questions. This is our second stay in this agency's apartments and we plan on another."

"A great apartment on a wonderfully quiet street considering how close you are to the major tourist area near Notre Dame. The kitchen is well equipped for anyone who wants to cook and for coffee fans, the Nespresso machine is most welcome! The efforts of the ParisPerfect team to accomodate our Christmas Day arrival was beyond-the-call of duty and we really appreciated it.

"We have been to Paris at least twice a year for more than 15 years. Over that period of time, we experienced many hotels and apartments (some good and some...bad). Since we found Paris Perfect a few years ago, I can honestly say that they have the best apartment rentals in Paris.

Last month, we stayed in Merlot which was again just...perfect!Very quiet and confortable, great location in a wonderful neighborhood. The appartment was a bit small (a least for 5 people) but sufficient. You never get tired drinking a glass of wine with the Eiffel Tower view from your apartment.

The staff of Paris Perfect are professionnal and very helpful.
Don't waste your time searching elsewhere if you are looking for truly perfect stay in Paris.

We are going back to Paris next month and as usual, we already booked with Paris Perfect..."

"Our family of 4 stayed at the Merlot for a week in late December where we planned to welcome the New Year 2013 whilst enjoying the view of the Eiffel Tower from our apartment. The 2 bedroom apartment seemed small initially but it was compact, with lots of clever storage. We had everything we need at the apartment including a shopping trolley to purchase our groceries. We chose Paris Perfect because of the good reviews from the Tripadvisor & we were not disappointed. There were supermarkets, fruit & veggie & patisserie shops which were all very close to the apartment. The nearest Metro is about 10 minutes walk away. What we valued most out of this experience was being able to feel at home almost immediately because of the very detailed firsthand account of the area (eg where to shop for what, where to eat) & how to live like a Parisian from Paris Perfect even before we flew into Paris. The staff at Paris Perfect were very helpful & Victor the cabdriver was worth his weight in gold. He took us everywhere & introduced us to good Chinese food in Paris !"

"Quincy is a well appointed charming apartment. In a good location close to transport, restaurants/cafes/bistros, markets and supermarkets. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well - equipped kichen - our family had an awesome time! We cannot find any fault with the apartment or the staff of Paris Perfect. When we return to Paris, we will stay in a Paris Perfect apartment again!Just one word of caution - Customs At Charles de Gaulle Airport is frustrating with regards to return of VAT. Allow a lot of time to deal with French bureaucracy."

Central for shopping, museums etc and we loved the evening view of the Eiffel Tour with the twinkling lights. We have been to Paris several times before but still found the information book with tips and recommendations extremely helpful."

"We stayed in Margaux for 12 nights, enjoying Christmas Day there before departing on 26 December. Our only complaint is that we can never again happily rent an apartment or deal with a rental agency because none of them can ever live up to the stunning beauty of Margaux nor the professionalism and attention to detail of Paris Perfect. A spotlessly clean, well furnished apartment where everything works perfectly is a rare treat. Attention to detail included such niceties as a Nespresso machine with a variety of Nespresso pods supplied, a sensible starter pack of milk and juice, washing and dishwashing tablets, and in a cold winter much needed moisturiser in every bathroom! If you are looking for perfection in a Parisian holiday then you have found it."
