"My mom and I stayed at the gorgeous Monbazillac apartment for a girls trip and absolutely loved it! The historic building was recently fully renovated and the location is in the best area of Paris. The central location allowed us to walk to everything, but the best part was coming home to one of Paris' oldest and most charming squares. Our mornings started with cafee & croissants on the balcony and our evenings ended with wine & cheese watching the sun set. We loved just taking in the peacefulness of Place Dauphine after a long day of exploring the bustling city.
My mom and I discovered a lot of beautiful areas of Paris, but we both agreed that Place Dauphine was certainly a hidden gem that we cannot wait to return to.
The Paris Perfect team was fantastic from start to finish and helped us create a very memorable trip!"

"The apartment is in an excellent location on Rue Cler which is a pedestrian only cobblestone street with many restaurants, coffee shops, wine shop, fruit and vegetable shops, patisseries, cheese shops. It is close to the Eiffel Tower and the River Seine and many other museums and attractions of Paris."

"Our recent May - June stay in the Marsannay apartment of Paris Perfect was our fourth consecutive stay in this apartment and our fifth consecutive year of visiting Paris in an apartment managed by Paris Perfect. That in itself should attest to our having fallen in love with Paris and experiencing Paris in an apartment rather than a hotel. I use the word experience because an apartment (as contrasted to our previous hotel stays) has provided an entirely different perspective of the City for us. You really do have a sense that you are part of the neighborhood, and that after a long day of exploring the City that in coming back to your apartment you are coming home to put your feet up and just relax and talk about the day's experiences. Personally we prefer the apartments in the 7th for a variety of reasons; not the least of which is to look out at the Eiffel Tower with its glorious blinking lights each night before retiring. Compared to other Arrondissements we have found the 7th to be quiet and more peaceful, but either by walking or metro to be quite accessible to museums and all other areas of Paris. But in any case, we have found that the apartments managed by Paris Perfect are honestly and accurately described on their Web Site, and are very well maintained and appointed by Paris Perfect. For those that may be a bit nervous of being in a strange city without recourse to call the front desk of the hotel for information and guidance (as frankly we were prior to our first stay in a Paris Perfect apartment), Paris Perfect both in the apartment and on its reservation page does provide comprehensive information about your neighborhood, exhibits and attractions, transportation services (including English-speaking taxis), and emergency services (e.g. medical care). That information coupled with Rick Steves' Paris undoubtedly provides many people with more knowledge about Paris their own hometown. Each of our trips to Paris have been unique and a delightful experience, and we thank Paris Perfect for making it so.

One last remark about concerns many people have about Paris's unfortunate recent terrorism experiences. Whether we were naïve or not, we never throughout our travels within Paris had any concerns for safety. Though we suspect police protection was ever present, it never was in an obvious way so as to cause anxiety. We also would note with regard to all the reported labor strikes affecting France (and the rail strike did cause us to have to cancel a 2-day side trip to the Loire Valley), within Paris the strikes did not affect local transportation or the enjoyment of the City and its attractions."

My three girlfriends and I stayed in the Cognac apartment for a week in April. Where to begin? Dealing with Paris Perfect online was a pleasure. They ere attentive, accommodating and replied to my emails with questions quickly. They were lovely to speak to on the phone too. The process was really very simple. We used their recommended cab service, which was awesome!! What a beautiful building!!! The doors were huge. We felt very safe. There is a second door in the foyer which too a key is needed. Once you are in the lobby there is a circular staircase which is just gorgeous and the elevator. The greeter worked the elevator and luggage and explained how we should navigate the elevator because in Europe it is very small!. Once on our floor, we entered our apartment. It was so pretty and clean. He walked us thru the entire apartment and gave us ideas of what to do in the area and what NOT to do. Very helpful. The apartment was very nicely appointed with binders, slippers, kitchen pots, pans, paper towels, bath towels etc. We needed nothing. We only cooked breakfast once so if you plan on cooking more, you may need to shop for paper towels and such. The bathrooms were newer and the bath towels very nice. The towel warmers were sooo nice. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint about the apartment was the ceiling fan in the twin bedroom was not secure on the ceiling and therefore squeaked and rocked when turned on. We couldn't use it. We never turned the TV's on. The balcony was awesome!! We used it everyday whether it was for breakfast, dinner, a glass of wine or pictures...including selfies with the Eiffel Tower in the background!!! I would recommend Paris Perfect to my friends and family and will use them again if I am lucky enough to travel again to France!

"We loved or stay at your place. You have done a beautiful job, especially the Komani throw pillows. One tip for you and your future guests; a great little French restaurant called La Jacobine. We happened upon it yesterday and had dinner - we are going back tonight. Great time, great food, great wine, great place."

"Our apartment was magnificent and just Paris Perfect. It was a great location and our balcony was overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Every night we had front row seats to the light show and outstanding views of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was so clean and fit our family of 6 just fine. Paris Perfect was the best decision we made on the trip and the apartment was GREAT. It made out trip so enjoyable and more comfortable than ever imagined. I also had the pleasure to train with Verity every morning. She was so sweet and a joy to work out with. She accommodated my schedule and was such a pleasure to be around. I loved training with her and was sad to leave. Thank you Paris Perfect for a 5 star vacation and making our girls trip so memorable. I will definitely be using Paris Perfect in the future.."

"We are so grateful having the extra space and settled in nicely. Everything is functional and pretty! The beds and bedding are very comfy! I used the washer dryer today. It works great and we put the kitchen to test for breakfast and it worked great. The shower is nice and big in the Loupiac apartment and I love the water pressure for washing my hair. We are having a fantastic time."

"We loved the Savennieres Apartment. It is spread out over two floors on the 5th and 6th Floor. The living room is under the roof with pretty beams, two large windows and a killer balcony. The place is perfect for a couple wanting to escape. It is small, but feels open with the high ceilings upstairs and the outdoor space is rewarding for relaxing with a glass of wine or having breakfast. Everything is very functional, top notch appliances, cabinetry, furniture, craftsmanship. Love love the grand chandelier in the living room reflecting in the antique mirror. The bedroom downstairs features very comfortable bed. Also ample storage space, important to note when you are trying to figure out where to put your big suit case. There is a small bathroom build under the stairs, on suite which is charming, and an additional half bath great for a couple getting ready at the same time. The shower is great with awesome pressure for ladies with long hair.
There is a Bose speaker that connects to your phone via Bluetooth to listen to Music. We did not try the TV, as we were out and about most time. The Paris Perfect team were fabulous. No problem connecting with the greeter. We also booked several tours and had a fantastic time and had excellent follow up from the team. There was security downstairs in the lobby. I believe Paris Perfect has a genuine interest that the stay of their clients in Paris is of high quality and the experience of life long memories.
We also used Uber for several rides in Paris for the first time and found it very easy and user friendly. The location of this apartment is perfect and one of the best in Paris. Just lovely! Thank you Paris Perfect!"

"The SAUMUR, a wonderful apartment with the immediate satisfaction of being part of the Parisian lifestyle. The location makes this possible; right on the Rue Cler, fresh fruits, fresh squeezed orange juice (my favorite), fresh baked quiche for breakfast, does it get any better than this? The apartment is just what is advertised, small, but with all the conveniences one needs. All you need is a place to eat breakfast and sleep, so a larger apartment is not necessary. You spend your day exploring, so the SAUMUR is an ideal place to base your excursions. A short walk to the 69 bus stop, a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, a short walk to many great restaurants, Paris Perfect!

Actually, we tried to rent a larger apartment from Paris Perfect, but were a little too late. But on retrospect, this apartment's location is more important than space. We would stay here again."

Saint Julien

"

We had a lovely experience during our week renting the St. Julien apartment in December, 2015. We were initially booked for the Pomerol but there was work being done in that building when we arrived so Paris Perfect offered to upgrade us to the St. Julien at no additional cost which turned out to be just fine. The apartment is very commodious for two people, even having two bathrooms and an extra "sitting room" which was great for storing the luggage. Beautifully decorated, the St. Julien has every accoutrement you could desire, including a Nespresso machine--so wonderful before setting out for a long day of walking! The only "tight squeeze" in the apartment is the bedroom where the queen-size bed is a bit tight against the outside wall and very near the luxurious, pooling draperies making it difficult for the person sleeping on that side to get in and out easily. But crawling up the bed proved no difficulty for me and actually added a bit of whimsy to the occasion and we were sure grateful for the queen-sized bed! The best part about the St. Julien is the location: 7th Arr., diagonal from the Champs du Mars and Eiffel Tower, right on the corner of the Rue St. Dominique and a stone's throw from the Rue Cler. There is really good shopping around this area and you can walk to bus stops and taxi stands are just across the street, a bakery is right next door (one of two on the block, along with a market, a vegetable/fruit stand, a wine shop, a chocolatier, two cheesy souvenir shops, a pharmacy and many wonderful restaurants.) In my opinion, this part of the 7th is the best location for restaurants in Paris and you can easily walk throughout the 7th and over to the 15th (which has a wonderful outdoor market on Wednesdays and Sundays) and the Rue de Commerce. The whole area is a less "manic" Paris, and, in parts, more like a high-class neighborhood. The only down side was the distance to the Metro. The apartment isn't really convenient to any one Metro station which is a shame because Paris' Metro is one of the easiest, most efficient in the world. But if you like taking the bus, you are golden! Major bus lines collide here and you can go virtually anywhere and enjoy the scenery as well. Lastly, I will say we got a great rate from Paris Perfect since December is off-season. I wouldn't recommend a person make her first visit to Paris in the winter, but for a "rebound" visit at Christmastime, it can be delightful: no lines at the museums, no sweating walking long distances, no huge tour groups crowding the tourist areas, Christmas lights along with the twinkling Tower, Christmas sales, seasonal foods, animated windows at the major department stores, or a trip on the train to Strasbourg to the Christmas market.

Anjou

"I look back on my 10 days stay in the Anjou apartment at La Place Dauphine as one of the most enjoyable times of my life, certainly recent times. The apartment itself is beautiful as well as highly functional with great furniture and all the appliances needed for a comfortable, self-catering stay. A great deal of thought has obviously been put into the arrangement and furnishing. A wonderful bed. So comfortable! Great bathroom with superb plumbing and more water pressure and instant hot water than you could reasonably expect. Great heated towel rail. Very well-appointed and easy to use kitchen with espresso maker, oven/microwave combination, range, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, drip coffee maker and all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans you could ever want. The living/dining room area is spacious, well furnished and up to date electronically. Phone with free calls. Good internet with router in the room. TV and other entertainment (which I confess I did not even turn on once as I had better things to do!). Access code to the door means you don't need to carry (and forget or lose) keys. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The apartment has three windows directly onto the beautiful Place Dauphine. There is air conditioning and heat but I needed neither. With the windows open the sounds from the Place drift in. With the windows shut it is silent. The exposed ceiling beams and the decor chosen help preserve the history of the building. That's the apartment. The location is something else. It was like staying in a wonderful village right in the historical heart of Paris. A few minutes walk to Notre Dame, a minute to the Seine and the Pont Neuf, two minutes to the metro, one minute to the nearest Velibe (rental bicycle) stand. Easy walk to,the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, the Marais. Grocery stores within 10 minutes pleasant walk. Great restaurants just outside the front door. Wonderful specialized shops right in the Place. I can't think of a better place to stay. I am a photographer and was there mainly to take photos. I got photos that I never would have got had I not stayed there or thereabouts. I would love to stay there again. Same building. Same apartment."

Château Latour

Château Latour

"My family and I had the absolute best vacation ever, thanks to you and your staff. The Chateau Latour was located in a great area of Paris. We always felt safe. Highlights in Paris were an orientation tour with Celine; a cooking class with Catherine Reed was voted the #1 experience by my wife and 2 daughters; a private tour of the Louvre with Raphaelle was a wonderful experience. Raphaelle was very knowledgeable with a tremendous personality.....she was our favorite guide in both London & Paris. Another excellent guide was Alois for a walking tour of Montmartre & Sacre Coeur. She also is a poet...very nice touch. Lizani worked with me on planning the vacation so I want to be sure and recognize her. Her planning and reservations made our vacation so enjoyable, especially dinner reservations on the Eiffel Tower to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary!!! I have also let Wendy Perrin know of our pleasure. Almost forgot....our trip to London was also very memorable. We stayed at the Queen's Gate Mews. Maureen Corcoran led us on a private tour of Westminster Abbey that we also enjoyed very much. So much knowledge was really appreciated."

"We had a wonderful time, everything was perfect, however one comment, the water in the kitchen can quickly become very very scalding hot, and perhaps dangerous to children or elderly people. They should be made aware of this. Other than that the welcome was very well done, your recommendations were helpful, the apartment was clean and quiet, the neighbors were very nice, we had a great time. Keep up the good work."

"Once again I had a most fabulous stay with Paris Perfect! The Chambertin was an absolute joy to stay in! The views were amazing and I really enjoyed bubble baths in that gorgeous French clawfoot tub while enjoying the twinkling light show the Eiffel puts on!! I now see why this is one of the most romantic apartments in the 7th! This is my third time renting with Paris Perfect and I will be coming back soon! Thank you for another unforgettable stay!"

"We loved the Cabernet apartment! The location was perfect with a Patisserie just across the street, a wine shop next door, a butcher shop two doors down, and a small grocery story nearby. There were many great cafes in the neighborhood. The apartment was wonderfully charming, in great condition, and very comfortable. It truly felt like home during our 1 week stay. The view of the Eiffel Tower was magnificent. Paris Perfect was great to work with - very efficient, helpful, and trustworthy. We highly recommend Paris Perfect and the Cabernet apartment."
