Saint Amour

Our family stayed at the St. Amour last August 2013. I have researched Paris Perfect for a while now but was still not sure what to expect since it was our first time to use them. I am glad to say that everything turned out perfect and that we had a wonderful stay at their St. Amour apartment. The location was perfect for the area. Easily accessible via bus, train to and from anywhere we were going in the city (although we did a lot of walking which was fun). My kids loved the area with the restaurants (we went to Café Constant) and the market at Rue de Cler. After a tiring day, it was great to be able to relax in such a great apartment. The next time we visit Paris, we will be sure to contact Paris Perfect again. Thanks you Paris Perfect for a great vacation!

Our family of four enjoyed staying at Saint Julien for our brief stay in Paris. The apartment was clean and sufficiently stocked with necessary items. The location was perfect for the Eiffel Tower - it was a little walk to the Metro but most of our trip entailed walking so we were fine with that. Would definitely recommend staying at one of the Paris Perfect locations to get a feel for the city. In fact we are planning our next visit already. Thank you!

Volnay

"

My wife and I had a wonderful 7 night stay at the Volnay apartment in Paris, during early November 2013. The location could not have been better, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment clean and fresh. Though it rained each day we were in Paris, it didn't stop us from walking the streets and taking in the French lifestyle. Afterwards, returning to the Volnay for an hour long warm soak in the tub, quite able to accommodate both of us, as we savored some cold French beers. We would highly recommend the Volnay.

"This is our second stay at Saint Romain on what is an annual few week trip to France in late fall, always culminating with a ten night stay in Paris.

Saint Romain itself is centrally located, within walking distance of the major sights, museums and shopping areas, not to mention the rue Cler market place itself. It is well maintained and comported for discriminating guests, with a balcony overlooking the street ideal for a pre-dinner cocktail, or early morning coffee.

As importantly, ParisPerfect properties are top flight. We have stayed in one for three straight years and will be returning in May with another couple, staying at "Alsace".

We are fans."

"The St Amour apartment was everything that we expected. It was easy to complete the meet and greet. Upon our arrival, the apartment was neat and comfortable. The location in the 7th arrondisement was close enough to be able to walk to see the sites that we really wanted to see. A Metro Station is within easy walking distance for destinations further afield. Each morning, we ventured to Rue Cler for breakfast. What a wonderful locale. We lucked out (for a late season stay - the weather was cooperative). I would definitely consider Paris Perfect and the St Amour apartment for future visits. Paris is one of my favorite European cities - Paris Perfects ammenities makes is very easy to keep this preference."

The apartment is perfectly located (the view of the Eiffel Tower is exactly as advertised!). The Metro is close by. It is easy to get to anywhere in Paris from here. There were 3 adults staying in the apartment and it suited us well. Everyone had plenty of room. The decor is lovely and the amenities top notch. We definitely plan on returning to the lovely Beaujolais.

Clos Jolie

"There were six in our party and we stayed in the Clos Jolie Apartment. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly located in Paris so that we could easily get to and from all of the major attractions (we could walk to the Louvre). Paul was our greeter and proved to be very helpful and accessible. We were impressed with the amount of detail put into the apartment. There was a book which included suggestions for great restaurants, markets and anything else you would need. The apartment description told of the low ceiling on the second floor, however, once you got used to it, it was no problem. The majority of our time was spent on the first floor anyway. This was our first time using this form of housing and it will not be our last. Thanks Paul and everyone who helped make our stay such a wonderful experience."

"Six family members stayed in the Clos Jolie. It was just as the pictures depicted. It was clean, beautifully decorated and located in a very safe area. We could walk to the Louvre. It was so nice to come back to a lovely apartment after a day of sightseeing. Thanks to our greeter, Paul, for spending time with my sister(the rest of us were delayed)to provide all information we needed. The attention paid to detail was impressive. Thank you Paul, and Paris Perfect for helping to make our stay a wonderful experience. We would not hesitate to stay in another Paris Perfect apartment. Thanks also for the recommendation to use Victor's taxi service from and to the airport. He was a life saver and I highly recommend him."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Marsannay and would like to thank you for a terrific experience from booking through the ride with Victor back to CDG for the trip home. It was flawless.

The apartment was a delight. It was as described and we stared at the Eiffel every chance we got especially at night. I’m sure we will be the envy of our friends and relatives once they see the pictures and videos we took. Our dining experience in town was great and we once again fell in love with the friendly and classy French people. Everyone we encountered at restaurants, stores, museums, etc. went out of their way to welcome us and make our visit a truly memorable one. "Unbeatable views of the Eiffel Tower. Central Air with multiple zones is a first on my 59th trip to Paris....a real bonus for those of us with asthma/allergies.
Bed is hard as a board and would benefit from a memory pad. Also, please provide more juice glasses, milk frother, cream pitcher and other kitchen essentials."

"We loved our little pied a terre in Paris. The apartment is in a little neighborhood quite close to the Metro, outdoor markets, Monoprix and neighborhood restaurants. The apartment is cosy, nicely decorated with a modern, up to date kitchen and bath . Everything that one could possibly need is provided- a comfortable bed,washer,dryer,umbrellas, even a shopping cart for going to markets!

The staff at Paris Perfect is professional and responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. The information packet that is provided is comprehensive and makes for a very seamless entry into being a Parisian resident for a short time. We will be back!"

We had a wonderful week in Paris and truly enjoyed our stay in Beaujolais. The location was so convenient, we just love the 7th arrondisement and all it has to offer. I was amazed how quiet it was too! I especially enjoyed my nightly hot baths after the long days of sightseeing and I must say the water in Paris is magnifique! The queen bed in Beaujolais was dreamy and so comfortable. The twins not so much - we Americans are very sleep-conscious (if that makes sense) when traveling and consider a good night's sleep and comfortable accommodations a must! We met so many nice Parisians this trip and will treasure the memories we made. Thank you for providing a "home away from home" at Beaujolais!

"Our stay at Bergerac was perfect in every way. The apartment was so very nicely equipped and decorated...once Kevin took the extra fans away! My family loved being there and my French friends were impressed with the quality of the environment and everyone with everything....with one exception which I left as a note on the signout sheet...The little single bedroom need to have a hanging closet. There are two stacks of shelves, ample for most things, but no place to hang a coat, dress etc. I think the lower shelves should be removed and a hanging bar installed.
Also I put the dressing table bench that was placed under the table in the master bedroom in the corner of the little room for some sort of place to put a bag, suitcase etc. It worked out very well there and not needed in the master bedroom. I'd like to reserve Bergerac for next year at approximately the same time."

Volnay

"For a special occasion, we wanted to experience Paris as locals do. Within a block of the Eiffel Tower, five blocks to the Metro, and several blocks to the Seine, the lovely Volnay apartment provided to be a perfect location for our exploration. The surrounding area is chock full of enticing bakeries, patisseries, butcher shops, cheese shops, wine shops, and moderately priced and upscale restaurants. There is also a grocery store, dry cleaners, pharmacies, and banks nearby. An added bonus is the nearby Rue Cler with its wonderful outdoor market. Everything you need is at your doorstep or within easy walking distance. The apartment is at a busy intersection so expect to hear some street sounds during the night and early in the morning.

The Volnay apartment itself is spacious and very comfortably and stylishly furnished with many amenities. Every window has a view of the Eiffel Tower that is particularly delightful at night when the Tower lights up and sparkles for five minutes on the hour throughout the evening. All rooms have blinds or heavy curtains so light from the Tower and the street isn’t an issue.

The small but well-stocked kitchen that opens to the dining room has a full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave/oven, and a very efficient dishwasher so making a meal or two is easy. We loved the Nespresso coffee maker too. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating and a non-working fireplace (nice that it has a door that closes it off from the rest of the apartment). It’s very romantic having dinner or sipping wine with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop. You could easily entertain a small group in the apartment.

Having two sinks in the bathroom plus an overhead and hand held shower with a bathtub made getting ready in the morning a pleasure. The toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom, which is actually rather convenient. The room, however, is very small, especially as a tiny sink has been squeezed in. Watch your elbows and hips on those edges! A queen-sized bed with under-the-mattress storage for comforters, pillows, and sheets was great for my 6’ 4” husband. There’s also plenty of closet space in the bedroom and elsewhere in the apartment so a long stay wouldn’t be a problem. Having an elevator (just big enough for two) means you don’t have to lug your bags up four flights of stairs. It’s efficient and fairly fast too.

We felt right at home in the Volnay apartment and definitely enjoyed our weeklong stay there. We would certainly recommend this apartment for its comfort, amenities, and location."
