"We have stayed at Saint Julien, Volnay and one other I believe whose name escapes me. I cannot say enough good things about these apartments, their owners and/or agents and the reps that are there to take care of every want and need you can possibly request. The apartments are identical to what is described, so there are no surprises. The cleanliness is beyond compare, and they are kept up to day with clean fabrics and other amenities that may need replacement. I cannot recommend these people enough. I am so sorry it took me this long to write about them and the apartments we've rented, most recently April 2016. We will be back and we will use Paris Perfect for sure."

Spent a wonderful week in the Cognac apartment as a group of 4 girlfriends. The location of the apartment is perfect, on a quiet street but a short walk to multiple bus lines, the metro and many wonderful restaurants. A patisserie, grocery store and wine, cheese and fruit stores are within a block of the apartment. The apartment is large and gave us room to spread out. There are several large closets, allowing us to put all of our luggage and clothes away. The first few days of our stay were very hot, but the mobile air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms kept those rooms comfortable (we closed off the kitchen and bathrooms on those days as we didn't need to cool them.). When the weather cooled down, the doors to the balcony and in the back hallway and bedrooms can be opened to get a cool cross-breeze through the apartment. My only critique of the apartment is that the mattress on the living room sofa bed was a quite hard. The service from Paris Perfect was wonderful. Our greeter, Kevin, was great showing us how everything worked in the apartment. This was my second stay with Paris Perfect and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris but in a Paris Perfect apartment.

The beds were so comfortable and the apartment was beautiful with enough space for 5 women. Everything we needed was there plus it was luxurious. I will definitely stay at Ssint Amour when I return. "We have just returned from a weeklong stay in the Calvados apartment. It was just as advertised! The check in was extremely quick, thorough and informative. The apartment itself was very comfortable. The television had numerous English language news channels which was very helpful in keeping us informed with all that was going on in the world. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning kept the apartment cool even on the hottest days. The kitchen was completely stocked, especially with the food, champagne and wine option we had chosen. The showers were hot and strong and the WC was cosy! We usually used the stairs, but to bring our bags up and down, the elevator was very welcome. And our balcony was wonderful. We were there for Bastille Day and watched the fireworks from the balcony. We couldn't have been much closer, even if we had been packed into the Champs de Mars. The Metro and RER were a short distance away, either at Bir Hakim or Pont d'Alma. There were many great restaurants in the neighborhood. My favorite was Les Violin d'Ingres. The prestige dinner on Les Bateaux Parisiennes was also a highlight. In the mornings I would venture out in the neighborhood to pick up croissants, a baguette and sometimes a dessert to go with our evening coffee on the balcony. Our last night we had a craving for pizza (I know, I know) and I found a wonderful Italian restaurant with a fabulous four cheese pizza just a few blocks away. I have been to Paris many times but had never taken a bus until encouraged by your staff. It was a great experience to be able to enjoy the sights while traveling - as opposed to the Metro. We also used Uber extensively and it was quick and inexpensive. All in all, everything was wonderful. Our next trip to Paris will include a stay at Paris Perfect!"

"I am writing to tell you how much I enjoyed my stay at La Place Dauphine. I thought it to be a wonderful place. It's very hard to find a place to stay as nice as home but this has exceeded my expectations. Please tell owner and staff how much I enjoyed it there! I even walked into a movie set one day at Restaurant Paul.
The window issue is probably because of new construction which probably warped the wood from excessive rain and than heat. I did not force it because I felt it would ruin part of window and even break the glass or crack the wood😉
My friend stayed 2 weeks before and loved it as much as I did.
After all this place is perfect for my yearly stays in Paris!"

"I am writing to tell you how much I enjoyed my stay at La Place Dauphine. I thought it to be a wonderful place.
It is very hard to find a place to stay as nice as home but this has exceeded my expectations.
Please tell the owner and staff how much I enjoyed it!
I even walked into a movie set one day at Restaurant Paul in Place Dauphine Square. It is no secret how nice this area of Paris is.
I stayed here alone for 3 days after my companion left and never felt that I was unsafe.
For a few details that I must mention; the Castillon apartment was gorgeous, very light with 3 large windows facing the square.
As I walked around I could see that the decorator paid attention to every details. In the kitchen there was supplies to make a espresso, cold water, jams, and tea. The washer dryer had soap and dishwasher was also supplied with soap. Liquid soap for washing any pots was included. Bathrooms were also wonderful; they included plush white towels, body soap, and lotion.
The mirror in the sitting room was also a TV. The furnishings were actually more than wonderful.
I suggest anyone interested to go to the webpage and view this beautiful place.
Upon packing to leave I set out cleaning as I would at home. I felt it important to care for this place so that I could come back many times in the future.

"Gorgeous view!! The balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower can't be beat. The location is convenient to many restaurants and shops. It was very easy to go out and buy food at the local market. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The 2nd shower in the hallway does leak into the floor due to a door that isn't completely water tight. Also a few wood floor boards need to be replaced in the 2nd bedroom.

It was great to have someone meet us at the apartment and show us how everything works."

"We spent a week in the Castillon apartment on the Place Dauphine this July and absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautifully laid out, with excellent appliances and wonderful decorative details. The bed is heavenly, and the shower even better. We used the kitchen to cook several meals and found it to be well-equipped. The best part of this apartment is the location. The Place Dauphine is right off the Pont Neuf, with both the left and right banks of Paris easily accessible. The Place itself is lovely, with restaurants and cafes and locals playing boule. We will stay here again in the future. Working with Paris Perfect was an absolute pleasure."

"This was my 14th or 15th trip to Paris, but the first time I've used Paris Perfect for my rental. No other agency has even come close to the service provided by Paris Perfect. From the ease of booking, the regular communication (in impeccable English, I might add), to help booking reliable transportation to and from airport, it was seamless and worry free. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. You'd be surprised how often in the past I arrived to my rental and didn't even recognize it. The apartment was spotlessly clean, had very generous starter quantities of everything including laundry detergent, paper products, dishwasher pods, coffee pods, orange juice and a bottle of wine. Our greeter, Lia, gave us a thorough tour and instructions for all the appliances. Later in the trip, I became ill and texted her to ask what a product was called in France so I could find it at the pharmacy. She texted right back with the info and asked what I needed and if there was anything she could do to help. I will never use another agency and only wish I had used Paris Perfect for all of my Paris trips in the past! Thanks for a fabulous Paris experience."

I spent a spectacular week in the Saumur this past July. The location on rue Cler puts one in the midst of the best eating options possible, whether take home delicacies, casual café dining or high end restaurants all of which I sampled! Almost everything Paris has to offer no matter your interests is close by. The museums, the Eiffel Tower, the parks, the shopping are all within walking distance. For those things farther afield like Pere Lachaisse or Montmartre, there are nearby buses and the Metro. And every evening you can return to soak in the last rays of sunlight while sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. I cannot wait to return!”"

"Let me just say, EVERY aspect of this vacation — from pre-stay communications, during the stay, and post-stay — lived up to the Paris Perfect name!
The arrival packet: Wow! Great information! I love how they split up the packets into two—one for the entire city and another just for the neighborhood. We also appreciated the personal comments on many of the restaurant recommendations; this helped us sift through the many choices in the area and, might I say, they were all great recommendations!
The apartment: This place was amazing. This was the best use of space I have ever seen. I loved that they had American-style bottom and top sheets (I get hot when I sleep and like to just use the top sheet–so many European accommodations do not use top sheets). Also, we had THE largest bath towels ever! Even some of the finest hotels have smaller, skimpy towels.
And Madelyn provided face cloths too! OMG! You NEVER find them in Europe. I usually pack my own when traveling to Europe.
Excursions and reservations: The process for making all the reservations were phenomenal.
The Paris Perfect Team: Fantastic and attentive! Madelyn's team is the epitome of her brand. They really want to make everything perfect. Whatever Madelyn is doing to keep them happy and loving their jobs, keep it up. Their responses and response times were fantastic. So much of a company can be judged by the people. They represent Paris Perfect in such a positive light.
Thanks to all for such a memorable trip; everything was fantastic! We look forward to coming back. P.S. I have already recommended Madelyn to a bunch of our friends."

"My daughter and I had a splendid stay at Chambertin! The location in Rue Cler was awesome with the Eiffel tower view, adjacent restaurants, and nearby markets. The apartment was supplied with everything that we needed and the instruction manual for all the household appliances was very handy! The bed and pull out sofa were very comfortable. The noise level on the street was "energetic" with the lighting of the tower late at night. This may have been more pronounced due to the soccer tournament and fan zone. Metro stops were just a short walk away. The Paris Perfect team was very helpful in planning our trip. I would return in a heartbeat!"
