"We really enjoyed our stay in the Saint Romain apartment, located on the popular Rue Cler. There is a rooftop balcony with small table and chairs, which would be great in warmer weather. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchenette has plenty of dishes and glassware, a good-sized refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. We used the washer, and dried clothes by hanging on hangers, or on the heated towel rack, because the dryer takes a very long time. The bathroom was a decent size, with a shower/tub---everything looked pretty new and nicely updated. The staff person who met us when we arrived was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay in this apartment again when we return to Paris, and had a great experience overall working with Paris Perfect."

"If you are looking for a high end, French style apartment rental do not hesitate to rent this one. We just stayed there for one month over Christmas & New Year and I can tell you, you will love it. Amazing comfort, more space than you could possibly need, huge, eat-in, fully equipped kitchen, though you probably won't be cooking much, wonderful Eiffel Tower views from the LR & MBR, fabulous neighborhood with an abundance of great restaurants within a few blocks. The building itself is beautiful, very well kept, and the elevator, unlike most Parisian elevators, actually will hold your luggage. The staff is most helpful, you can call and have something printed and they will have it ready for you almost immediately. The apartment gets cleaned 1x/week and they do a marvelous job. Wish I had them in the US! And the piece de resistance is they actually have WiFi that works without any glitches. So if you want a real taste of Paris in a very non touristy neighborhood with restaurants, bars, grocery stores, cafes, great hair salon outside the front door, as well as the best nail salon across the street, with the Metro close by, this is the apartment to stay in. We just loved it!!! It really doesn't get much better than this."

First, a summary: the Cognac apartment is wonderful and the Paris Perfect staff are very attentive. Now, details. My husband and I have been blessed to visit Paris many times, and we have stayed in a variety of hotels and rental apartments. Cognac is our absolute favorite. The location is wonderful, in the 7th arrondissement close to the Ecole Militaire subway stop with a truly breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. And the balcony, which extends the length of the apartment, is wide enough and furnished for comfortable relaxation to enjoy the view and a glass of wine with friends. We were two couples, and the apartment was very comfortable. There are two fold-out couches, also, so another couple or a few kids could also have been quite comfortable with us. The bathrooms were well-appointed, with American-style water pressure and hot water. The kitchen is small but has everything we needed, and the dining area is plenty spacious for 6 people to sit quite comfortably. The two living areas offer seating for at least 9 people, and the open plan means everyone can enjoy conversation. There are many cupboards and cabinets, and it was very nice not to have our suitcases underfoot and to be able to unpack completely. Sam greeted us at the apartment and took quite a bit of time to make sure we knew where everything was and how everything worked. There was also complete information in a book - how to work every appliance and where everything we needed was located. There was another guide to area restaurants and grocery stores, and we were pleased that it included where NOT to go as well as suggestions on where TO go. When we arrived, there was water, wine, orange juice, and coffee, and dish soap and laundry powder, so we did not need to go out immediately in order to get settled. Near to the apartment (within 2 blocks), there are many wonderful restaurants. The Rue Cler market is just a few blocks away, and different provisions stores in the area offer just about anything you might need for meals at home or just nice snacks between the day's activities and dinner. We hope we will return to Paris often, and we will always check Paris Perfect first for accommodation. We highly recommend Cognac and appreciate the high-level of service the company offers.

"My family of 4 stayed at La Musique from 3 Dec to 8 Dec. We find the apartment tastefully decorated, clean and everything we needed was provided. Location was good with a mini mart near by, metro just 2 minutes walk away, lots of eateries and shopping options. Our host was very thorough when walking us through the apartment which was very helpful. We will most definitely use Paris Perfect again if we come back to Paris and will strongly recommend to our friends and family."

"We found the Quincy apartment to be charming, well-furnished, extremely clean, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and especially the Metro. It is in a very quiet neighborhood which was delightful after busy days touring the city. The Metro station has 3 major lines running through it so getting around the city was very easy. The market on Blvd. de Grenelle is not to be missed on Wednesday and Sunday. This is the third apartment we have rented from Paris Perfect and once again it was a very positive experience. We highly recommend both the company and this apartment."

"As alwarys - Be in Paris; don't DO Paris. Saumur on Rue Cler is a lovely apartment in a lively location for our sixth visit to Paris & second at Paris Perfect - the difference is noticeable. Every convenience, detail, and aesthetic makes Saumur feel like a home. The appliances are all brand new! The building is safe, elevator works well, heating and lighting is great and the storage is excellent considering the small footprint. The view of Paris rooftops (7th and Invalides) is exquisite and the doors shut out most of the street noise. We did laundry a few times - very good machine. We brought up dinner three times. The block has multiple veggie, wine, bread, chocolate and prepared food, emporter (to take away). Enjoy a romantic dinner in the apartment.

Challenges: the mattress while top quality is very firm. Also, the bar directly downstairs is busy until 2:00am and deliveries for shops arrive at 6:30am. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. It's not extreme, but noticible street noise."

Victor's cab service was so nice coming and going back to CDG and I have booked them again to pick up my daughter and bring her back to the airport next week. It was wonderful and you all were lovely to work with especially providing us ahead of time with all the tips for the trip!! We will definitely rent an apartment from you all again."
