"The Carignan apartment was in a fantastic location and was exactly as pictured on the website. Victoria was waiting for us when the taxi pulled up to the complex and she provided a very detailed account of the apartment. She also prepared a lovely collection of welcome gifts including wine and delicious chocolates for us to enjoy. It was clear that she put a lot of thought and attention into making our stay in Paris as perfect as possible! The apartment has everything needed to enjoy Paris - guidebooks, maps, walking tours. The location just down the road from the Commerce metro station couldn't have been any more convenient. The walk to the Eiffel Tower was perfect for an evening stroll. We very much enjoyed seeing the tower "sparkle" from the apartment windows at night. Our children were very comfortable in the room with the twin beds, as were we in the master suite. The beautifully appointed apartment was quiet and kept cool during hot summer nights with the various fans. Our experience was ideal and we have no complaints about the apartment or the management staff - all were exceptional."

"Our family of 5 had a lovely stay at Morey. The apartment was convenient and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a few breakfasts in the apartment, getting groceries at Monoprix and croissants / loaves of bread at Smithe & Caston. Our family loved Le Bistrot d’Henri (a few doors down) and Gelato at Amorino around the corner. We hope to return to Paris again. Thank you for helping to create wonderful memories for our family."

"Wonderful apartment with a very short walk to the Eifel tower. The location is excellent. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. The shower was wonderful. We were very happy with this place and would recommend it.

Two negatives:

1. The building elevator is very, very small and once we were stuck on it until a few minutes later it started working again!
2. It is a bit of a walk to a metro stop

Still we would recommend this apartment, and we really had a wonderful time."

Our family of five had a great visit to Paris this summer, with Chateau Latour as our home base. The flat is strategically located in a great residential neighborhood with loads of restaurants, shops and character. We enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower directly out our windows and from the balconies, as well as picking out our apartment and balcony in a reverse view from the very top of the tower. We were also very happy to relax in the apartment's central air conditioning, given our first few days caught the end of a major heat wave. The Paris Perfect team did a super job arranging all the details for our arrival, and were readily available during our stay. We'll most definitely be back to Paris, and will be sure to book with both Paris Perfect and Chateau Latour again.

"Beautiful apartment. Brilliant location. Stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. Friendly local shops and restaurants. Excellent meet and greet. Would stay here again.
My only criticism was that the apartment is listed with air conditioning .... this was in the form of 3 evaporative coolers. We had a very hot week in Paris, and the coolers often filled up with water and had to be emptied - this happened several times in the middle of the night when we were asleep which was really annoying."

The Beaujolais apartment was fantastic. The layout was perfect for our family of four and it had all of the amenities you could ask for. It was conveniently located to the Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler, Rodin Museum and War Museum as well as two different Metro stops that could get you all over the city in a flash. The neighborhood is relatively quiet at night and offers many great restaurants and cute, affordable shops. We would definitely stay here again highly recommend it! Also, this was our second time staying in a Paris Perfect apartment and they were wonderful. Truly top of the line. We couldn't imagine a visit to Paris without a stay in one of their apartments!

"Exquisitely designed and furnished, perfect for a couple. Just a few blocks from Rue Cler market, the location is a wonderful starting point for a day of walking and exploring, particularly for those on a repeat visit to Paris. Metro and taxi stand literally steps from front door. Several interesting restaurants have opened in this part of the 7th. Excellent women's clothing boutique at 2, rue Cler owned by the delightful Marie-Laure."

Amazing. We lived like locals. Great mix of restaurants, markets and shopping right outside of your door. The apartment was ideal and even better than the photographs. Kitchen was small, but very useful. Bathroom was modern and spacious (for Paris standards). Taxi stand right outside...and of course, that view of the Eiffel Tower is mesmerizing. Sam was very helpful checking us in.

This was a special trip for us to celebrate our daughters and our godchild graduation from high school. There were six of us in our family and the kids ranged in age from 15 to 20. Finding an apartment to accommodate six or more comfortably is not easy. The Lalande apartment was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably. The view of the Eiffel Tower was everything it was advertised to be and the neighborhood was spectacular. Just two blocks from Rue Cler with fabulous markets, wine shops, boulangerie, fromagerie, cafes and restaurants, etc. Whether you want to have a nice lunch or diner at a cafe or buy prepared foods for a nice dinner at the apartment there are many choices. Access to the metro was easy however you are within walking distance of many of the things you will want to see and do in Paris. Paris Perfect was also fantastic. The booking process, the arranged greeter who did an outstanding job and the condition of the apartment when we arrived were all outstanding. A truly memorable trip and we look forward to our next trip to Paris.

"Our stay in Paris was everything we hoped it would be. Our decision to rent an apartment as opposed to a hotel stay definitely added to a very pleasurable vacation. Paris Perfect was extremely accommodating from the beginning - the quick response with short notice on available properties and the flexibility for early arrival as well as later departure. All of my inquiries were responded to quickly and professionally. The apartment itself was quaint and perfectly located on Rue du Bac - a street that literally has everything you need (and then some).

One piece of constructive feedback, however. While it was uncharasterically hot in Paris during our stay, the portable AC unit was ineffective to control the temperature in the apartment. The primary reason is that the exhaust of the unit was not vented to the outside. Therefore, the cold air was offset by the hot exhaust air. We were able to compensate somewhat by opening the windows to all some of the exhaust to ventilate to outside but of course in doing so the windows are wide open and again renders the cold air ineffective. The day before we were to leave the unit quit working altogether - for reasons I do not know. I did inform Lia about the issue but told her not to worry as we only had one more day and we would be OK.

Even with the issue of the portable unit - I would most definitely use Paris Perfect again as well as the Picardin apt."

Three of us stayed here for a week and enjoyed every second of our visit. Given the fact that it was close to 100 degrees every day, the central AC made all the difference."

"The staff at Paris Perfect is excellent and make the process smooth and easy. Our apartment, Moselle was cozy and well appointed and only 2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower. If highly suggest this area (Avenue Rapp) as its quiet, has many shops and restaurants, has banks and ATMs nearby, and is only a short walk to the metro.

We stayed there with a family of 4 and it worked out fine, although Moselle is more ideally suited for 2. We would stay there again and will absolutely use Paris Perfect. Finally, temperatures hit 100 degrees F when we were there so having the air conditioning and washer/dryer in the apartment was critical!"

"My family of 5 stayed at Chateau Latour for one week at the end of June into early July. This is my second time renting an apartment from Paris Perfect and this company continues to delight. Not only were the views of Paris from the apartment even better than what is on the Paris Pefect website but also the Paris Perfect service is top-notch.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly and informative Paris Perfect team member who walked us through the apartment to show us the "nuts and bolts" of residing at Chateau Latour - elevator use, keys & locks, trash/recycling removal, air-conditioning controls, washer/dryer use, etc. A nice welcome packet of starter necessities, an information booklet, and a good bottle of wine were also available to us inside the apartment. Within 20 minutes of our arrival at Chateau Latour, we were all set to enjoy the apartment and the views and begin our Paris adventures!

Not only beautifully appointed, the apartment was clean and well-stocked with linens, dishes, cutlery, and basic cooking items. There are many nearby fabulous cafes, brasseries, and restaurants, literally all within 5 minutes of the apartment - a must is Au Petit Sud Ouest - delicious foie gras and a delightful owner!. The Eiffel Tower and Seine River are just a 7 minute walk away and access to the metro via Ecole Militaire and the RER via Pont De l'Alma are both very short walks. Lastly, checkout was very easy with a simple request to take out the trash/recycleables, start a load of dishes, and leave the keys locked in the apartment.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chateau Latour and will definitely do business again with Paris Perfect when we return to Paris - very soon, I hope!"

"My daughter and I stayed in the Champagne apartment for a week for our "Girls' Trip to Paris" and it was a fabulous experience! The apartment was exactly as we had hoped it would be with an unbelievable view of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is well appointed with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom (note that the photos online show 2 sinks in the bathroom but there is now only one.) We loved picking up fruit, cheese and bread down the street and enjoying breakfast together as the city awoke each morning. It was a perfect location for us, near many shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Everything we needed was only a block (or less) away! This was our first experience renting an apartment for a vacation and it could not have been better! We felt safe, independent and loved everything about the experience! It was indeed, "Paris Perfect." We hated to leave!!"

"This ideally located apartment was charmingly furnished and equipped with absolutely everything we could have required during our stay. A generous balcony made the apartment seem larger and provided a lovely venue for drinks/dining, and being on the sixth floor meant minimal noise disturbance. Light filled the rooms and careful attention had been paid to present everything to maximum effect.

Paris Perfect arranged a "meet and greet" during which any questions were answered prior to our even needing to ask! In addition, the thoughtful welcome gift of orange juice, milk, tea/coffee, wine and snacks meant that the apartment could be enjoyed immediately, without the need for immediate shopping for provisions.

Within the welcome booklet was a host of useful tips/information on the area and Paris in general. This was appreciated, as even with a sound knowledge of the city there is always a different perspective to take into account. Paris Perfect has been able to look at the experience through the eyes of the visitor and arrange everything for maximum convenience. Even departure was simple - just tidy up and leave the keys.

We would love to return to Saint Romain next year for all the above reasons, together with the beautiful market street below. So many Paris experiences still to enjoy!"

"Great apartment and location. Well kept. Bathrooms are very modern. Safe location. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family of 4 which include 2 adults, one 8 year old and a 1 year old. It is walking distance to Champs de Mar, Effifel Tower and Rue de Cler. There are some great stores in the neighborhood also for those who like to shop. Paris perfect was very responsive to our requests. We plan on returning to Paris in near future and will definite stay with them again."
