"Beaujolais is a lovely apartment in an excellent location. We celebrated our 30th anniversary with another couple and the week couldn't have been better. We arrived just two days after the Charlie Hebdo act of terrorism. The French people welcomed our sympathies and condolences. We felt very safe and went on with our plans. Paris is magical in January with the city full of lights. We traveled all over the city during the day, but there are so many incredible restaurants and such in our neighborhood that we walked to dinner every night. Rue Cler is an amazing street for food and wine shopping and it's not even a five minute walk. I cooked coq au vin for dinner one night! But even if we went out for dinner, we bought our baguettes, cheeses, fruit, wine, coffee, etc for our apt. on Rue Cler. One highlight of our trip was hiring Best of France tour guide Phillipe Bremont to give us a private D-Day tour. Wonderful and enlightening. Also, loved Victor's cab service from CDG and back.
The apartment itself was well appointed and even lovelier than I had hoped. There are always quirky things with European apts., but this one has very high standards and not too quirky at all. Paris Perfect's guide for how things work in the apt. was well written and easy to follow. I will return to a Paris Perfect Apartment no doubt."

"We found Bergerac to be the perfect apartment for our family of four. From the tasteful furnishings through to the jaw dropping view of the Eiffel Tower the apartment exceeded even our highest expectations.

The apartment had been well maintained and had all the facilities that we required. Particularly useful were the free telephone calls to Australia and the availability of English language television stations (we were there in the week of the Charlie Hebdo tragedy so it was of great benefit to be able to keep abreast of the news).

The location was fantastic being literally just across the street from the Eiffel Tower. Watching the nightly flashing light display on the Eiffel Tower from our apartment will be a treasured memory for us and our children.

The Champ de Mars had a number of very good playgrounds that let our young children to unwind and the local neighbourhood had everything we required including coffee shops, supermarkets, fresh fruit and vegetables, fine dining and healthy takeaway food options within a short walking distance.

We are so glad that we used Paris Perfect and had the opportunity to "live like a local" in Paris for a week - it was so much more educational for our young children and so much more relaxing for we parents than the confines of a hotel room.

Thank you to Paris Perfect for making all aspect of our stay from reservation through to departure such an easy and seamless experience.

We would have no hesitation using the services of Paris Perfect again and have already recommended Paris Perfect to a number of friends."

"The Viognier apartment in Paris was a perfect accommodation for 5 adults. The location right next to the Eiffel Tower was extremely convenient to the metro station 1/2 block away. The apartment met all our needs with WiFi, laundry facilities, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, spacious living area, comfortable beds, nearby markets and cafes, and above all excellent views of the Eiffel Tower. Email communication prior to our arrival was very professional. Our greeting appointment was very informative and timely and we found the information booklet to be very comprehensive and helpful. It was described very accurately on VRBO and there were no unpleasant surprises. We definitely enjoyed the complimentary bottle of champagne on New Years Eve! Thank you for making our week in Paris so enjoyable."

"We went to Paris for a girls trip and had an amazing time in Bergerac. The proximity to grocery stores, the river, restaurants, metro, busses and more can absolutely not be beat. One of the absolute highlights for me was being able to drink tea and have a late-night snack in the living room and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night. From beginning to end the Paris Perfect team was outstanding and I cannot wait to work with them again soon."

"We had a wonderful stay in the Saint Romain apartment. Ideally located on the very popular rue Cler, we were close to restaurants, shops, bakeries and cheese shops. Although on a busy street, the double-glazed windows ensured that no street noise was heard while were were inside. The apartment is fully equipped with all appliances necessary to truly live like Parisians, including cooking meals on a daily basis. It was a memorable stay and we are certainly recommending this apartment to our family and friends!"

We love the neighborhood feel of the 7th arrondissement with fabulous bakeries, cafes and restaurants just around the corner and easy access to all the sights. The apartment was lovely and immaculate...and the view of the Eiffel Tower from the dining/living room/master bedroom was spectacular. The team in Paris was friendly, helpful and provided great service. We are looking forward to our next trip with Paris Perfect! Thanks for a great holiday."

"My wife and I came to stay at Clairette for my very first trip to Paris and what a perfect location! The layout of the apartment is practical, the views are spectacular and the atmosphere excellent. After a busy day sightseeing, we particularly enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable chairs and couch in the living room, with the Eiffel Tower sparkling outside. The Expresso machine sure is a great start to the day and the well equipped kitchen is all u need to enjoy a home cooked and romantic dinner. Loved the spacious shower, the heated towel railings and the bed was most comfortable. We'll find it difficult to choose any other apartment for our next visit. It truly felt like we celebrated a second honeymoon Parisien style."

"We stayed in Bergerac in December and really enjoyed it. You simply can't beat the location -- just a block away from the Eiffel Tour with great views of it through the windows! How many times did we sit in the living or dining area at night enjoying the view while consuming some fabulous pastry procured earlier that day?

The apartment is comfortable with lovely furnishings and plenty of room for making meals, eating together, relaxing after a full day of sightseeing, etc. The building is exactly what you think of when you think of Paris. It's right in the heart of things and yet there isn't much in the way of street noise. I'm a very light sleeper and there was nothing that kept me awake. Enjoy a wonderful home every night, then step out the front door every morning and into the next Parisian adventure!"

"Our family of 4 stayed in the Quincy apartment for a week at Xmas. The apartment is beautiful, and had everything we needed and coud wish for. The lounge was large, and coud be separated into a second sleeping area which was perfect for our children. The views of the Eiffel Tower were spectacular, especially at night. The bedroom faced into a courtyard, and the whole apartment was quiet both day and night. The apartment is situated in a great area, with shops and a metro station close by. We were surrounded by great cafes also. It was a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the 7th arrondissement.

Our booking was completed easily and efficiently online by the Paris Perfect staff. Our greeter, Verity, was incredibly helpful and friendly, and showed us everything in the apartment. The guide to the local neighbourhood provided by the Paris Perfect team was invaluable, and we used it daily. The welcome basket was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Xmas in Paris, and we can't wait to return. We would definitely use Paris Perfect to organise our accommodation again, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

"Our family stayed at Chateau Latour early December and loved every second of it. The beds were comfortable, the layout convenient and everything was spotless. The kitchen has everything I could possibly need and we cooked in most nights. Nothing beats the view of the Eiffel Tower from all the windows and my husband and I stepped onto the balcony regularly to admire the view of not only the Eiffel Tower and the beautiful rooftops, but also to see the Sacre Coeur on the far right - which is where we got engaged a couple of years ago, very special indeed.

The building is beautiful and quiet, the elevator small but perfectly useful and the location marvellous. We consider ourselves priviledged and would return any day!"

"We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays with 2 small children and 4 adults. The views of the sparkling Eiffel Tower were magical, and the apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, well appointed and provided us with plenty of space. It was great to be able to come home to a quiet and comfortable space to relax after sightseeing. We appreciated the professionalism of Paris Perfect staff and the thoughtful attention to detail in the guide books provided. We enjoyed sampling food on Rue Cler and Rue Saint Dominique. The metro stations could be closer, but there were always taxis to be found right outside the building and the location steps from the Eiffel Tower could not be beat. Thank you, Paris Perfect."

Researched endlessly,and as a former Travel Agent, I was all too aware of the pitfalls of deceptive advertisement.
Chose a Champagne for a 2 week stay in MARCH, 2014.
The pictures are Genuine! The apt is absolutely PARIS PERFECT! The Views- 360 balcony of the Eiffel Tower ARE SPECTACULAR. Spent every night sipping champagne watching the ever changing light

The accommodations were Beyond our expectations. Great area, BUS is across the street, metro 2 blks down. Eiffel tower is a 2min walk, Champs park is across the street. Great bars n restaurants within walking distance including Rue de Cler. We ENJOYED EVERY SECOND OF OUR STAY and
WE SHALL RETURN!"

"Paris Perfect ... this is the most appropriate name ever. From start to finish two thumbs way up.

We arranged for Victor's Taxi at the airport to the apt. the cleaners were still working so we dropped bags and set off , returned to meet Sam at 3 pm for our meet and greet. He was very through and charming . the apt itself is a dream , so bright, spacious, clean and comfy . the building was very safe and quiet . we also used the recommended concierge service with Lisa , very helpful . We had breakfast home most days and a few nights brought home take away from Rue Cler area . the view of the Eiffel Tower was mesmerizing ... I have a million great photos from morning thru night . I left a piece of luggage and the team at Paris Perfect kept and and returned it to my friend for safe keeping . I hope to be back in Paris March or April and plan to use a Paris Perfect apt again."

What the web site cannot adequately convey is the extent to which the location of this apartment is a food lover's dream. In addition to easy walking distance to all major attractions, this neighborhood is home to outstanding markets, shops, restaurants and cooking supply stores. We have visited Paris countless times, and this visit was by far the best."
