"We took our three children to Paris for their first visit, and stayed in the Saint Amour apartment for eight days. What a fantastic trip from beginning to end! We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage at the Paris Perfect office. What a wonderful service! The apartment was in the perfect location for sightseeing, and was fitted with everything we needed. The neighborhood offered plenty of restaurants, as well as bakeries, floral, and meat shops. The Rue Cler is less than ten-minutes' walk from the apartment,offering even more fabulous choices, as are the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars. We had a marvelous time, and are already planning our next visit. Just which apartment to choose..."

"Our stay with Paris Perfect in their "Champagne" apartment was fantastic! Madelyn and Philippe have built a wonderful organization (we stayed in their "Cornwall" apartment through London Perfect prior to our Paris holiday). The whole experience of dealing with Paris Perfect is what stands out the most to us. From the 31 page Paris info package by Madelyn to the personal welcome on arrival; to the welcome bottle of champagne, milk, orange juice etc; to the cleanliness, funtionality and decor of the apartment; and, most importantly, to the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed "Champagne" so much that we often brought food and wine back, opened the windows and sat there admiring the view. We will definitely be going back......"

"Staying at the Saint Romain on delightful Rue Cler was the perfect way for us to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The apt was the perfect size, had all the amenities we wanted/needed, a fabulous location - overall exceeding our expectations! The Paris Perfect staff was very accommodating - patiently answering all our questions, providing great suggestions and advice for our week in Paris. We also took their suggestion and hired Victor for transportation to/from the apartment - they were also great! Very professional, on time and saved us time, energy and many headaches! All in all - Paris Perfect was very instumental in making our special vacation "perfect"!"

"Our entire experience with Paris Perfect was superb. The Paris Perfect staff were all extremely reliable and everything from start to finish went exactly as planned. The apartment was very well maintained, furnished very nicely and extremely comfortable.
The location of the Muscadelle apartment is absolutely outstanding. All of the conveniences are right outside the front door! It was just amazing. There's a wonderful restaurant immediately across from the apartment that serves fantastic breakfast all day! And the #69 Bus Stop is 2 blocks away and takes you directly to the Louvre. And of course, having Rue Cler right around the corner is like being in food heaven. The best surprise is how incredibly quiet the neighborhood is at night. We had the windows wide open all night and it was just spectacular."

for us and we really felt at home. We were met by Suhibe and he was very friendly and helpful.
The apartment was as beautiful as ever. We enjoyed the new furnishings and the rooms had just
been freshly painted. The new bedroom decor is lovely and the linens and pillows are superb. We
could not believe how tall the trees have grown on Ave. De La Bourdonnais . We also enjoyed the
Hydro toiletries. Needless to say we would never be happy anywhere else.
Thank you for keeping your properties in such excellent condition and remembering our 50th

The Muscadelle apartment was quaint and just as advertised. It was wonderful to view the Eiffel Tower at night twinkling from our apartment windows. The apartment was a great location, with the metro a short walk away, and Rue Cler 1/2 block away was wonderful to have a bite to eat or shop for goodies to have back at our wonderful apartment. After a long day of touring it was great to come "home" to our comfortable apartment. We would highly recomend your services to anyone who needs a "perfect" place to stay in the "City of Lights". You made everything so easy from booking to our meet and greet. Thanks again for making our first trip to Paris wonderful.

"We thought the furnishings were nice and the kitchen, while small, was very well appointed. We loved the amazing views, the balcony and the location with so many great little places to eat, shop and walk. Your staff was very helpful. They even let us use the office computer/printer to print our airline tickets. The 7th is still our very favorite arrondissement. And Paris Perfect is the best as well!"

We spent 6 lovely days in the St. Julien with our 20 year old son and 16 year old daughter and had plenty of room, as well as private space. "We have rented apartments in Paris many times before, but not from ParisPerfect. Without a doubt, they are the best organized and customer focused company I have dealt with. Our apartment was exactly as advertised. All things we might need were there, including little things like a cable to connect an iPod/iPhone to the stereo system and several very nice CDs and DVDs.
They even provided a book covering the operation of all the appliances, which actually is quite handy since they are different from those in the US.
The 7th is truly a very special area in a very special city. It must be one of the safest areas in a very safe city. Also, the restaurants and food store within yards of this apartment are some of the best in Paris. The guide book posted on line is excellent, even for folks like us who have been to Paris many times and for long stays."

Your welcome basket with water, wine juice, milk, coffee capsules was especially thoughtful. we have been visiting Paris for 30+ years and have been renting apartments for the last five. This one was clean and attractively decorated with a great bath including a decent hair dryer and good lighting. It was nice to have the washer and dryer. My only suggestion would be a second set of towels - but it's a relatively minor thing. Thanks for your contribution to a great vacation. Will recommend you to our friends and come back to rent again."

"It has been almost a month since we stayed in your beautiful Cognac apartment in Paris and we still cannot get over how much we enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 7 (mom and dad, 2 sons aged 15 and 10, 2 parents-in-law and 1 sister-in-law) taking a two-week vacation in London and Paris. We've always rented condos when we travel a week-long to London, Rome, Paris, San Francisco and NYC and rented summer cottages for the San Diego, Rehoboth and Carolina beaches. We�ve even once rented a houseboat in Amsterdam. The only times we stayed in hotels during our vacations were for our Disneyworld, FL trips and when we toured Hong Kong and Tokyo -- for obvious communication hassles. We're definitely NOT newbies when it comes to renting apartments.
Believe me then, (Attention: tourists and potential apartment-seekers!) when I say that ParisPerfect is, hands down, the best agency we've had. It's too bad that I'm just a housewife and a volunteer at my sons' school. I have nobody to whom I can tout our wonderful experiences in your apartment. But do please use this recommendation letter as you see fit or add it to your Guestbook for references.
From the moment our greeter, Kevin, met us at the door to our drive back to the train station by your company-recommended chauffeurs, we have no complaints. In the walkthrough around the apartment, Kevin was very thorough in explaining how things operated.
We so appreciated how the dishwasher, laundry machine and dryer were all numbered for easy use. That was brilliant thinking! I wish all the other rental agencies practiced this! In all our 8 apartment rentals in Europe, we finally got a laundry machine AND dryer to work without having to first take an engineering exam. I loved the full-size fridge and the lovely range and I was able to prepare my family's favorite comfort food for dinners. There were enough dishes and silverware so we didn't have to run the washer after every meal.
My mother-in-law and sister-in-law admired the prepared table settings so much that they were ready to sit down and dine when we first arrived at the apartment. On the other hand, my husband, boys and father-in-law gravitated towards the awesome view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. They immediately posed for and took pictures with their digital cameras. Me? I was just too tired from all the previous sight-seeing in London that I locked myself in the luxurious bathroom and soaked my poor legs and feet in the tub.
We were also pleasantly surprised that there was free long distance phone call to the US but I'm glad that my husband didn't know about that till we arrived or else he would have been doing business while we were on vacation! (Sigh. The pros and cons of modern communication!) The wi-fi worked and so did the TV, according to my children. I was just glad that the elevator worked for my in-laws have a hard time walking 6 flights of stairs. I know that the small dimension of the elevator is so typical in French apartments that we even took a picture of it as a memento.
The beds were all comfy, thank you! The pull-out twin beds and the sofabed in the living room were a breeze to get ready at night. The sheets and towels were clean and plenty and I didn't have to use my emergency sheets/towels that I typically pack with me when we travel.
As for apartment location? Nobody could ask for anything better. We've stayed before in the Montparnasse area, the Bastille area and the Trocadero area, but we much prefer to stay again in the 6th arrondissement. We liked the accessibility to the stores of Rue Cler, the patisserie downstairs where we got our fix of pains aux raisins in the mornings, the Asian traiteur along the street, the Ecole Militaire metro, and the bus stops near our building.
The buses were truly a find! There were buses nearby that brought us to Musee Rodin, Invalides, Musee D'Orsay, Charles De Gaulle Etiole and Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower (dropped us right in front, too!), and Bon Marche (for shopping). The apartment was absolutely convenient -- and safe to boot -- without the hurly-burly atmosphere of an apartment located in, say, the Latin Quarter.
Lastly, I have to tell you that there was another family who joined us in Paris. They are very close friends of ours and our boys are all of the same ages so we often go on trips, in the US and abroad, together. Unfortunately, they did their planning for the Parisian vacation at the very last minute so they had no choice but to stay in a reputable American chain hotel (that I shall not name here) in Trocadero. The four of them were cramped in one family room with just a teeny-weensy fridge and a TV on top of the fridge. There was barely enough space to walk between beds and there was absolutely no corner for privacy or quiet reflection after a long day. Really! I love family togetherness but sometimes, you need not only physical space but an emotional space to retreat in and just simply absorb the Parisian ambiance. The balcony in the apartment gave us that. We'd sit out there quietly and gaze at the sunset and the Eiffel Tower and just breathe.
We've been hiding our pictures of our stay in the apartment from our family friends lest we sound too smug or gloating.
Thanks so much! I'm definitely looking forward to using your agency in the future. I'm planning another trip -- just us four this time -- for Christmas time. I'm thinking we should try Rome again to see how it is during the festive holiday season but I'm sorely tempted to go back to Paris and stay in one of your apartments once more."

"We could not have had a more Paris perfect 30th wedding anniversary experience. Our Volnay apartment was just fabulous, very chic and french yet with every possible touch provided to ensure that we felt at home and relaxed. At night we had views to the sparkling Eiffel tower. In the morning we went down the street to the Boulangerie, greeted by the nicest most welcoming french people, despite our 'beginners' french. They chatted, smiled and patiently assisted us every morning. The local restaurants run by Christain Constant are amazing, fabulous food, wine and the nicest staff we have met in a long time. I want to live there. We can only wish that visitors to Sydney get such a welcome!
Lisa Buros provided advice and tips to help us plan the week...the wine tasting, the restaurants, the cooking class and market tour and the Eiffel tower private tour...all perfect! Would recommend the whole experience...could not have been a more perfect week in Paris...worth the 30 years of waiting. Thankyou all so much."

The apartment was well decorated and very comfortable as well as equipped with dishes, silverware,and anything we needed. The apartment was very well situated. The nearness to the Eiffel Tower was amazing, but in addition everything we needed was near by, e.g. ATM, buses, food stores. The Paris Perfect staff was responsive to our questions. Renting an apartment instead of staying in a hotel made the trip very special and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend Paris Perfect to friends."
