"The Cabernet was perfect in every way. It was decorated beautifully and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen was equipped with all modern appliances. The view was perfect with the Eiffel Tower right in view as you sat at the dining table. At night it was a spectacular light display which we will remember always. The location was also perfect with many of the main attractions within walking distance. The neighborhood was lovely with streets lined with cafes, bistros, markets, and pastry and bread shops. I will always remember my stay in Paris with great fondness and look forward to returning to the Cabernet apartment and to beautiful Paris."

"Saint Julien is a lovely apartment: comfortable, attractive, ideally located for sight-seeing and enjoying neighborhood life in the 7th Arr of Paris. Although located in a very active neighborhood, it is quiet in the building and in the apartment. Wonderful patisseries, fromageries, green groceres and restaurants are literally steps away. The windows look out on an attractive street scene and treetops. The small kitchen works well for light cooking and the bathrooms are attractive and function well. Although ample for a couple, it would be cramped if you actually used the "2nd bedroom" as a sleeping area for anyone other than a very enjoyable and tidy child. We loved our time there.
I already wrote my only complaint about the apartment: There is no real view of the Eiffel Tower, which I had specifically requested. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris (which included the terrorist attack on 11/13 (!) which the staff handled with calm and sensitivity) and will stay with you again.
Staying with Paris Perfect (or London or Rome) is my favorite way to experience life in the city."

"Saint Emilion was well located and the amenities in the apartment were very nice. The views of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night, were magical. With two adults, it was nice to have a 2nd full bathroom. The materials Paris Perfect placed within the apartment on transportation etc was very helpful. The staff at Paris Perfect really made our vacation. Their restaurant recommendations were superb."

We just returned from our vacation in Paris and stay at Saint Emilion. We have been to Paris twice before and previously stayed at hotels. This was the first international apartment we've ever rented and it was the BEST experience ever! We can not boast enough on how helpful and wonderful Paris Perfect made our experience. From their patience in helping find us the most amazing apartment to helping plan our tours and getting us reservations for meals and activities, Paris Perfect made our trip exceptional! I loved the way I felt when I looked at the pictures of Saint Emilion online. If you are considering this apartment, the pictures look EXACTLY like what it is in person! My husband and I loved sitting in our living room each night with doors open gazing up at the twinkling Eiffel Tower. It was truly magical. I would and will recommend Paris Perfect to anyone I know going to Paris or London. We are excited to use their service again and stay at their beautiful properties. Thank you, Paris Perfect! It was because of you that we have many new special memories that we will reminisce fondly about for years to come! *Lastly, Paris Perfect hooked us up with a tour guide for a day. The guide we got connected to was Michael. Michael was booked for the day we wanted so connected us to his associate, Scott¦ I'm telling you right now.. RUN don't walk to booking a day with Scott or Michael. This was our BEST money spent in Paris. Scott was SO extensively knowledgeable about Paris. We learned so much about Paris that we never would have from him and he made our day exploring Paris educational and a ton of fun! Thanks Paris Perfect for referring us to them! Please continue using them - they literally are a hidden gem!

"Alicante was truly Paris perfect! We felt very much at home---the apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all of the amenities. The street is very quiet, the neighbors were friendly, and we were just a two minute walk away from food shops on St. Germain where we bought our daily fresh bread, cheese, and other treats. It couldn't have been better. Thanks to the Paris Perfect staff, and to Victor (their recommended driver) for a wonderful experience."

"The Margaux apartment is just stunning. It has three bedrooms plus a study. It is very modern in that all the amenities are up-dated but the furnishings are classically French and very comfortable. There is a view of the Eiffel Tower from every window plus outdoor terrace seating. The piece-de-resistance however is the terrace at the back of the apartment off the master bedroom. It is furnished nicely and has plenty of seating and space for an evening meal or drink outdoors. When the beautiful Eiffel Tower blinks on the hour in the evening, it is just magical. My friends and I have stayed in this apartment twice and would heartily recommend it. The location is just perfect!!!"

The apartment was enormous -- perfect for 6 adults to enjoy being together for meals and private enough for quiet time. Would love to return to this apartment again. Thank you!"

Where does one start? First, our initial engagement with PP was very professional and very helpful as we worked though the large inventory of apartments, their respective floor plans and neighborhoods. We finally chose Muscadelle and boy was that a home run for us. The apartment was perfect for us - two adults. The bed was large and comfortable and Kevin, our greeter who met us, showed us how to store our luggage under the bed which was great because luggage is pretty unsightly and it can take up a lot of room. So for our entire stay we had no luggage in the rooms. Storage was great, good amount of space to hang clothes, plenty of shelves and dresser drawers. The little efficiency kitchen was just right for two. Our only complaint is that the knives were so dull we couldn't cut bread well we could but we had to saw the bread and as wonderful as it is to have fresh Parisian bread, this was unfortunate. We stuck with baguettes. The neighborhood was simply wonderful. The apartment is in a building right in the middle of a quiet little walking mall sort of neighborhood but only a block or two from the main streets which take you into other areas of Paris. We were there for two weeks so to some extent became familiar with many of the people at the market, cheese shop and cafes. Really cool. PP was also very helpful after we arrived in Paris, answering our occasional questions and giving guidance. We will definitely do Paris again, probably next year and absolutly use PP again. We're thinking of a different arrondissement for variety of reasons (PMP has, of course, other great apartments) but then again, to return to "our apartment and our neighborhood" is not beyond the realm of possibilities.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely apartment! As a first time visitor to France and Paris I was a little nervous, but this apartment is located in a great neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. It is close to public transportation and within easy walking distance to the Seine. The views from the apartment are exactly as the website shows - incredible! Our rooms were quiet and comfortable. Would definitely rent from Paris Perfect again!"
