Wonderful Stay at Hermitage
We had an amazing stay at Hermitage. We had three adults and two children and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the Eiffel Tower view from both the living room and bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit which kept us very comfortable, even in the summer. The apartment kitchen came well equipped with everything you may need. There is a small grocery store next door and a very good bakery right across the street. The apartment is close to the metro station allowing easy access to different parts of the city. It is in a mostly residential area and felt very safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect For My Family
This apartment was perfect for my family. It looks exactly like the photos and offered all the conveniences of a hotel, plenty of fresh towels, very comfortable beds, great water pressure, peace and quiet, and a fascinating library. This was my family’s first time in Europe, including my 65-year-old mom, and everyone felt right at home. I’ve lived in Paris before, and this is one of my favorite neighborhoods. It’s close to all the Marais highlights but just far enough from the crowds. We stayed during a heatwave (100°F+), and while there’s no AC, the fans and airflow from the internal shafts kept us comfortable enough. Don’t miss the amazing new bakery (Moon Croissant) across the street, and be sure to explore the nearby Bastille Market. I’d recommend this place to family and friends!

Sweet 16 in Paris
We recently celebrated our daughter’s 16th birthday in Paris and this property did not disappoint! Our party of 4 (husband/wife, 16/11 yr old daughters) really enjoyed the 2-bedroom apartment. Nothing beats getting greeted daily by the beautiful Eiffel Tower right outside the window. The classic furnishings and modern appliances strike the perfect balance of old-world charm and new world comfort. Best of all, all rooms were comfortably climate controlled during a summer heat wave. Plenty of dining options within short walking distance and Paris sites and monuments with 30-40 minutes walk or short cab ride. We had an amazing week and look forward to returning in the future, thank you Saint-Emilion!!

Elegant Apartment
What a perfectly Paris stay in this elegant apartment. The location on the quaint square with nice restaurants, interior aesthetic, the walkability to Notre-Dame, (Louvres, Musee D’Orsay and shopping) was great. I will be staying at Paris Perfect again - recommend it highly!

Great View And Remarkably Quite
The Ladoix apartment was great, with a fabulous view of the Seine and within walking distance of many attractions. The apartment is up two flights of stairs - completely fine for us in our late 60s. We were expecting the apartment to be a bit noisy given the location, but with the windows closed you could barely hear the traffic. The only downside was that some items in the apartment were a bit worn and the TV didn’t work while we were there. Kitchen was very well stocked and it was lovely to be able to cook on occasion.

Wonderful Apartment!
We had a fantastic stay at St Amour 4. Apartment is well located, close to Eiffel Tower, Musée Quai Branley, and wonderful restaurants and shops. The double apartment allowed us to spend time together, yet have some privacy. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children and we had more than enough space. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nice. Appliances were new and worked well. Building was a little tired, but it added to the experience. Wonderful apartment!

Great Apartment For Family of 3
We enjoyed an 8 day trip to Paris with a family of 3, our daughter is 4 years old. We found the apartment to be the right amount of space, and exactly as pictured. We appreciated the elevator as the unit is on the 6th floor and the well-functioning air conditioning. We enjoyed that there is a metro stop right outside, and plenty of cafes on the block. We had everything we needed (extra bedding, towels, cooking/coffee supplies, laundry).

Lovely Stay
We spent a week in Paris at this apartment and had a lovely stay. It’s located about a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, in a fantastic neighborhood full of charm. It’s about 40min walk to Louvre. The street itself is vibrant and walkable, with excellent restaurants, delicious ice cream shops, and even a post office—perfect if you’d like to send a postcard home. The apartment suited our needs, though it’s worth noting that it is quite small.

Look Out Upon The Louvre
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment that looks out onto the Louvre providing great photos and memories. Right across the street from the Louvre-Rivoli metro station with supermarche and boulangerie nearby. Air conditioning worked great during hot summers days in Paris. The washer dryer was a big convenience. Paris Perfect was very responsive making for a great stay!

Bright And Lovely
The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing: bright with excellent views. The kitchen is outfitted with updated appliances, though we only used the coffee maker! Having a breakfast of delicious croissants and fresh coffee starts your day with smile. As we were visiting in June, we had some concerns about the portable air conditioners which were borne out. There are three portable air conditioners which can be moved around the apartment but must be manually vented to the outside. In the primary bedroom and the small room with the convertible sofa there are in-wall vents to which you can connect the exhaust from the a/c. However, in the main salon and in the second bedroom, you must vent through an open window. So - having the a/c in those rooms means you must leave the windows open. In June, the a/c was fighting the outside heat and losing the battle. It was very hot in the apartment despite having all the curtains closed when we returned after a day of sightseeing, and it didn't really cool off during the evening. I would have left a 5* review but for the portable a/c. I understand that part of the charm of this apartment and the surrounding area are the exteriors which are not constantly torn down and rebuilt. This generally precludes central a/c, but the uncomfortable heat and humidity are factors which impact a vacation.

Perfect Apartment/Location
Our group of 6 adults stayed at the Margaux Apartment for 5 nights and I couldn't have imagined a better place for our trip. The location is great: just a quick walk down the street to Rue Cler where we ate breakfast most mornings (Cafe Central was our favorite), and easy to walk to many sights or for picking up an Uber/taxi. Our favorite part of the apartment (besides the AC which was critical during the heatwave while we were there) was the views of the Eiffel Tower (especially from the patio off the master bedroom). We booked our airport and train transfers with Victor cabs as recommended by Paris Perfect and they were great/would use them again on another Paris trip. We also had the private chef (Brian) who Paris Perfect recommended prepare us a birthday/farewell dinner our last night in the apartment and it was probably my favorite meal of the trip - highly recommend! This was my second time booking an apartment in Paris through Paris Perfect and would recommend it for anyone looking for a longer stay in this amazing city.

Great Location
We loved our stay at the Clairette. Was a great location close to restaurants, Eiffel Tower, shopping and bus stops. Apartment itself was very comfortable and furnished very well. Only issue we had was the AC the first day. Wasn't told we couldn't run the AC at the same time as the washer/dryer. We unfortunately had to figure out ourselves why the AC wasn't running. However, we would definitely stay there again!

Location Is Fabulous
This location is fabulous. Minutes from the Eiffel Tower and tons of restaurants and shops nearby. A little convenience store right outside the door as well. Bedroom is great and the two twin beds in the living room were perfect for our kids. Could see the top of the tower from the windows. AC worked well. The app to get into the building and apartment was super easy to use. Even had the local contact meet us at the apartment and give us a rundown when we checked in. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Prosecco Apartment
I recently stayed for 4+ weeks in the Prosecco apartment in the 7arr and cannot recommend it more highly! This was my second stay with Paris Perfect and it really is a fantastic way to book an extended stay in Paris, especially for a solo traveler. The location was in the lovely Rue de Bourgogne that has everything you need close by (1-2minute walk), boulangerie, fruit & vegetable market, convenience grocery/wine store, pharmacy and cafes. The closest metro is only a 4 minute walk away. It is close by and an easy walk to lots of attractions like Musee D'Orsay, Place de Concord, Tuileries & Louvre, Rue de Bac and Saint Germaine. The hidden gem, the Musee Rodin is at the end of the street. I felt very safe in this neighborhood, even walking home late at night. The actual apartment is beautifully decorated and even though it is only one bedroom, it is very spacious and has all the amenities you need for a longer stay. There is a washing machine, drying rack, well equipped kitchen. There are very good fans for hot weather and excellent heating (I used both in the month there!) It is a very quiet apartment block and the front windows are double glazed so street noise is not an issue. It was lovely to open up the big beautiful windows facing the street each day. There was an issue with the oven when I arrived but this was fixed in a few days so I was able to cook during my stay. My host Natasja was fabulous and was always available for assistance if I needed it. Thanks once again Paris Perfect! Looking forward to booking my next trip with you again soon.

Paris Perfect Indeed!
We recently stayed for a week in the Anjou Apartment in Paris. I use a walker and cane and so we chose the multilevel apartment for its 2 bedrooms and accessible shower in the downstairs bathroom. Both showers worked fine for me to walk in after all. We enjoyed the perfect location at the center of Pont Neuf which made walking short distances easier for me. We could easily walk 10-15 mins south to the Left Bank for groceries and restaurants or 10 mins north to the Louvre or east to Notre Dame. It was easy to order taxis or to have Ubers meet us at Pont Neuf. The boat tour was across the street as well which was wonderful. We loved the daily delivery of baguettes and already miss them! There were pastries available at the bakery directly next door and we had dinner at least 4 times at the restaurant La Rose in the Place Dauphine courtyard just outside our door. It was lovely to watch Parisian cafe life outside our window. Almost like a living postcard of Paris outside our window. The kitchen had everything we needed, the washer and dryer helped so much. There was an issue with the table when we arrived from previous guests but it was quickly taken care of by the Paris Perfect team. Very impressive! The beds were very comfortable, the AC during the heatwave was a miracle, and the WiFi worked well even with 4 of us using it for phones, work computer, and a teenager streaming on a tablet. We had a wonderful time! My birthday week was everything I hoped it would be! Thank you to the entire Paris Perfect team!
