Lovely Apartment
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our stay at the Lalande. We arrived on the day of la fete national (Bastille Day) and had a great view of the fireworks at the Eiffel Tower. The Champ de Mars was closed for the Olympics so having our own viewing spot was just terrific. The apartment was clean, cool and had all the comforts we needed, including a very nice washer and dryer. Contacting personnel was very easy, and on the one occasion we needed assistance, someone was over to help in a few minutes. We highly recommend the Lalande and we thank the Paris Perfect team for making our stay an easy and pleasant experience.

Lives up to reputation
Paris Perfect was recommended by a friend. I couldn't be happier with my stay at the Morgon apartment. The property manager was kind enough to allow us to check in a few hours early, which was a great help. The apartment was beautiful and exactly as advertised. I'll always miss central AC but the portable air conditioners in the bedrooms worked great. Will definitely book with Paris Perfect again when I return to Paris.

HANDS DOWN This IS the place to stay in Paris! You are centrally located to ALL the necessary places, and have your own little secluded area for breakfast, crepes, drinks/wine, bakery/pastries (by the top pastry chef in Paris!)! The apartment is beautifully appointed, CLEAN, and very comfortable! We will be back!! Everyone from the booking to check-in was very easy to work with and communication was perfect!

Be able to climb 95 stairs
Our family of 4 stayed in the Maranges the week of Christmas /New Year. The day before our departure from the U.S., I was notified that the lift was not working. When we arrived, we were greeted with a winding narrow staircase of 95 stairs; fortunately, we only had carry-on size luggage. I'd hate to think of having to haul a full size suitcase up those stairs. I had arranged for the driver to assist us with the luggage but after collecting the fare he just left, so we slowly navigated the stairwell. The lift was out the entire week we were there and after spending full days walking about the city and climbing many stairs while sightseeing, we all dreaded going back to the apt and facing those 95 stairs. There is no light in the stairwell, so have a flashlight avail for evening climbs. Visions of grabbing fresh croissants in the morning to enjoy with our espresso in the apt, were never realized. So, if you have mobility issues (I have bad knees but I managed), this would not be the apartment for you. Other than that, the location was ideal and the apartment was as pictured. It was clean and comfortable but a little too "cozy" for 4 adults. With the pull-out beds out, there wasn't much room to spread out and relax. The beds take up the whole sitting area. Our property managers were excellent and the communication was very responsive. High praise for Thomas and Victoria. Paris Perfect did issue us a 9% refund for the inconvenience but that was a small amount of the overall price we paid for this luxury apartment. Seeing that the lift was out the entire week and the negative impact it had on our experience, I was expecting a more generous apology as an extension of good will. So while we had a wonderful time in Paris, the stair situation was far from Perfect.

My family, including a 7- and 10-year-old stayed here and would stay again. The location was fantastic, the apartment had a great view as pictures show. Kitchen was stocked and it was easy to work with Paris Perfect to check in.

Clos Jolie was a charming, clean and very comfortable apartment for us. Even though the apartment had smaller rooms, they worked well for our family of 5. The location very central to everything we wanted to explore in Paris. Franck and team provided great instructions to make sure we had a comfortable stay

Great Apartment - Centrally Located
Just like any rental, it takes a minute to get acclimated, but the Vacation Perfect team did an excellent job in promptly meeting us to open the apartment and show us around. The apartment itself was very nice, clean and had most of the comforts of home back in the US. This spot was centrally located to most of the attractions we were there to see, and it was super convenient to the Metro stations. The apartment gave us a true taste of Parisian life being right off Rue Cler with markets, bistros, bars, etc... We'd highly recommend Vacation Perfect and the Saint Chinian unit for your next stay.

Everything we hoped for and more!
Monthelie Apartment was everything we hoped for and more! We were traveling with all ages, 9, 16, 17, 38, 44, & 80 years old and this apartment was very comfortable and large enough for everyone. Location-Amazing! View-Unbelievable! Clean + Charming. Easy walk to everything. The Eiffel Tower is more beautiful in person and the view from that balcony…Wow. Just Wow. The balcony is narrow but comfortable enough for everyone to stand on and even has two small chairs and a table. Small washer & dryer in apartment is a real bonus! Well equipped kitchen. The Paris Perfect team were great to work with before, during, and after we checked out. We had one small maintenance issue during our stay and the PP team did everything they could to help. They dealt with the situation perfectly. We are so happy we ended up at Monthelie apartment! We all agreed… this apartment is worth every penny + helped create the best memories! Merci Beaucoup!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our 5-day stay for our family of 5 (children aged 11, 6, and 4) in Paris!! The proximity to the Eiffel Tower is amazing and the views of it are unbelievable! It is walkable to amazing restaurants (Rue Cler was a favourite of ours) and a great Boulangerie is a few short blocks away. The 7th is the perfect spot to stay if you want more of a local feel and to be close to great restaurants and parks. The apartment is exactly as the photos show, very well equipped, and absolutely charming. Paris Perfect were excellent communicators and we appreciated their level of service, Information about Paris, and personalized touch. We would absolutely recommend them and would stay at this apartment again in a heartbeat!

Since the meet and greet the Paris onsite team was perfect friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and we knew we are in good hands which is extremely important especially in Paris. The Paris team was ever responsive n reliable. The apartment is perfect size with a touch of Paris charm. We love walked about the neighbourhood to enjoy Eiffel at its best to ourselves early in the morning before the crowds. Everything inside the apartment in working order. We really had a great time. A lovely place to stay!
We enjoyed the Bourdeaux apartment very much during our stay in Paris. There are many amenities nearby and the metro station/RER C access is very close. The apartment is well stocked and the kitchen/bathrooms are very nice. A few details that weren't great - the couch is extremely uncomfortable to sit on because it is a sleeper couch. Also, the AC units are portable and the unit in the living room provides no cooling. The units in the bedroom are good except we had to repair one unit to get it to work. It seems for the price of the apartment, these details should be taken care of.

Lovely little place in the heart of Paris
Small, but totally sufficient for 2 people, its central location made exploring the city's famous landmarks a breeze, with cafes, bakeries, and shops just around the corner. Double glazed windows helped suppress any noise from the restaurants six floors down -- (things were very quiet when France lost to Spain!) Everything was just as advertised. Lovely place, would stay again!

An incredible apartment for 2 adults, 2 kids, in La Marais. Right in the thick of it, all the restaurants, shops, and a piano player on the corner one night as well! …Wow! Awesome wi-fi. The washer and dryer allowed us to not take luggage. Super easy check in. Yeah!!!

Great apartment
When we arrived at the apartment it was too early for check-in. We knew it would be. However, the instructions were easy to follow and the lobby and the luggage storage room felt like home with the sitting area and bathroom. We went exploring and returned to find the greeter ready for us. She was thorough and friendly. Great apartment and great location!
