Great apartment

Gorgeous views, comfortable bed, great location near the metro and Rue Cler. We have stayed here twice and loved it. The balconies are truly spectacular and set this apartment apart from all others.

The apartment was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants close by. It was roomy and comfortable, immaculate when received, beautifully appointed, and provided a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower -- especially at night. I must say, it really felt like "Paris" when staying there. A very thorough orientation was provided by the company representative before taking possession as well. However, a safety note -- while the building did have fire alarms, it did not appear to have any fire escapes, nor any escape plans visibly posted, in the event of an emergency. This may be an issue for some.

A Dream!

The Merlot was the perfect base for our first time in Paris. The location was fantastic with a view of the Eiffel Tower, but also within easy walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and other sights, including Les Invalides, the Musee' de Orsay, and the Rodin Museum. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen in addition to two bathrooms. The only way Merlot could be better is if it had a full American king bed instead of a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom. We would definitely recommend and consider coming again!

Fabulous Apartment in Fabulous Location on Place Dauphine

My wife and I loved our stay in the lovely Languedoc apartment on Place Dauphine. The apartment was really well equipped and beautifully appointed. Being on the quiet Place Dauphine was exceptional, good food at the local café and restaurants on the Place. The location could not be better, walkable to so much, from le Marais and Pompidou Center, to the Louvre and Tuileries, to Saint Germain and Luxembourg Gardens. We look forward to returning to Place Dauphine.

Fabulous Apt and Location

We just had a truly special trip to Paris that was made even more memorable by our stay in Saumur. This apartment is everything you see in the pictures and more. Well appointed, thoughtful touches, and a location to die for. And I didn't even mention the balcony yet. It is so nice to sit outside and see Hotel des Invalides and the streets of Rue Cler below. The check-in process was seamless and easy, and the team were available to answer your questions at any time. If you're looking for a beautiful apartment in a killer location this is the one for you. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The Bergerac truly was exceptional! The apartment was beautifully renovated with all modern features but still had the feel of a chic period Parisian apartment. The Eiffel tower was outside our double doors and the views at night and day were stunning. A marvelous experience.

Perfect Location

On a quiet street but central to all of Paris! Apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. Building is very quiet, seldom heard neighbors. Windows facing both the street and inner courtyard. Markets, boulangeries and cafes surround the apartment and you are just across the street from the Seine.

Darling Family Home, Perfect Location

This apartment is perfect for a family with young children. You cannot beat the layout or location. It's extremely convenient to Eiffel Tour playgrounds and parks, lots of easy to reach dining choices, grocery stores and every day necessities directly on hand. The few drawbacks are that (i) there is currently construction taking place in the courtyard and the early morning noise is very distracting in the morning (the au pair bedroom and children's bedroom is directly on the side of the construction which begins around 8am in the morning) (ii) check out is at 10am sharp which is also rather inconvenient for families with little ones who may need a little extra time to get up and out in the morning (standard for AirBNBs in Paris is 11am or later so this is rather early), and (iii) the hot water runs out very quickly in the main bathroom (only one person can take a 5 minute shower before the water starts to turn ice cold). Despite the drawbacks, we would stay here again as it's truly a lovely apartment, clean with everything you need to feel at home, and a fantastic location.

To "location, location, location!" we'd add "view, view, view!" This is a stunning, beautifully-appointed apartment with roomy common areas offering truly postcard views afforded to walls of windows that open to the wraparound balcony, all of which offer fantastic vantage point for the Eiffel Tower and the lively cafe below. Features and decor are tasteful and traditional French. The WC is laughably tiny and challenging to use the handwashing sink with fully-extended right elbow without opening the door. But not a deal-breaker. There are scores of patîsseries, fromageries, épiceries, greengrocers, wine shops, cafés, restaurants and numerous markets just steps away. Also very convenient to transportation. The apt is best suited to a couple, and at most, an additional (very) small child. Our only issue was noise from the apartment below (blasting tv and music) that was going on until 2:30 a.m. on a couple of nights, until we asked the neighbor to turn it down. It was truly deafening and the noise could be heard throughout the entire building. We are not particularly sensitive to noise and we understand how sound carries in Haussmanian buildings, but this noise was absurdly disruptive to those awake and asleep alike. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Our incredible Paris home

We had the most wonderful 10 day trip to Paris. Staying in the Montagny was what made this trip so wonderful. We felt like true Parisians living in this neighborhood. It was so close to so many things including a walk along the Seine, the Eiffel Tower, food and bistros. The apartment itself had such an elegance. The details were in abundance. Paris Perfect is the best source for all things Paris!!

Perfectly Perfect

My husband and I just got back from our Paris trip where we stayed in the fabulous apartment. The two factors that made me book this apartment were the neighborhood and the view of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is the best with so many great restaurants nearby, Rue Cler, the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, etc. All three balconies offer a view of the Eiffel Tower which was just magical. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very well stocked with all the things we needed plus some extras. This was our first time renting through PP and it won't be the last. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Great location, with a view

From the property it is very easy to access the left and right bank. The apt functions perfectly for 2 people. Having 1.5 baths is nice when having guests. It is also nice having the open space and eating establishments adjacent to the apt. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Cosy, comfortable and well-equipped

We have tremendously enjoyed our 4 week stay in the Carignan apartment. It is cosy, comfortable and well-equipped. We love the neighborhood, which makes us feel like real Parisians. What has impressed and touched us most of all has been the kindness, courtesy, and friendliness of the people we encounter every day. We travelled all over the city, but were always glad to come “home.”

Best location

This place was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. I was traveling with Mom and my 10 year old, it was a perfect place for them to come home early and still feel on vacation, while my husband and I stayed out. Morning Coffee and croissants on the terrace in was a dream. Surrounded by great boulangeries and cafes. We had an early arrival and had to leave the bags in storage at the office and return for check-in, I was nervous about this, but it worked wonderful and the office is just steps away from the apartment… the whole process was seamless and wonderful. The building had an issue with the pipes and the staff was very attentive and nice about my concern… the issue was fixed within a day! Paris was in protests because of the reform, and some areas had garbage and road closures. But this area was absolutely clean and peaceful. Perfect vacation for all of us! The stay was worth every penny.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Very, very clean. There is a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower from the little balcony. The hand lotion is so nice. The showers are awesome and I loved the fact that there are two full bathrooms even with a one bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is wonderful. The only issue was the pillows which were very hard, IMO. All of the sleeping areas were harder than what we are used to back in America. Despite that, I would definitely stay there again!

What a wonderful base for a glorious stay

From moment one, the apartment was the perfect base for a 6 day stay in Paris. It was my daughter's first time overseas and the location couldn't be better - walking distance to all the biggies (Eiffel Tower, Arc, Concorde, Seine, Ile de Paris, Invalides, etc). Plenty of cafes, patisserie, restaurants, and a super market just a few steps away. The master suite was very comfortable, the 2nd room nice sized, kitchen was large and well stocked, and the neighborhood surprisingly quiet. I would absolutely stay again!
