Little Slice Of Paris Paradise

Our little slice of Paris paradise. After looking at every neighborhood, every review, decoding which streets were busy or quiet, we selected this absolute gem of an apartment. Lucky, lucky us. The apartment is on a peaceful little "square" with cafes that close at 10pm and a place to get coffee and croissants. In the mornings we were eager to open up the windows to hear the day beginning for the residents of this private little enclave. The property was perfect, our 6-year-old son made downstairs his little "flat" and woke up every morning to collect his fresh baguette from the foyer (what a perfect way to start our day!). This apartment played as a main character in our memories of the trip; when we are lucky enough to return to the city of light, I cannot imagine staying elsewhere.

Magical Energy

This is my second time in this apartment which I guess speaks for itself that I really like. We were in town for an academic competition for a week and the apartment was walkable. I felt safe to let my younger teenager walk alone anywhere. Great restaurants in the area. Ok, the reason I came back to this apartment is the view! There is nothing like the Eiffel Tower sparkling in the living room when you are playing board games with the kids. The view and vibe is to die for. It feels sooo cinematic. This time we traveled peak season and it was very expensive. I would definitely come back with Fall rates. Magical energy and view. Cozy. Tower sparkles. What else could one want?

Absolutely Fabulous

We enjoyed our five days at the Saint Chenin in Paris. The apartment met all of our needs. It was spotless and well located. The shared spaces were perfect for our evening wine time. The check in process was smooth and efficient. The recommended concierge service was amazing and we loved all of Karina’s recommendations. Thanks so much! As advertised- this place delivered what we thought it would plus!! We loved the location too. With thanks.

Truly-Magnificent Place!

This place blew me away, especially for the price! Hands down the best apartment we've ever stayed in. It is luxuriously stocked, everything makes sense and it is nicely decorated. There is AC in 2 rooms-HUGE when in Europe! The balcony is tiny but fun spot to see the Eiffel Tower. While it isn't "centrally located" it is perfectly located to of course the ET but also so many incredible restaurants and boulangeries, and you can ALWAYS get a taxi close by. The local contact was absolutely brilliant in helping us feel welcome, from the first minute we arrived until we said au revoir! For reference, I was traveling with my 2 young adult daughters and this space was perfect because there is plenty of space to hang clothes and we each had mirrors for getting ready. 4 people can easily stay here. It is exactly as pictured-so bummed I didn't take photos. The bedding details and antique Parisian accessories artwork is somehow appreciated and not glitchy in this apartment. Truly-magnificent place!

Beautiful Apartment, Superb Location

This was our sixth visit to Paris and our second Paris Perfect accommodation. Saint-Julien was indeed perfect—particularly the fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and air conditioning with individual controls for each room. We loved the location. It is close to the Champ de Mars but with an authentic neighborhood steps away. From initial booking to checkout, the staff at Paris Perfect were extremely helpful. The concierge services were outstanding, too — seamless transportation between CDG and ORY; Karina stocked our refrigerator with wonderful culinary treats. We will definitely be booking this apartment for future visits.

Wonderful Paris Apartment!

Check in process was fantastic! The local contact met us at the apartment and showed us all of the amenities - which were plentiful! The apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven, all the utensils you need. They provided a cute welcome basket and also milk and OJ! The apartment had TVs on both levels and 2 bathrooms. The balcony was the reason I rented this apartment to sit out and enjoy the view of the park and people below. It was perfect! Also, every morning there was an umbrella stand with fresh baguettes which I particularly loved! There is also a lobby to the building, which is so nice as you can leave luggage there for later check in/checkout. There was even access to a printer and a toilet in the lobby! The elevator was also wonderful!!! I felt totally safe and we would absolutely rent again!

Perfect Parisian Pied a Terre

We loved every moment we spent at Grenache. The spacious and sumptuous apartment is perfectly situated in the Marais, close to many chic shops, amazing cafes and restaurants and beautiful art galleries and museums. Grenache’s furnishings are exquisite, and, after busy days walking the streets and seeing the sites, we always looked forward to the stylish, peaceful and comfortable respite awaiting us at Grenache. Everything is brand new and high end, from the top-flight kitchen to the bathrooms and the ultra luxurious bedding. Needless to say, the owners’ sense of taste and attention to detail are second to none. We already look forward to our next visit to Grenache!

Wonderful Stay

Apartment was wonderful and Franck was a great local contact. Our family of 5 (3 teens) had all the space we needed. We needed to extend our stay by a day due to a flight cancellation and Paris Perfect was responsive and accommodating. For families this is such a better option than hotels and Vacation Perfect is a step above.

Perfect For Our Girls Trip

This apartment was perfect for our girls trip. The four of us had plenty of space and it was very comfortable. The kitchen while compact is very well outfitted and we took advantage of the great cheese, butcher, produce, bakery, and wine stores that were a quick walk. This was our mom’s first trip to Paris and all she wanted was to see the Eiffel Tower. Watching it sparkle with champagne from the living room will be a core memory. The only issue was finding the apartment originally. We couldn’t find instructions on what floor it was on and the apartments are not marked. We finally found it walking each floor with the unlock app to see which door opened. Hint - it’s on the 4th floor.

True Gem

I had the best stay at the Loupiac- the location was perfect! It could not have been more ideal. My husband who joined me a few days after my initial arrival was “shocked” at how great the location was - it was indeed a true gem. So much so that I was disappointed to find out there was no availability at Place Dauphine for an upcoming visit in early September. I will most definitely book ahead next time!

Perfectly Parisian

The Place Dauphine location on the Ile de la Cite is one of the reasons this apartment is an excellent choice: beautiful and picturesque public square and we were walking distance to all museums and neighborhoods that we wanted to visit. The two-floor Monbazillac apartment was beautifully decorated and efficiently functional, as well. We considered it spacious for 2 and were able to spread out comfortably. The balcony was fun; we enjoyed our champagne while observing the going ons of the square. The apartment was spotless, organized, and had all the amenities we would need and want and beyond. Also, thank you for the Welcoming Gifts...the burlap shopping bag was put to good use! Paris Perfect Staff was always just an email away during the planning stage...thank you! This is the second time we have trusted Paris Perfect for our vacation stay. I highly recommend!

Paris Perfect, Indeed!

My husband and I enjoyed six glorious days in the beautifully appointed Muscat flat. The elegant, airy living area was a joy; rhythms of the Place Dauphine neighborhood were enchanting; and the central location couldn’t have been more convenient. The attention to every detail was impeccable, and we appreciated all of them—from the cheerful arrival visit to the moment of farewell. Wonderful Stay

We felt in love with this apartment during our stay! We visited Paris for an international academic event my kids were participating in, and picked this apartment because it was the closest to the school. We were able to walk back a forth everyday and enjoy the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower every time we step outside, or from the apartment windows. It really is a great location that allow easy access to many sites. I was concerned about the noise that others had reported but we didn't have an issue or felt any significant noise from the street. Only one night the neighbors downstairs had music very loud that was annoying. Other than that everything in the apartment worked properly and was very clean and comfortable. The welcome basket was a real treat after arriving late from a 12 hours flight with three kids tired and hungry! Our Local Contact was very kind and helpful. Her recommendations for places to eat and see were on point.

My Paris Obsession

I’ve stayed in over 20 different hotels and Airbnbs over the last decade or so, and this is without a doubt the very best and my new favorite. The location is magical. The building beautifully restored, modern without losing any of its original charm. And the apartment is as perfect as you can imagine. So well designed with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The bed was beyond comfortable, kitchen was clean, in excellent condition and perfectly stocked. I could go on and on about this magnificent place. I’m truly in love. Thank you Paris Perfect for poring your passion for the history and charm of Paris into this building and apartments on Place Dauphine. I actually feel quite honored to have stayed in one of them. Already plotting and planning my return next year.
