Exceeded expectations
I’m always weary about staying at an apartment due to bad experiences. The Champagne apartment was an experience we will never forget. My two boys (9 and 12) along with my husband and I were astonished with the place. The location of the apartment was lovely along with the views. We walked to local patisseries daily, did our grocery shopping on our street and enjoyed our nights rest. My only downside was the gnats that flew into the apartment when we left the French doors open at night. Other than that, it was amazing and we would stay there again.

Amazing location but some issues with the flat
My husband and I stayed with our 12 year old twin daughters. The flat location was fantastic. So adorable with the market and all the restaurants right outside the door. And the Eiffel Tower was a quick walk. The size of the flat suited us and had enough space to feel comfortable. The bathroom situation was a problem. The bathroom in the master bedroom was completely see-through glass, so there was no privacy when going to the bathroom or showering. There is a second bathroom with two sinks, and a tub but no toilet, which was very strange. The tub in that bathroom did not have hot water so it was unusable to shower so we all had to share the see through shower in the master bedroom. There was a laundry room off the living room that had a toilet and sink. So that layout was weird. We also followed the directions exactly for the washer/dryer combo, but no matter what we did it would not dry so that was inconvenient. One of the circuits also kept tripping, turning off multiple lights and outlets. It happend several times in the middle of the night and because it was very hot and we only had fans, the rooms where the electric shut off, became very uncomfortable It would’ve been nice to have air-conditioning in the flat as it was quite hot, however, we did appreciate that they brought in multiple fans which overall helped a lot. We hired a chef through Paris Perfect who came to the flat to cook dinner and do a lesson with our kids. Chef Brian was great! That experience was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Great apartment and location
Everything about our stay in this apartment was perfect. Check in with greeter to review details and obtain keys went smoothly. Very clean with nice beds, sofa, chairs, and kitchen. The view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower was amazing, although a bit narrow and only seats two at a time. Great restaurants, bakery, and markets nearby.

Wonderful Parisian apartment
Beautifully decorated apartment in a great central location in Paris. We were there with our two teenagers and everyone had their own space to relax and spread out. It was quite warm while we were in Paris and the AC was able to keep up which was great after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!
Wonderful apartment in a perfect location. We have rented apartments in Paris for many years, and this is one of the best! Property management was top notch. Apartment was more spacious than it looked in the pictures. We stayed one week with our 3 adult granddaughters and never felt crowded. Kitchen was more than adequately equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very luxurious. We would stay here again, or in any apartment run by Paris Perfect!

Flawless Flat with Unbeatable View
We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Saint Emilion. The spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat was perfect for our family of four. The views of the Eiffel Tower from the living room cannot be beat, and we were easily able to access other parts of the city (Louvre, Latin Quarter, Montmartre) using the metro, taxi and just walking. While the building is vintage, the flat has been nicely updated making for a very comfortable stay, including air conditioning, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, and nice furnishing/touches. We used the manager's recommended driving service (Victor Cabs), which was reliable/arrived early. We flew in very late, and the manager and driver coordinated to make sure we were able to check in after 1 am. The only set-back for us was that the elevator was out during our stay, and a 6th floor walk up was not ideal. That said, it is a vintage building, there was little the management team could do to resolve the issue, and we were able to make it work. If you have any mobility issues, you should consider whether you can safely make the walk up/down 6 floors if the elevator is out (which happened at more than one location during our trip due to older buildings/smaller elevators). Elevator aside, we can easily recommend that anyone staying in Paris rent this flat for their stay -- it will exceed your expectations.

What a great spot
The view from the windows is worth the cost of admission by itself. What a great spot. We all really enjoyed our stay. Super walkable to restaurants and sights. We came in June which was very busy, but the bustle just added to the experience, and never impeded getting around. Highly recommended.

Everything about it was perfect
Loved this beautiful apartment. Everything about it was perfect (location, access, decoration, finishes and amenities). We loved the keyless set up! Wish it was possible to check in at any time - which seems possible given it’s keyless entry. Worth noting that it’s on a beautiful and popular square so there’s noise on the square from restaurants and live musicians some nights till midnight. No complaints at all about it but worth mentioning if you travel for work.

This apartment was amazing. The host met us and showed us all around the apartment. The location was convenient and had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a short walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location and Views
This unit has incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. The pictures on the website represent the property perfectly. The neighborhood and 7th is spectacular - clean, safe, and everything you need and want it steps from your door - restaurants, bakeries, groceries and Rue Cler. Our family of 4 used bikes and the metro from this location to see all of Paris, without issue. Evenings were quiet and we slept perfectly. The AC in the unit was so important to us during our summer visit. You cannot go wrong with this unit and you will spend each night watching the Eiffel Tower light up and twinkle before bed. Recommended taxi service to and from the airport was wonderful as well.

The Paris Perfect experience from reservation to check-in was very good and questions were addressed promptly. Picardin is in a wonderful very central neighbourhood with great food shops and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is very small and unfortunately, the main room is dark - you need to have lights on all the time as there is little natural daylight coming in. The kitchen is excellent and very functional for its size. It has everything you need in terms of tools and utensils. The shower is also small with no place to store things except the floor. The A/C was very much appreciated given the 30-degree weather but very loud as less than a metre from the bed. Generally, the apartment was okay.

A pure delight!
We stayed with Paris Perfect at the apartment called 'Cabernet'. It is the most lovely place, very European and totally modern at the same time. Everything in this apartment is of very high quality. Our little terrace had a view on the Eiffel Tower. We know Paris very well, but had never stayed in the 7th arrondissement, most enjoyable.

Paris was almost Perfect
Beautiful apartment, centrally located. Full attention to detail. Due to the pedestrian traffic on the Place Dauphine, the apartment was a bit noisy at night. I would gladly stay there again.

Saumur, the Perfect location!
This is our second stay in Saumur. Although small, it has everything you might need, including delightful balcony! Never tire of exploring rue Cler and strolling by the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Our greeter, Omi, was also… Perfect. A la prochaine!
