Outstanding Location

Outstanding location. Beautiful apartment. Top notch and newly renovated. Place Dauphine is a quiet square in the center of the city. Walking distance to Latin Quarter, Louvre, Quai d'Orsay. Latest appliances including AC and a drier! Baguettes in the lobby every morning. Great stay!

The Place Was Great

The place was great. Very much Paris. Loved the location and neighborhood. Many said not to stay close to the Eiffel tower but we LOVED our street. Very local. And the restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and cheese shops were the best we found. We would stay in exact same place again.

Dark Cold Quiet Master Bedroom

My husband and I stayed a month at the Maranges. We’re all about a good night’s sleep. The master bed was extremely comfortable- nice crisp sheets, comfortable pillows, and the mattress was just the right firmness. We arrived to a hot spell and we’re happy to find the master has its own AC unit. The room was dark, cold and very quiet. We slept great every night. The main part of the apartment has a separate AC unit which works independently. The high temperatures (mid 90’s) would have been tough without the AC! Thomas gave a very thorough explanation of the apartment and appliances. Best of all, he was available and responsive to all of our questions (tourist suggestions or apartment related) during our stay. The rest of the apartment was as stated in the other comments- great location, nicely appointed, and stylish decor. One last comment regarding the lights in the hallways, you turn them on by pressing what looks like an apartment doorbell on each floor. We didn't figure this out until the last part of our trip. I think it’s obvious to Europeans but not Americans.

Best Stay Ever

This is hands down the best apartment I've stayed in when traveling. There were 6 adults in our party, and we truly felt like we were at home. It is spacious and comfortable, and it literally has everything you need, even down to umbrellas. They thought of everything! In addition to the apartment itself, the location can't be beat. Restaurants, shopping, parks, the metro...all just a few steps away. Don't hesitate to book this apartment!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Merlot. My family has used Paris Perfect many times. All homes were memorable and we look forward to returning. My son lived for several years on Avenue de la I’m. Now that there is a direct flight we are counting the days until we return. This stay was unique. Our first time with a five year old. We could see the  Eiffel and all were delighted! Thanks for your help.

LOVE Paris Perfect - Calvados

We have stayed with Paris Perfect several times, and they never disappoint. From ensuring easy transportation to and from the airport, to providing a wealth of information on everything you need (including area information, transportation, tours, etc.), you don't need to spend hours searching for things to do or how to get around. The apartment was beautiful. It is also nice to have someone available to answer questions upon arrival. We were sad to leave, and can't wait until the next time we book with Paris Perfect!

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Paris

Alicante was a perfect choice for us (two adults) for an extended stay in Paris. It is right across from Notre Dame, on the St. Germaine / Latin Quarter side. It is on quiet street, just off the Seine, but with plenty of "everything" within short walking distances. The unit was very clean and well-furnished, and it was well-appointed with everything needed for a longer stay, including a washer and dryer. It's a good size with separate spaces for the living area, kitchen and bedroom, as depicted in the pictures. The air conditioning worked well too (with portable units in the living room and bedroom) and was a welcome relief from the hot temperatures. Very nice bathroom with a stand-alone and fully-enclosed shower too. From pre-check-in to check-in, everything went very smoothly. We give it our highest recommendation.

Great Location

Our stay at Sangiovese was wonderful! My mom, my daughter, and myself all stayed together in the apartment for 1 week. Although the apartment is small, it worked well for us with 2 in the bedroom and one on the sofa bed. We were very busy touring Paris all week, so we did not spend very much time in the apartment except in the evenings, but it was the perfect location to commute to all of the things we wanted to see while in Paris. We also loved being across the street from the Bon Marche. It was fun to visit the food market. The unloading at the Bon Marche seems to start around 6:30, and often we were getting up around that time, so we were not bothered by the noise. It was so nice to have the ease of Victor Cabs taking us to and from the airport, and Thomas, our Local Contact, was welcoming, explained everything in the apartment and gave advice on local restaurants. I would stay in this location again

Simply The Best

I brought my 16-year-old granddaughter from Oregon to Paris for her first European trip and I'm afraid she is spoiled for anything that comes after. Muscat and the entire Paris Perfect experience could not have been better. The ambiance, the comfort, the location all convinced me we could have searched the city and not stayed in a more appropriate place for us. Because she was a first-timer we checked all the first-time attractions and could comfortably walk to most of them. In the evenings on our way back from dinner, we could stand on the Pont Neuf and see the Olympic Cauldron rising in the Tuileries and the Eiffel Tower glittering as the tour boats passed underneath. On our last night, we had the extra treat of the full moon rising. All that right outside our apartment door. I would recommend any of the Place Dauphine Paris Perfect apartments to anyone. You are splendid hosts. Thank you!

The Best of Paris in One Place

My wife and I spent two weeks at Savennières in the heart of summer. Located on Ile de Cite and overlooking Place Dauphine, it is the best of Paris in one location. The two floor design makes the apartment feel bigger than it is. We used the balcony everyday, multiple times on many days. Enjoying coffee while watching all of the tables being set up under the trees below and enjoying Place Dauphine come to life in the mornings was epic. In the evenings, we sipped wine and listened to all of the activity below, especially the Pétanque players. The central location couldn't be beat. About half way through our visit my wife and I were joking about how Google Maps kept telling us our next destination was a 15 minute walk away. Everything is just a walk or bike ride away from Savennières! This is an outstanding Paris Perfect apartment!

The apartment is as beautiful as described and pictured. All the necessities were there as well as directions for appliances and the neighborhood. The size was perfect for when my daughters and granddaughters arrived too. And the location was great too.

Amazing Apartment in Paris

You can’t beat the location of this unit. We visited the Eiffel Tower daily. Our family stayed for a week and felt (almost) like locals. So many easy resources within steps - grocery store, cafes, fruit stands, boulangeries, etc. Plus train and bus stations were very accessible. Kitchen was stocked and beds were comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.

The week stay in Loupiac/Place Dauphine was perfect. The apartment is really lovely- well appointed, fresh, clean and comfortable. Great location in Paris. My first stay with Paris Perfect and the quality/attention to detail in their apartments is superior to others. Highly recommend and plan to make them my first choice for renting in Paris going forward.

This is a lovely, small apartment. The quality of the apartment and fixtures, bedding, towels etc is very high. The air conditioner did indeed keep the entire unit comfortable. The living room couch opened to a very comfortable sleeper. The kitchen was well furnished and all appliances worked great. With the windows closed a very quiet apt. Windows open you do hear the noise of the busy street in front. The views of Les Invalides just as pictured and the proximity to Rue Cler and lots of cafes, restaurants etc - perfect. Ideal apt for 2 people.

Wonderful Stay at Hermitage

We had an amazing stay at Hermitage. We had three adults and two children and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the Eiffel Tower view from both the living room and bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit which kept us very comfortable, even in the summer. The apartment kitchen came well equipped with everything you may need. There is a small grocery store next door and a very good bakery right across the street. The apartment is close to the metro station allowing easy access to different parts of the city. It is in a mostly residential area and felt very safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect For My Family

This apartment was perfect for my family. It looks exactly like the photos and offered all the conveniences of a hotel, plenty of fresh towels, very comfortable beds, great water pressure, peace and quiet, and a fascinating library. This was my family’s first time in Europe, including my 65-year-old mom, and everyone felt right at home. I’ve lived in Paris before, and this is one of my favorite neighborhoods. It’s close to all the Marais highlights but just far enough from the crowds. We stayed during a heatwave (100°F+), and while there’s no AC, the fans and airflow from the internal shafts kept us comfortable enough. Don’t miss the amazing new bakery (Moon Croissant) across the street, and be sure to explore the nearby Bastille Market. I’d recommend this place to family and friends!
