It’s not every day that you get the opportunity to work alongside one of Paris’ leading culinary chefs. Award-winning ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France’ pastry chef Christophe Rhedon invites you to join him in his beautiful open kitchen in the heart of the 7th arondissement and learn how to perfect the art of baking exquisite macarons. Exclusively created for Paris Perfect, this hands-on class teaches you every step of the way in producing these small but perfectly formed pastries that are so beautiful to look at, but look so tricky to master!
After a demonstration of the method required to ensure success, the fun begins: everyone in the group will have the chance to put the theory into practice, and Christophe will personally guide each guest to make sure everyone has confidently acquired all the necessary techniques for success after they have left his kitchen with their colorful creations.
The beauty of this excellent cooking class is that it is limited to a maximum of 6 participants per group, ensuring one-on-one tuition and guidance from Christophe in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
This Masterclass was designed exclusively for bakers of all levels as part of our Paris Perfect Gourmet Experiences.
Classes take place weekly on Thursday afternoons. Sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 participants, minimum number required for a group is 4 participants. Minimum age – 8 years old.
