The Queen's Gallery

The Queen's Gallery at Buckingham Palace is an open, permanent space that highlights a rotating selection of some of the most treasured pieces from the Royal Collection. From royal paintings to one-of-a-kind works from iconic artists like Leonardo da Vinci, Maria Sibylla Merian and Carl Fabergé, visitors will be able to soak up a personal and authentic aspect of England’s royal history through exquisite exhibits and incredible works of art. Available year-round for palace visitors, with a free and optional audio guide that explains the history and story behind the collection’s highlights, the centuries of priceless antiques and artworks on display will surely take any art lover’s breath away.

    • Approximately 1 hour
    • Available 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. (with last admission at 4:15 p.m.) from September 28th through July 24th.
    • Available 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. (with last admission at 4:15 p.m.) from July 25th through September 27th
  • AVAILABILITY:
    • Daily throughout the year. (May be closed for special Palace events and occasions.)
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
    • Once reserved, tickets may not be refunded.
  • MEETING POINT:
    • The Queens Gallery entrance to Buckingham Palace. The closest tube stop is Victoria Station.
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
    • Eating and drinking are not permitted within the The Queen's Gallery.
    • Photography and filming, (for non-commercial use), is welcome within the Gallery.
    • Belongings, including bags and backpacks, will be checked upon arrival.
    • The multimedia guide is complementary and can be acquired at the start of the tour.
    • From August 1st through September 27th, The Queen's Gallery is particularly busy and visitors may have to wait until the next available time slot.
