Fantastic Paris Paradise

Words can’t convey how wonderful this apartment is - probably the nicest place we’ve stayed as a family ever. To have a spot literally within a stone’s throw from the Eiffel Tower is wonderful enough, but for it to be as palatial and spacious as this just adds to the experience. Close to the metro, too! We definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Paris!

Beautiful Apartment

This was our second stay in this lovely apartment and the renovations make this apartment feel like home. It was so nice to have two full bathrooms and the apartment was well equipped. We have rented from Paris Perfect numerous times and are never disappointed. The location and views from this apartment make it the perfect place to stay.

Lovely winter week in Paris

Anjou provided the perfect home base for enjoying Paris by a couple who have visited the city many times before. Cozy, comfortable, just enough room. We came to just "be" in Paris, having checked off all the monuments and museums in our former lives. The team supporting guests are kind and accommodating. Their recommendation of Victor Cabs Paris was especially appreciated and highly recommended. We will be repeat customers!

Unforgettable Stay

For a brief time period it felt like we ‘lived’ in Paris. Walking to the neighborhood shops, wonderful restaurants when we chose to eat out, a bus stop and taxi stand across the street, well appointed apartment with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. It was indeed Paris Perfect. Check in was easy and our greeter showed us how everything works.

A Comfortable Stay in a Lovely Location

Our stay in Romanée was our fourth stay with Paris Perfect over many years, each time in a different location. Romanée had the Eiffel Tower view which we wanted for this visit; and the location gave us the chance to explore a new neighbourhood, which is lively and well-served with restaurants, bistros and small well-stocked supermarkets. The apartment is tucked away from street noise, and was quiet, snug and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, the showers worked well with plentiful hot water, and the central heating was cosy for our mid-December stay. We were very pleased to find that the kitchen was the best-equipped of any apartment we have rented anywhere in Europe, the US and our homeland Australia. Our only negative was that the decor is overdone, cluttered and twee compared to other Paris Perfect apartments we have stayed in. Other than that, our stay was another Paris Perfect delight!

Perfect For Us

From the moment we arrived, the Forez felt warm, inviting, and truly a home away from home. The apartment's charm, impeccable cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities added so much. So many windows! The views and convenient location made it the perfect base to explore Paris, allowing us to enjoy the art, history, culture, and most of all food and wine of Paris. Sadly, tourists like us did not get to visit the reopening of the Notre Dame during our stay. Thank you once again for providing such a delightful space. I’ll recommend Paris Perfect to anyone seeking a perfect Paris getaway!

Beautiful Apartment, with Limitations

This is a recently redone, beautifully decorated apartment in an unbeatable Paris location. The apartment is a great size for one or two people (that like each other) and the rates are similar to a 3-4 star hotel in Paris if you're in a larger room. You have lots of space and a good size bath and kitchenette. The bed and linens were luxurious; however, the towels and bath products did not seem up to Paris Perfect standards that I have had in their other apartments. The apartment is noisy (outside) both with the very busy loading dock and the not as loud metro below. The loading dock has varying hours - sometimes starting at 3am and going as late as 11 pm. PP is very clear about the noise and I found with earplugs it was manageable and I could sleep well. If you are a light sleeper or don't want to use earplugs, this is not the apartment for you. The location is great - and I loved looking out at the Bon Marche and having such great shopping so close was a huge plus. There is great public transportation all around you and you can easily walk to most locations in the city. My biggest concern with the building was that the main front door was almost always open when I came back or left the building. It is a glass door and has to be pulled shut to lock. Other people coming and going from the building did not pull the door shut so the building's front door was always unsecured. The inner door to the building did not lock at all. This for me is a big safety concern in Paris and even if you can lock and bolt your apartment door, being in an unsecured building is a red flag. If I were PP or the owner I would see if a sign could be put up, reminding people to firmly close the front door of the building.

Unforgettable Time

My husband and I had spent unforgettable time in this apartment. We enjoyed everything, it was home away from home. Very clean, comfortable, chic, contain everything you need and even more. The second toilet was a plus. So many cafes and restaurants around and the metro station is near. So, this is a highly recommended place to stay when you are in Paris.

This apartment is ideal for down time—- well appointed, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The apartment is also ideal for venturing out— located in a great neighborhood, close to many shops and restaurants and within walking distance of numerous sites and museums. This was our third time renting from Paris Perfect- an excellent group to work with.

Excellent Stay as Always

The Montagny was perfect for me, my husband, and my mother. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great linens, a superb kitchen that we actually used a lot, and a wonderful living room well-stocked with local guidebooks and other fun reading. The block is jam-packed with Eiffel Tower traffic, but because it was winter and we kept the windows closed, the noise didn't reach us. I suspect it'd be worse in summer. One housekeeping matter we forgot to mention - the washing machine worked great, but the dryer needed several cycles to even get the clothing to damp dry. Otherwise, this is a superb apartment.

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed our time in Paris staying at this apartment. We brought our 1.5 year old son and this apartment was the perfect size for our week-long stay for the three of us. The bedroom is large and had plenty of room for the travel crib (which Paris Perfect provided) without making it feel crowded. The apartment has plenty of storage space so we could fully unpack. Our son loved waking up every morning and running to the living room to see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Location is perfect, with a grocery store and other essentials within a very short walk. We didn’t require assistance during our stay but Paris Perfect was very responsive leading up to our arrival. We will definitely be renting through them again!

Wonderful Stay!

The apt was perfect for myself, husband and teen daughter. Thomas met us on arrival, and was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The location is ideal for navigating the city. We didn't find any issue with the noise, and the window decorations at Bon Marche were lovely. The apt is well appointed, and it is nice to start the day with coffee at home. the bed, and pull out were very comfortable. We will not hesitate to book with Paris Perfect on our next stay. Cheers

Wondereful and Convenient Place to Stay in the Maria

La Musique was a perfect choice for the four of us. Paris Perfect was very helpful and the apartment is very comfortable. La Musique is steps from the nearest Metro and filled with dozens of guidebooks and other books about Paris. We definitely would come back.

A Beautiful and Convenient Newly Updated Apartment

Paris Perfect has done an outstanding job with the renovation, beautiful traditional styling with all the modern upgrades. The kitchen was beautiful and very functional. The two baths were beautiful and had thoughtful amenities including a washer and dryer. The location is great, only a couple of blocks from Rue Cler and with shops and restaurants literally outside the entry door. There are stops for the 69, 80, and 92 buses within a block and The Ecole Militaire and l'alma Metro stops are about an 8–10-minute walk. The apartment was quiet except for some occasional brief street noise from loud cycles/cars. The apartment has central heating from the heat pump and electric radiator style heaters in each room. We enjoyed meals at Bistro St. Dominique and Cafe Fontaine de Mars just downstairs in the courtyard. We also really liked Le Cafe de Mars, though the menu is short. We would definitely stay here again. For future renters, note the floorplan and location of the baths to ensure this will work for your party. The baths are both off the living room and at the opposite end of the apartment from the bedrooms. This worked for us since we were a party of 2, but sharing with non-immediate family might have been a bit awkward. We would not recommend more than 4 adults. Anyone sleeping on the sofa bed would have no privacy. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, so 5 flights of stairs (94 steps). There is a tiny elevator that can hold no more than 2 people and is not for the claustrophobic!!!

Luxe Apartment/Perfect Location

The amenities of the Morgon exceeded our expectations. The spaciousness of the apartment meant we could all spread out for ‘downtime’ but reconvene for a meal or games. I’ve stayed at many Paris Perfect apartments but have never been tempted to cook. Preparing meals in this well-equipped kitchen was a dream. The beds and bedding were so comfortable we all got a good night sleep—even our insomniacs. Finally, the location is perfect for walking most of the Centre Ville with all its shopping and restaurants.
