Wonderful Stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. The location could not have been better—nestled in the heart of the beautiful 7th arrondissement, with easy access to the Eiffel Tower, Seine River, Metro stations, charming cafés, bakeries, and local markets.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved starting our mornings by walking through the neighborhood and stopping at nearby bakeries for fresh croissants and coffee. The area felt very safe, quiet, and authentically Parisian, while still being convenient to all the major sights.

The Metro stations at La Tour-Maubourg and École Militaire were just a short walk away, making it easy to explore every part of the city. We were also able to walk to many attractions, including the Eiffel Tower, Musée d'Orsay and the Seine.

Check-in and check-out was seamless. Staying here allowed us to experience Paris like locals rather than tourists.

We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming, and perfectly located home base in Paris.

The apartment is lovely! Fresh and beautifully appointed, windows overlooking Place Dauphine. The hosts are so responsive and kind. Fresh baguettes every morning! Centrally located but in a quiet, intimate corner of Paris. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Our Stay At The Bergerac Was PERFECT!

 We were so excited to learn that we would be staying at the newly renovated Bergerac. The apartment was beautiful. The layout was fabulous. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing. I can’t say enough about the information and recommendations Paris Perfect provides up front. The airport transportation, the connections for tours, and the restaurant recommendations were all wonderful. We all agreed that our stay was “perfect”. We are looking to go to London next and because of this experience, we will be planning to stay with London Perfect in the future.

Lovely Spot With Everything You'd Need

Lillet was a lovely spot in a quiet courtyard in the Marais. We were tended to upon arrival and everything was clean and nice. It was the perfect spot for three girlfriends on a sightseeing trip to Paris.

Fabulous Apartment And Excellent Location

We stayed at Marcillac and it was perfect. Well appointed, clean, quiet, comfortable beds and sheets and great shower. We survived the record heat thank goodness by the a/c in the apartment. A life saver indeed! The location is excellent; new for us and we loved it. Close to a great market street and several subways. Communication was excellent and the driver service provided was seemless. Will definitely use Paris Perfect again!

A Fantastic Stay

This is our second time with Paris Perfect, first time at La Tache. Everything was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The balcony was lovely. The location is perfect, quiet and close to transportation, restaurants, stores and the park. We were particularly happy with the level of customer service with Paris Perfect. They provide everything needed for your stay - enough towels, kitchen was fully stocked, spices and condiments, laundry detergent, etc. I had a special request and they were very accommodating which we very much appreciated. We will return!

Great Location

Very well organized pre-stay with frequent communication. Our unit Calvados, had just been renovated to include a 2nd bedroom and bathroom/toilet. Some conveniences were missing, ie body wash/soap for shower, oversight likely due to just having finished the renovation. Spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the fresh space. We didn’t really cook much but kitchen was well stocked. Challenging to figure out appliances as manual , although suppled instruction, would have been more helpful to list steps to usage. Our local contact was very kind and gave us a great apt overview, especially the a/c. Hugely important as we were there during record heatwave. Tons of restaurants and shops very close-great location. One caveat: we booked this place because of balcony view of the Eiffel Tower. We could barely fit in the chairs and we are not large people. I think this info is misleading as it’s really not a functioning place to sit , eat etc. Overall recommend.

A Wonderful Stay

We booked with Paris Perfect on the recommendation of a good friend. My first time using them and I'm so glad we did - we found it's just so much more convenient and practical than a hotel, given that we had a fridge, cooktop, microwave and (most particularly, given the heatwave in Paris when we stayed) a washer/dryer. The bed was very comfortable, though perhaps a bit tall by Canadian standards, but we slept quite comfortably. Size is compact but comfortable - just perfect for two people. We also had a friend stay over on the pull out for one night - doable but somewhat cramped. Fine for a day but probably not for a longer stay. Regarding other things I noted in past reviews, security and locks seemed to be just fine - we didn't notice any issues or concerns with the doors not locking, so I imagine they have since fixed things. As for noise from trucks loading into the market across the street, we usually kept the windows closed and didn't hear a thing. However, if you like keeping the windows open, well, yes, there will be a bit of a racket (truck engines running, honking, a bit of yelling) and unless you're a very sound sleeper, it'll likely wake you up in the morning, depending of course on when you get up. I am a light sleeper and with the windows closed was never awakened by truck noise. That being said, what did tend to wake me up in the mornings, starting around 5 am or so (don't recall exactly) was a low (as in pitch) rumbling and some light vibration. It woke me up on most days but as I've said I'm a rather light sleeper. My partner never noticed a thing and it never woke her up, so it might be totally fine for you. I suspect it might be from the metro but never bothered looking into it. I noticed it only early morning - never noticed it at all during the day. The location is excellent - there are tons of very nice shops, cafes, etc. nearby, as well as a mall, and many museums are within walkable distance (i.e. within a 30 min walk). Would write more

Absolutely Fabulous!!!!

I have just returned from an extended stay at the Muscadelle apartment and am delighted to share how much I enjoyed my stay there was. The Muscadelle location could not be more perfect!.....well-situated on a smaller street just a short block from the well-known market street Rue Cler with its specialty food shops, popular cafes and bistros ......truly a gastronomic destination which features so many delicious take-home selections as well. And, with that in mind, Muscadelle has a well equipped and spacious kitchen. This allowed me to prepare meals for friends who had joined me during my stay and to enjoy serving dinner in the dining area complete with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Muscadelle is a surprisingly large apartment with several large windows in both the living/dining room and kitchen as well as in the exceptionally large bedroom which created a bright and welcoming environment. With a view of the Eiffel Tower from the street-facing living room and Les Invalides from the bedroom and Paris rooftop views from both, the location was memorable; I could hardly resist taking pictures of the ever-changing sky and the nightly Eiffel Tower light show! The apartment was stylishly and comfortably furnished and quiet and I enjoyed the time I spent IN the apartment in addition to exploring the neighborhood. It was very close to transit (both multiple bus and Metro lines) and to the easily walkable Rue St. Dominique with its restaurants and attractive shops. My welcome by a member of the Paris Perfect team and their team's responsiveness to a question (much appreciated) I had once I was there were timely and helpful. As Paris Perfect's name implies, my entire experience was, in fact, 'perfect'......everything in the apartment was impeccable and my stay there was truly memorable. I would return to stay in Muscadelle in a heartbeat!

Fabulous Stay

I'm so happy I chose to stay at Bergerac in Paris! The location was spot on for us; close to everything, yet quiet at night. I never tired of seeing the Eiffle Tower from our windows! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, well equipped, quiet, and easily accessible. Communication with Paris Perfect was immediate. Their recommendations were great. The air conditioning was a god-send during the heat wave. Showers were hot and plenty of water; and the beautiful velvet blackout curtains were appreciated. Thank you, Paris Perfect, I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Fantastic Time but a Heat Wave!

My husband and I spent 6 nights in the Lalande for a milestone birthday and anniversary. Recognizing that the space was more than we needed, I chose this apartment from the few that were available for our dates because of the location, the balcony and the views - and the dream of having all those lovely doors and windows open! However, we arrived to an apartment that was 90 degrees interior because of the incredible heat wave while there. The Parisian air conditioning units are adequate but not impactful enough for such hot conditions - it took almost 2 days for the apartment to be remotely comfortable. The apartment receives western sun, so unfortunately we spent most of our time with the doors and curtains closed and were still quite warm. We still enjoyed the time there, but I caution booking this unit for the views if the forecast is hot. You will not be able to experience the apartment as the photos show. We made the most of it and loved the little kitchen, the balcony, the VIEW, the neighborhood. And the recommendations that Paris Perfect provides for restaurants, markets, etc., is so helpful. Every place we tried from their list was wonderful. Their local contacts was delightful and so helpful, in spite of us all melting down together upon our arrival! I highly recommend and will book with Paris Perfect / Vacation Perfect again, I will just be more educated about conditions outside anyone's control before our next trip!

Perfect Family Home in Paris!

We are an adult family of four and absolutely loved our stay at Châteauneuf. The apartment exceeded our expectations. We loved the Parisian décor, high ceilings, and tall windows that fill the space with light. The Eiffel Tower views were magical, especially watching it sparkle from the living room each night. The apartment had everything we needed: a well equipped kitchen for family breakfasts, plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and three bathrooms (which made mornings much easier). The 7th arrondissement location was ideal: quiet and residential, yet just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and wonderful neighborhood shops. We loved picking up fresh croissants from the bakery on our street and exploring the local markets. Grocery stores and restaurants are close and convenient. The Paris Perfect team was responsive and helpful from start to finish. Our local contact was so friendly and helpful in getting us acquainted with the apartment and the area. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this apartment to any family looking for a large, comfortable, elegant home base in Paris.

Wonderful Apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at La Tache. This is our third time using Paris Perfect. The building is very clean. The apartment was also very clean and well equipped. The apartment is very spacious. My only negative is that the decor is outdated and it doesn’t have the charm of some of the other Paris Perfect apartments we have stayed in. The location is great. We really enjoyed our stay with Paris Perfect and will definitely stay with them again.

Home Away From Home

This is my second time staying at Picardin and I’m starting to think of it as my home away from home. It’s just the right size for me and I love the location. This little spot on Rue du Bac is walkable to just about every place I want to go and so close to my favorite museum, D’Orsay. Our host has been accommodating and I was allowed to check in early and I’m very appreciative of that. I will say that I’m really glad I left before the heat wave you had last week as there is no longer air conditioning in the apartment despite the description in the website clearly stating there is.
