Perfect stay

Perfect stay. Felt like a Parisian while there. The place looks just like the pictures. While one toilet room could be bigger, overall I have no complaints and would consider rebooking when I visit Paris again. The Paris Perfect team is great and also available by call, text or email. Apartment and location were really perfect

The apartment and location were really perfect. You could tell the apartment owner really put their heart and soul into creating a beautiful home. Paris Perfect was also perfect. We received great tips and felt right at home. Finally, the location could not be beat. It was truly central to everything. We will definitely stay there again!!

The Cabernet is a lovely place to stay!

We had the pleasure of staying for one week at the Paris Perfect apartment - The Cabernet. It is a lovely one bedroom 2 full bathroom property in the 7th Arrondissement right near the Eiffel Tower. This area of Paris is busy, but our apartment on the 5th floor was amazingly quiet. The apartment is spacious, the appliances and electronics are easy to operate, and the furniture is comfortable. There are two cute balconies where clients can sit and have a glass of wine and look at the Eiffel Tower. There are lots of restaurants and shops near by so finding good food is only a few steps away. Paris Perfect is very accommodating and helpful if clients need anything. I also recommend Victor’s Cabs that works with Paris Perfect to transport clients to transportation and the apartments. If you like Paris, The Cabernet is a lovely place to stay!

The Quintessential Paris Apartment

For a party of two, look no further than the Muscat Apartment at La Place Dauphine. Perfect central location and the park (Place Dauphine) it is located on is adorable. It is very quiet at night once the cafés close (around 10pm). For a small rather hidden park, the people watching from the apartment window was just as good as a street side. Brasserie with fresh croissants and cappuccinos right next door should your heart desire…. Did I mention, there are fresh baguettes delivered daily in the entrance foyer for you to enjoy as well. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided in the rooms and the bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent water pressure throughout and a fully equipped kitchen. Having the extra 1/2 bath was a nice feature as well. Everything in the apartment worked well. Our greeter was lovely and very knowledgeable and helpful. The online staff were great as well and responded quickly to any needs or concerns you might have. I have to say, our experience was marvelous from start to finish. Can’t wait to visit again - this time in the penthouse apartment with the balcony. Highly recommend Paris Perfect.

Fantastic apartment

My husband and I just spent 5 weeks in this apartment and had a fabulous stay. We had originally rented another apartment but there was flooding in that apartment and Paris Perfect arranged for us to stay in St Chinian and we loved our stay. Many communications from Paris Perfect rave about Rue Cler and they are all correct. The shops on the street are straight out of a movie and it was a dream come true to have access to so many small markets and such amazing food. I'll miss "Harry Cover" the produce shop, the most - wonderful quality and friendly staff. We also loved Bistrot Belhara which is just around the corner and the fabulous wait staff there (and great food). The neighborhood guides that come with the apartments are priceless. We also used Victor for transportation - as they suggest - and that was perfectly smooth every time. The bedrooms for the apartment are off the street, but every room has windows which is great and possible because of the configuration of the building, we found it reasonably quiet for being in the heart of the city. The only small issue we had was related to cleaning, we wanted more frequent cleaning, and the communication was complicated and it didn't quite happen. No need for details except to say that if you are on an extended stay and want more frequent cleaning it is probably worth asking for the schedule in writing and probably worth confirming with the office a day in advance. But, no big deal. We have used Italy Perfect several times and love them. This was our first stay with Paris Perfect and we loved them, too. Maybe we will be so lucky as to use London Perfect next. A great, gorgeous apartment. Highly recommended.

Fantastic week in Paris

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying in the Marcillac apartment while attending the French open and touring Paris. The apartment was perfect for the two of us - a great location with ready access to the metro and many wonderful nearby restaurants, patisseries, bakeries, markets and much more. The apartment was very well appointed and spacious with everything we needed plus some extra special touches we did not expect. The check in process was a breeze too and the recommended cab service from the airport made everything even easier. I would highly recommend Paris Perfect and look forward to renting from them again.

Great stay!

This apartment was great. Had AC but didn’t really need it. Location was great. Could walk to lots of restaurants including Rue Cler. Management office is right around the corner so useful to store luggage. The building is old but the flat is super nicely decorated and seems recently updated.

Lovely Apartment with Spectacular Eiffel Tower Views

A beautiful, spacious, luxury apartment, with floor to ceiling windows that open to balconies, and wonderful views of Eiffel Tower. Beds comfy & each bedroom with its own, private, full bath. Great location; close to the Seine River. Greeters helpful with information and any issues. We chose the concierge service to have food delivered upon our arrival. Karina did a wonderful job of selecting a variety of delicious foods & wine that we truly enjoyed ! Would advise anyone with mobility issues & equipment to check with Paris Perfect first, regarding rules of the apartment building. We were unable to leave knee scooter on first floor due to their safety/fire rules, so we had to take it back up to the apartment each time we went out. It just fit into the very small elevator. Special thank-you to the building maintenance lady (who was not to be disturbed), but who helped us of her own accord. Very much appreciated !

Great trip with our 10-year-old grandson

The best part of this trip to Paris for our grandson was to "live like a Parisian". Staying at the Carignan in a residential area of the city, within a short walking distance to food stores and metro stations, was one of the highlights of his trip. Fernando greeting us and showing us the apartment was very useful. I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends.

Staying at this elegant and modern apartment next to Notre Dame made my first visit to Paris with my boyfriend unforgettable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was fantastic, adding to our overall enjoyment. The perfect stay!

During a recent trip to France, we spent time in Paris with our adult children and their spouses, so we needed 3 bedrooms. This apartment was absolutely perfect. Spacious and lovely, and also in a great location. All of us were very impressed! The book of local restaurant recommendations was very helpful. Easy walk to everywhere and a metro station is just down the block. We will definitely use Paris Perfect on all return trips to Paris, they were very responsive and a delight.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and very well equipped! The only thing I would change about the apartment is the uncomfortable sofa. No other detail was left undone! The location provided easy access to everything we needed. It is worth noting that if searching for a quiet, peaceful street, this is not the location.
