There is a lot to love here.

There is a lot to love here. The location is amazing. The street and shops in the pics are 1 block away. Within minutes you are at Eiffel, river cruises, tour services, great shopping, transportation. The Paris Perfect team were amazing. One of the best hosts I have ever worked with. We had a dedicated contact from the team that answered every time I called. Omi also went above and beyond. He met us at 4:30am when our travel was delayed. I’m from the US but I’ve lived in Paris and Europe for several years so for first time Paris visitors. In terms of price, location and what you get this is an amazing space. It’s not a 5 star hotel. You have to keep in mind that (aside from most hotels) the place you stay is also a Paris experience. By Paris standards it is impeccable and incredibly spacious. It has its quirks but everything was clean and worked. The lift is exactly like every lift in a Paris flat (except it actually works). You can’t do much better for the price.

Light Filled Apartment !

We (two of us) spent 12 nights in the Forez apartment. It is bright with four tall windows in the main room, on a corner; the bedroom is more than adequate, comfortable with plenty of closet/drawer space, plus two great windows ! Mirrors abound! The bathroom is not large but is quite fine with enough shelves and has a great towel heater ! We had hoped to have a chef come in to cook one special meal but found there was only a microwave oven (plus a stovetop) in the kitchen and decided against it for this trip. Since we enjoy walking, we were delighted to be close to the Pont Neuf, the Marché St Germain, the Boulevards of St Germain & St Michel, the Luxemburg Gardens and the cathedral St Suplice. We walked everywhere easily to these locations and beyond. The manager, Thomas, and the attendant, Elliott, who assisted us when we arrived were exceedingly helpful and deserve applause. The admin staff for Paris Perfect was, before and during the stay, very responsive, very professional. The apartment was very clean; the hallways in the building (which Paris Perfect has nothing to do with) could be improved. Regarding the noise, yes, some nights there was city noise; some nights quiet; two nights a lovely minstrel performance on the corner. Forez provides many reasons to consider a return visit.

Quintessential Paris

A beautiful apartment located in a most convenient area of Paris. It is well appointed and maintained. How will we adjust to not having fresh baguette delivered daily??? My husband and I stayed in the original hotel on this site in 1981. It was a joy to see the refurbishment and enjoy life on the Place again.

Could not imagine a better location

We absolutely adored the beautiful apartment and could not imagine a better location! The restaurants just feet from our door were incredible with the most amazing and patient wait staff. We enjoyed sitting in the square watching folks play Pétanque, kids chasing pigeons and families enjoying meals together. We thank you for a most enjoyable stay & will be happy to book with you again on our next visit to Paris!

Saint Romain

Charming!

Saint Romain was a perfect apartment for a couple, nicely appointed, bright, and a truly great location. We felt very Parisienne enjoying fresh croissants and bread for breakfast and often eating a delicious lunch of pate, fromage, cornichons, and of course bread for lunch. All purchased locally on our street, rue Cler. We enjoyed this apartment thoroughly and would definitely stay there again.

The view!

Romanee was perfect for my daughter and me. Great location, lovely main room, private bedrooms and baths for each. And the view! Truly breathtaking when the tour starts sparkling! We only ate breakfast at the apartment, but the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We loved it!! Note the second bedroom does not have a closet.

Plein air artists heaven

Both my wife and I are plein air artists. Having the Savennières room was the best selection we could have made. We had a good 20’ of open air balcony with which to paint the Paris roof tops. Pont Neuf was also a short walk of 100’ or so and we made our way there to paint as well. We’ll be coming back. Thank you again for all the hard work you did in restoring this Paris Gem.

Wonderful location!

Marvelous Week

We loved our retreat on rue Cler the last week of September! It was a cozy quiet retreat with a view of Les Invalides golden dome from our deck. A great place to return to, to rest our tired feet after miles of walking…This neighborhood has been our favorite with its location between the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides and Rodin.

Magical stay

The pictures accurately describe the property. You can literally walk to the Eiffel tower and the seine river. Close to everything and we had dinner most night on the balcony overlooking the tower. It was a magical stay.

Dream stay at Pommard

I just had my dream stay for 3 weeks in Paris!  The best part of my time in Paris was the beautiful apartment I was so very fortunate to find.  The apartment building is a historic Haussmann style building, and maintained impeccably.  The interior was as elegant as the exterior. The inside of the apartment was truly heaven!  The owners have retained the historical elements of the interior, including herringbone wood floors, elaborate plaster moldings, three original marble fireplaces, large rooms with tall windows, a built-in master closet, a beautiful wardrobe in the second bedroom and French doors throughout.  Then the true surprise, the furniture is top of the line and modern, with pieces from both Roche-Bobois and Ligne Roset.  The design style and the care the owners took in putting old and new elements together, made me think I had “won the lottery” to find this beautiful gem.  The apartment was furnished with every type of amenity that I could imagine, including a very nice coffee machine, beautiful dishes, glasses, serving platters, etc, etc.  Very high end, not what one would normally find in a rental, and a very nice surprise indeed. The apartment is located in a neighborhood called the Passy Village, in the 16th Arrondissement.  In case you don’t know, the 16th  is a food lovers paradise. Two blocks away from the apartment, there is a street called Rue de l’Annonciation, which is pedestrian only, no vehicles. I found the most adorable, delicious food stores…think everything you need for the most fantastic picnic.  The other reason I loved being in 16th Arrondissement is that the Eiffel Tower is less than a mile away, and part of my daily walk.  It was nice being so close to the action, and then being able to come back to such a beautiful and peacefull apartment.  I was truly spoiled and will be requesting this apartment every time I return to Paris.”

Fabulous View

Wonderful stay in the lovely Champagne apartment. Photos were very accurate. Beautiful apartment, great location, and never got tired of the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. At night when it sparkled it was just magical! The powder room is tiny though and getting out of the shower could be tricky with the step down, too bad the shower door didn't open fully as would have been easier. Other than that no complaints. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture was comfortable. Great location with all the restaurants and shops nearby, including Rue Clear. This is my 3rd time booking with Paris Perfect but won't be my last. Check-in/out procedure very smooth and using the suggested Victor's Cabs made arriving and leaving so much easier. Loved our stay!

Pommard is a true Parisian gem!

Paris is magical and so is this apartment. This is a true Parisian gem located in the fabulous 16th arrondissement. Take a beautiful staircase or lift one floor to a stunning, beautifully furnished, well appointed apartment. Room after room I was impressed with the beautiful decor. I loved the comfy bed and luxurious linens. Great quality, great vibe, great location. Bathrooms look and feel like the Ritz Carlton. A 5 star kitchen with gas stove. In unit laundry much appreciated.

A few minutes walk to the most beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower.

Steps from Rue de Passy which is one of the area’s busiest pedestrian shopping streets. Directly across is a coffee shop, seafood restaurant, classic French restaurant,  as well as electric bikes that I used with an app and traveled all over Paris. The apartment is so serene and quiet after a long day of touring busy Paris.  It was a stay I will never forget and memories I will treasure forever. I Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!
