Great View of Eiffel Tower & NYE Fireworks!

This was our 2nd time staying in this apartment and it was just as perfect as the first time! Don't hesitate to book this fabulous place! The apartment is roomy, the views are magnifique (especially from the private balcony), the bed is comfortable, the shower water pressure is perfect as is the water temperature. The washer & dryer work well, the kitchen is well equipped for breakfast - although we didn't cook lunch/dinner. It's quiet - except NYE when the entire city was alive with festivities. But that was to be expected. The building elevator worked well which was very much appreciated as this is a top floor apartment. My new bucket list is to book this apartment for Bastille Day when the fireworks go off at the Eiffel Tower - talk about a front row seat! I just love being able to walk out the door and have a pastry shop, cheese shop and bread shop within the first block or two. And for fresh vegetables just walk a couple blocks to the fabulous market Rue Cler! There are tons of restaurants within easy walking distance and the bus stops/metro are all convenient. Although we walked our entire time. Just a few minor details that need some attention: the Nespresso coffee machine needs to be descaled or replaced as the coffee was lukewarm and too much water was accumulating in the bottom tray. While the apartment had heat - we felt it wouldn't warm up to the temperature indicated on the thermostat (not sure the radiators worked sufficiently). Also given that it was the dead of winter - it would have been nice to have a couple throw blankets in the living room to cuddle up in.

Loved Our Stay

Overall, we loved our stay. The apartment is in a great location and we really enjoyed all of the restaurants, shops and the Rue Cler market. Of course, the apartment has spectacular views and is very spacious. My daughter and I had stayed in the Puligny property in 2019 which I remember being located right down the street from the Margaux. I remember the furnishings being a bit nicer, in better condition. A number of the furnishings in Margaux felt a bit tired. Even the towels felt a bit tired for what is supposed to be an upscale apartment. Your customer service and anyone that I have ever communicated with from Paris Perfect has been lovely and so, so responsive. We loved the building and everything about the location felt very easy from getting ubers and taxis to the metro down the street. I recommend Paris Perfect apartments to anyone I know of visiting Paris. It really is so much better than staying in a hotel. And I love all of your videos and social media. Paris Perfect does a really good job communicating all that the city has to offer. Hope to rent an apartment from you again soon!

The apartment was just right under the Tour Eiffel, and even better than how it appears in the pictures and description. The view was spectacular, the surroundings stunning, the apartment very quiet. 10 out of 10. We’ll definitely come back to this apartment next time we come to Paris. Thank you.

The Merlot is a little jewel box with Eiffel Tower sparkling on top! Great location, easy to walk to sites and metro. Thank you for the magical Christmas stay.

Exceeded Our Expectations

Montagny exceeded our expectations. There were many designer accents and touches throughout the apartment.The kitchen was not only well stocked but everything was new and spotless. The closet space was ample, even the hangers were of the highest quality. Every member of the Perfect Paris team we met was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We always felt safe in our building and neighborhood. A few friendly suggestions, a couple hooks in the bathroom to let towels dry, new placemats (the only kitchen item that was tired), cloth napkins would be a nice addition as would dish towels so we didn’t have to use so many paper towels, candles would be a nice touch in the living/dining area. We noticed a lot of cold air coming in through the outside kitchen wall. You may want your maintenance crew to remedy this situation to save on energy. Your neighborhood guide book was an essential tool for us. Your recommendations were spot on from Thierry’s hair salon to the food shops on Rue Saint Dominque and Rue Cler, and Victor’s Cabs just to name a few things. Thank you for a memorable Christmas holiday!

Beautiful View

Great location and beautiful view from the little balcony. Everything was great. Loved having slippers provided and a welcome champagne! The bedroom was small so we had a bit of a hard time unpacking and packing due to limited space. The apartment is also on the 5th floor and the elevator fits one or two people at a time. We did not mind the stairs at all even with our luggage but for some that might be an issue.

This apartment is in a great location, very easy to walk to everything or get an Uber/Taxi. In a quiet spot, very nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing.

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect spot for our family. Quiet but plenty to do within walking distance. Our kids watched the clock every evening to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle on the hour! Very grateful for our experience and highly recommend this location!

Love This Apartment

We stayed in the beautiful Anjou apartment for one week over Christmas and to say that it was spectacular would be an understatement - we were beyond thrilled! The location in the Place Dauphine on the Île de la Cité couldn't be more perfect - you are literally close to EVERYTHING - from early morning walks to the Louvre before the city wakes up, to the flower market for some Christmas cheer, to Notre Dame and the adorable Christmas market right next door - you couldn't ask for a better location - truly. And Place Dauphine itself is just beautiful - an oasis within the bustling city - we tried a number of the cafes in the square and they were all fantastic. The apartment itself is perfect - it has everything you need and accommodated our group of five very comfortably - our son noted that the pull-out couch was the nicest and most comfortable he has ever slept on. We loved all of the high-quality details and special touches, especially the gorgeous bedding and fresh baguettes every day! The Paris Perfect team were just wonderful from the time we booked to when we arrived and throughout our stay - everyone we interacted with was so nice, quick to respond and welcoming. We are already dreaming about our next trip to our favorite city and which amazing Paris Perfect apt to try next - if we don't rebook the Anjou! Thank you to the team for making our trip so memorable!

Great Apartment

Have stayed with Paris Perfect before and London Perfect. Lalande was a beautiful, spacious, well kept apartment with AMAZING views of the Eiffel tower. Washer/Dryer, kitchen appliances and space was perfect for our family of 5. It is a very spacious apartment for Paris and well laid out over 2 floors. Greeting by Paris Perfect was on time, easy and our host was extremely helpful and friendly.

We rented this beautiful Romanee apartment overlooking the Eiffel Tower for an 18th birthday of our daughter and a black tie wedding in Paris. The apartment, amenities, accessories and neighborhood absolutely fit the bill for the high-end events we were attending. The communication from the staff and opportunity to meet a person who would walk us up to our place and ensure we understood everything we might need to know was extremely helpful. Would absolutely book with this agency and this specific location again.

Simply Perfect

The apartment lived up to the name Paris Perfect, it was simply perfect. Could not have been a better location to everything we had planned to do, including touring the historic sites of Ile de la Cite where the apartment is located. Though it was close to everything, the apartment looked over a park and it was very quiet. The apartment was well designed and quite comfortable. We had a magical Christmas experience (thank you, for putting up a tree!). Thank you for a very memorable vacation, beginning to end.

Gorgeous View

Perfect location, with a gorgeous view of Eiffel Tower. At night the Tower sparkles with a light show on the hour and it was magical. The building has lots of old world charm, but the apartment is very modern and spotless. We worried about the couch for sleeping but the trundle bed beneath it was perfect. Family of 5 fit just fine. Check in was simple and we ate at many of our hosts recommendations. Cafe Bergeron for croissants, Chez Fernand Christine for Beef Bourguignon and El Vecino for the kids who had to have tacos (in Paris?). A truly wonderful stay!

Beautiful Apartment

Beautiful apartment in the 7th arrondissements. So many shops and restaurants. Safe and walkable. The apartment had everything from kitchen appliances and supplies to washer and dryer. The view is perfect of the Eiffel Tower. We are definitely staying there again.

Fantastic Apartment and Location

Another amazing stay with a “perfect” property. This has been our favorite apartment in Paris of the 7 we’ve stayed in. Great light in all rooms and fantastically set up for our needs. Our host communicated very well with us, had great suggestions for dinners and shopping. Appreciate this so much.

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful stay at our apartment. Great location and the apartment was clean and beautiful! Not typical but the apartment felt bigger than it looked in the pictures! Only recommendation i would have to is adjust the entry app. We ended up having to get a key to access the apartment because the app did not work. It was not issue to use the key but an app might be better if additional keys are needed.

View Of The Eiffel Tower

I enjoyed staying at Calvados for two weeks in December. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated in an updated French style. I especially enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower at night and the location in the 7th where I could walk to many shops, restaurants and the Champ de Mars.

Loved Our Stay Here!

Loved our stay here! We only had five full days in Paris so we wanted a place near the Louvre so we could walk around the area and boy did we walk so much… it’s in a great location that the walk to the Louvre takes ~8 min on foot and pretty much everywhere else is also walkable…. it takes almost the same time as taking the metro to get to, say, Petit palais and Grand palais, about 25 min, to walk there… so we opted for walking to most of the places so i was dead tired by night…. We also walked all the way from the Arc de Triomphe so yeah the neighborhood feels safe even at night. Furniture & decorations were simple and elegant, bathroom was very clean, air-heater in the bedroom though the living room was a bit chilly. Kitchen had everything u need for a quick dine in.. Honestly have no complaints about this place! And the price to stay at small hotels in the 1st arr. may be similar but the space would be half of what this apartment offers, so definitely recommend!!! Thx for everything.
