Eiffel Tower steps away.
Beautiful apartment in a great location with many restaurants, grocery store, & metro nearby. Not to mention having the Eiffel Tower steps away. We loved the view of the tower from the apartment. You have to be able to walk up 5 flights of stairs. There is an elevator, but only fits 1 person and a couple of pieces of luggage. After a long day walking around Paris, the 5 flights of stairs was tough. The spiral staircase is narrow, steep and scary and would be tough with younger kids. The showers and bedrooms are upstairs, so keep that in mind.

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for our family of four to spread out and relax after spending our days out and about in Paris. Location was perfect and the view can't be beat! We loved watching the Eiffel Tower at night from the apartment. It is also close to the metro, museums, and cafes. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

April in Paris!
Paris is always a good idea especially in April when the trees and flowers are in bloom, although the weather is quite changeable. Beaujolais is lovely...this is the fifth PP apartment we have rented and it was ideal for two couples. It's beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, fabulous artwork and great kitchen. And the view of the Eiffel tour is stunning! We love the neighborhood with countless shops, patisseries, boulangeries, pharmacies, cafes, etc., and it's location is convenient to public transportation. There is so much to explore in the 7th, you don't have to go any further! Thank you to the entire Paris Perfect team. Our friendly greeter, explained every feature of the apartment. The neighborhood guide is the only resource you need during your stay in Paris. We loved all the apartments we have stayed in and hope to return to Paris and stay in another PP apartment soon. I always recommend PP to anyone who is looking for first-class accommodations. Our friends were first-time visitors to Paris and were awestruck by the beauty of the apartment and the neighborhood. It was a joy to return to the apartment after a long day exploring the amazing city. Thank you to Paris Perfect for once again making our visit a truly memorable one. Merci!

April in Paris
We had a magical week in Paris and saw many beautiful things, but sitting in our apartment and toasting the Eiffel Tower out our own window was a true highlight. The apartment was beautifully and comfortably furnished, and communication with the Paris Perfect team was, well, perfect. I would recommend them to anyone, and I hope we can stay with them again sometime. (We also hired Chef Brian, who served us a memorable and fun dinner!)

Perfect location, charming apt.
Loved the Maranges so much. I was solo but would be great for a couple as well or a family with a couple of kids. Pristine and the location could not be better. Just steps off the Blvd St Germaine and a lovely walk to all my favorites…. Louvre, Jardins (Tuileries and Luxembourg), great cafes (Cafe Louise is a fave). It’s light and airy with high-up windows because it’s at the top of the building so if you demand a view this isn’t your spot. There are a dozen or so stairs from your door up to the living space so if that’s a concern this may not be your fit. I thought the stairs were cool - they’re re-done ancient oak and obviously original to the building. Paris Perfect service is just seamless and they make it all so easy. No worries when using them - this was my 2nd trip in one of their apts, I’ll be back, and I’ve already sent 6 people their way so that’s a pretty good take on my experience.

Perfect Paris vacation!
I started looking for a place to stay in Paris 10 months ago and booked a different apartment with a fantastic balcony and Eiffel Tower view. A week before our arrival, we were notified that there was scaffolding obstructing our view and the host offered a discount or the ability to cancel. I was lucky to stumble upon Chambertin which was even closer to the Eiffel Tower (7 min walk) and located in the 7th Arrondissment. I was able to book it at the last minute and it was a charming and lovely apartment within 7 minutes’ walk to the Bateaux Parisienne by the Sienne. It’s an ideal location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It was a dream to have a bath in the claw foot tub after a long day of sightseeing just watching the lights of the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Truly a dream come true when you are staying in a beautifully clean and lovely apartment with all the amenities in the heart of Paris!! Merci to our greeter in the office for their hospitality and making it a Perfect Paris vacation!

Lalande over Easter break
Our family of four had the most magical trip in this fabulous apartment over Easter week. The apartment was more than accommodating, the space was great and the view of the Eiffel Tower cannot be beat. The rental agency was friendly and and helpful when we blew the power out with our American hairdryers- whoops! We hired a private chef through Paris Perfect, his name is Brian and he is amazing, & so worth it! My so said that was our best meal- and we had some amazing meals! Thank you Paris perfect, we will be back for sure!!

Montagny-Very good choice
We had a 7-night stay in this beautiful apartment and it was perfect for our needs. Central location, roomy, well appointed and the Paris Perfect staff and greeter, very responsive. The second bedroom is small, but still comfortable. Would stay again; no AC needed in our stay during cool April nights and days. Wonderful kitchen which we used for breakfast and a couple of light dinners, after heavier lunches in the city. Convenient to taxis, nice walk to the nearest Metro. And the view of the Eiffel...fabulous!

Paris Perfect Indeed!
This was the perfect property for our family. Plenty of room for two adults and two teens to relax after our busy days in Paris. The apartment is very clean and the view is incredible! We loved watching the Eiffel Tower from our apartment every night. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, museums and the metro. It was also very easy to arrange taxis when the weather didn't cooperate. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Impeccably clean. Bathrooms much larger and better appointed than I expected in a European apartment. Location is second to none. Bedrooms were dark and silent. Living areas darling. Kitchen perfect. A most comfortable stay. Loved it. Would book again.

What an amazing 2 story apartment! The view of the Eiffel Tower is absolutely spectacular, and the place was perfectly as described. All in all, a fabulous place to stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and safe
Beautiful and safe apartment in a great location with an amazing view of Eiffel Tower. The hosts were very well organized, proactive and friendly - they welcomed us and gave a tour of the flat. They also provided detailed instructions for pretty much everything for the apartment but also for Paris in general; places to visit, restaurants etc.

A wonderful stay for a family of 4
We just completed a wonderful 6 night stay at the Carignan apartment with our 2 kids. This quiet, spacious and very clean apartment is located in a lovely neighborhood within easy walking distance to 2 different metro stations, lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, the Grenelle street market and more. Fernando's friendly greeting, guidance and service helped to make our stay even better. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to make nice meals, and the bedrooms and living room are spacious and very comfortable. We would gladly stay here again or recommend it to family and friends.

Spent a wonderful few days here with our middle and high school aged kids. A once-in-a-lifetime view of the Eiffel Tower delighted us all. This apartment was lovely—just right in every way. We liked the building and the neighborhood—lots of good restaurants nearby. The kitchen was very well appointed. There were six of us: grandparents, parents and 2 pre-teen granddaughters. Perfect. Good beds, space, and very, very clean. Everything worked. We hated to leave after 10 days.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful trip
Perfect for my family of 5. Younger kids had their own room to sleep in first while parents and teenager stayed up in a separate space. Apartment was spacious, updated, beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home - full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machines. A friendly in-person orientation when we first arrived and super helpful guide/binder which included local recommendations. That was a really lovely touch. Location was great - Eiffel Tower a block away, so many restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. We had a wonderful stay, got a little taste of Parisian living. Already recommended Paris Perfect to several friends.
