"Our stay was perfect. The apartment is great and had everything we wanted. The view is just amazing. The only thing we believe could make the stay even better is to have the cleaning everyday (including weekends). This is not exactly a problem, but very important when you are looking for the comfort of a hotel."

"Myself, my wife and our teenage daughter stayed in this wonderful quaint apartment for a week while attending the French Open. The closest metro station - Mabillon - is literally around the corner and provided easy access to the French Open and other parts of Paris. We enjoyed a few of the many restaurants which are a few steps from the apartment - Le Bistrot d'Henri, Boucherie Rouliere, La Crepe it du Clown. We had our breakfasts in the apartment with pastries from local bakeries. We ate in one evening with goodies from Le Bon Marche - fantastic food hall, a must visit for foodies, 10 minute walk from the apartment - after a busy afternoon shopping in the many area boutiques. We played tennis at Luxembourg Gardens which is close by. The noise level is high in the apartment but we were able to cope with the supplied ear plugs - in the nightstands, nice touch - and the air conditioners - which also came in handy since we had a few very hot days. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in Paris!"

My mom, myself and 2 sisters rented the Bordeaux for a week in May. It was absolutely amazing!!! Everything in the Apartment was just as it was advertised. It was very clean and comfortable and we felt very at home there. We loved the neighborhood as well..... we had a Grocery store right down the street, a wine store a coffee shop restaurants and anything we needed. We felt like we lived there before it was over. I would recommend this Apartment for anyone. It's nice to be able to spread out and feel at home. Thank you Paris Perfect for making our trip to Paris Perfect!! We will be back!!

We loved the location of the apartment. Also, it was equipped with everything we needed. We especially liked the Nespresso machine! I think we're going to buy one now that we're home. The bath towels were very luxurious! If there was a place to buy them in the states I would, but I don't think they are sold over here. We appreciated the quality of the property and that it has everything you need, i.e, paper goods, soap, Nespresso pods, books, maps, the notebook listing recommended restaurants, etc.

"If you want a picturesque and romantic scene or atmosphere, this apartment has it all. Cannot fault this beautiful gem of a Parisian building. Presented so lovely and spotlessly clean on arrival. The bathroom is what sells it. The view is magnificent being so close to the Eiffel Tower. We came to Paris to get married and wasn't disappointed one bit!"

"Wonderful location, a dream! Right across from Notre Dame so you start your day in the heart of things. Great neighborhood for food shopping, restaurants and the apartment is spacious for two people with the important pull-out in the living room if someone starts to snore. Nice shallow tub that was a lifesaver after 8 miles of sight-seeing a day! We loved the American style shower too. Comfortable bed. Just wish it had an ipod docking station or some music device. Be warned the walls are thin so neighbors can be heard quite clearly, but we were so happily tired it did not bother us at all!"

We found the Beaujolais apartment to be just as it appeared at the Paris Perfect website. It was very attractive, fully furnished, quiet, and very comfortable. (If you don't know Europe well, understand that dwelling spaces there are typically smaller than they are in the U.S.) There is a TV and DVD player, and a nice selection of DVDs. You really can see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the master bedroom window, although the view is partially obscured by trees in spring and summer. The tower itself is close, just a few minutes walk. Although Avenue Bosquet (don't confuse it with Rue Bosquet) is a large street, it is surprisingly quiet most of the time, except for occasional trash pickups, which did not bother us. We found the quiet to be a pleasant surprise in Paris. The neighborhood is, of course, delightful. The famous Rue Cler is just around the corner, and there are an astonishing number of first rate (and some famous) restaurants within very easy walking distance. There are several good cafes in the neighborhood, and there are several pharmacies and "supermarkets," lots of bakeries, and a at least three wine and liquor shops, all within a five minute walk. There are at least three bookstores (if you can read French). There is a post office from which you can mail stuff home with confidence (we do that on every trip). There are lots of other shops that sell clothing, camping gear, shoes, luggage, hardware, stationary, etc. Anything you might need or want. A great convenience is that the apartment is close to the Ecole Militaire and La Tour-Maubourg Metro stops and to stops for several convenient bus routes, including the 63, 69, and 80, which we used often. (Buses are frequent, easy to use, and great ways to see the town.) About half a block from the front door of the apartment, at the corner of Avenue Bosquet and Rue Saint-Dominique, is a stop for the famous number 69 bus, which, after passing the Hotel des Invalides, travels a pleasant and picturesque route along shopping streets and past the Louvre, les Halles, Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame, I'ile Saint-Louis, the Marais, and ultimately to the Pere Lachaise Cemetery. If you are a serious walker, the apartment is a great location from which to explore in all directions. It is an easy and pleasant walk to one of our favorite museums, the Musee Rodin, and to the Grand Palais. We are experienced travelers and have rented apartments in other cities in Europe. We have rented with Paris Perfect twice now and found the staff to be professional, friendly, there when you need them (which you probably won't), and helpful. They have their act together, and you can speak English without fear of embarrassment. Kevin, the young man who met us and got us situated, was on time, thorough, helpful, and kind. Based on our personal experience, you can rely with confidence on the Paris Perfect staff.

"The Saint Emilion apartment was great! Our party of 5 found the apartment spacious enough for our stay. The apartment was in a great location and walking distance metro stops and market. The best part of the apartment was the view of the Eiffel Tower. We would not hesitate to come back to Paris and stay in the apartment again!"

"This is the second apartment I have stayed at in Paris and I believe it was even better than the first. The living room and dining area were twice as big which made it nicer with 3 of us there. The neighborhood had everything we could possibly need and we actually did grocery shopping and ate some evening meals in the apartment which made it very enjoyable and relaxing.

The only problem we had was the safe didn't work. It was checked out by Paris Perfect and found the battery was dead but no one came back to change it. We literally kept our valuables in the bed. Not ideal.

My next stay I will definitely request the Cabernet again."

"This was our 5th visit to Paris and have enjoyed staying with Paris Perfect each time. We love waking up to see the stunning views of the tower and walking down the street to get a croissant to start our mornings in Paris.

Absolutely love the apartments, staff and will return again. See you next year!"

"We could not have been happier with the Viognier apartment. It was as spacious and beautiful as it appeared in the photos. It is indeed right at the base of the Eiffel Tower and the views could not have been better! The hourly light show had us all at the windows and on the balcony every hour.

We had 4 adults (1 couple and 2 singles) in our group, and used the study as a bedroom. It was great to be able to leave it set up as a bed and just close the door, as well as having a bathroom to go with each bedroom.

The apartment was very well stocked with the essentials. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook a meal, and there were plenty of wine glasses and cups for our morning cappuccino.

Great neighborhood - a patisserie close by for getting our daily pastry, and a lot of great places to eat. Very easy to get around with the metro, RER, and bus stops all close by.

The Paris Perfect staff was great - they met us at the apartment to review the essentials, and provided tips on getting around, places to eat and shop, etc. I highly recommend this apartment!"

"What a lovely apartment! The decoration was very french and pretty. The kitchen and bathroom were small but very functional and with everything you need in it. Having the bathroom divided was odd at first, but very convenient for a party of four. We really loved the neighborhood with cafes, stores, patisseries, brasseries, good restaurants, markets and the Eiffel Tower just tho blocks away. It also had a metro station close by. The four of us enjoy our visit to Paris and staying at the Quincy, very, very much."

"We very much enjoyed the apartment. Perfect for two people. Although there is a bed in the living room, if more than two people were there, it would not be very comfortable.

The only two items that were not perfect were....the light in the shower was out, and the safe was locked when we arrived and not available. We really did not need it so left it locked.

These are very minor items. I've no doubt we'll use Paris Perfect again. William and Danielle Dasher"

"

Outstanding apartment and location. First class accommodations. We loved it. Stayed for two weeks and wish it had been two months. The view of the twinkling Eiffel Tower was spell binding. We felt like Parisians for two weeks. The only improvement I can think of is to include some instructions for the stove. It is still not clear to me what the "H" stands for on the display. Thank you, we will return to Paris and Paris Perfect.

"Ooh La La!! What a fabulous apartment. We have been to Paris 3 times before and this was our first stay in an apartment. I will not go back to the hotels!. I always wished I could shop in the wonderful markets and voila! The morning after we arrived we walked to the Saxe-Breteuil market where we able to buy all the food for wonderful feasting!! The kitchen in the apartment was so well appointed. There was everything you could want including a wine cooler! The view from all the windows was so wonderful. Truly a dream come true to be so close to the Eiffel Tower. We were traveling with my Sister and her two grown sons. The men had the bedroom with the twin beds and their own bathroom, we had the master with the balcony and private bath. My sister took the den with the bathroom next door. The den fully closed off for privacy and had ample closet space. The location was easy access to the metro and RER. Great little markets and wine stores nearby as well as fabulous restaurants. On a note, don't miss Oddettes cream puffs near Notre Dame! The only thing I wish was better was the bedding and the linens-- in need of an upgrade. We used Victor for our airport pickup and departure. Exceptional service! Overall I rate this a 5 star!! Can't wait to return."

"This last trip to Paris was a very special one for me. I was celebrating a big birthday, 40, and I was bringing my 8 year old son to Paris for the first time. I wanted to stay somewhere amazing, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. That was a must. The Bordeaux was more than I could have imagined. Not only was it as beautiful as the pictures, it had every amenity you could ever want and the location was perfect! The convenience of having an entire apartment when traveling with kids is huge! I can't underscore that enough. Lucas didn't love all of the French food so it was great having a kitchen to make him meals. His favorite feature of the apartment was seeing the Eiffel Tower from every single window. At night, he wound stand by the window in his pj's and watch the light show :o). I would absolutely stay in this apartment again. It felt like a home away home."
