"We took our daughter to Paris for her 20th birthday. It's the 4th time we have stayed at different apartments with Paris Perfect. We had a wonderful time. Sam met us at the apartment and was very kind. our daughter took a bubble bath every night and could see the Eiffel Tower sparkle on the hour. Paris is beautiful and the dollar is doing well against the Euro which is very nice. Highly recommended"

"I've been staying at Paris Perfect for 12 years. I can't imagine why anyone would stay in a hotel. To have a common area to relax with friends or family, enjoying beautiful views of Paris. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with a list of recommendations (restaurant,shopping etc )from your host. I always tell my customers about Paris Perfect. My favorite moment is when they return and tell how much they loved it!

"My daughter and I stayed in Picardin for 5 nights in March 2015. It is a charming studio apartment with a small kitchenette and bath. The apartment is well equipped. It is centrally located and makes for an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower (15-20 minutes) in one direction and Notre Dame (15-20 minutes) in the other direction - with the Orsay and Louvre just a stones throw over the bridge. The boulangeries and shops around the apartment are charming. This is not an apartment for lounging around in and entertaining, but a lovely little place to wind down your day and get a good nights sleep for exploring the next day. It is comparable to a nice hotel, but with the added benefit of a small kitchen for preparing breakfast or a snack. If you don't plan to be in your apartment much during the day, this is the perfect apartment for 2."

The apartment was great in size for five with the two bedrooms upstairs which added to the main level privacy. The location was fantastic and the recommended restaurants were excellent. The apartment provided a comfortable setting for a family of five. The welcome service provided was excellent and thorough and I look forward to our next visit to Paris to experience a different Paris Perfect apartment.

"My daughter and I recently enjoyed eight perfect nights at the Pinot and Bergerac apartments, exceeding our expectations in every way. The location is ideal, the apartments were gorgeous with every amenity imaginable, and the views of the Eiffel Tower were spectacular.

Our days were full of sightseeing, shopping on the Rue Cler for dinner, sampling many croissants at the many neighborhood patisseries, enjoying quiet and not-so-quiet rides on the Batobus and Bateau Mouches, experiencing the wonderful Constant restaurants, gazing at the Eiffel Tower until the last twinkle of the day...and the list goes on. There is nothing like returning to a sun-drenched, warm and lovely apartment on a peaceful tree-lined avenue after a long day of sightseeing.

Pinot and Bergerac created the space for us to explore the offerings of a wonderful and unique neighborhood while having all the comforts of home, and for my daughter to kickoff her semester abroad in the most unforgettable
way.

Our stay was magical and we recommend Paris Perfect to all..."

"By chance, my wife and I had the opportunity to spend a few days in Paris during the end of February. Having stayed with Paris Perfect a number of times before it was our first place to look for a great place to stay. The bonus being in February we could shorten our stay and still take advantage of the off season rates.

We stayed in Cabernet apartment this time, it has been on our list a couple of times before but not available, so we were pleased to finally get the opportunity. This is a charming apartment for a couple and very cosy even in Feb. Perfectly situated in the 7th and so close to the things we really love about Paris."

"All I can say about the Paris Perfect team is they are wonderful. This was a surprise trip for my wife's first visit to Paris for Valentine's Day. They assisted with the best apartment with a view and also continued to stay in contact with me as I had many questions. There was an issue a few weeks before departure and they contacted me to resolve without me arriving and not being satisfied. They were very professional and upgraded us to solve the situation. Not many other companies would have handled it that way. Their greeter was there as planned to explain all items in the apartment and was quite courteous. I can say nothing negative about their service or response; they were fabulous. So much I am referring my mother's friends to them for their trip to Paris later this year.

"We visit Paris often, in fact, I used to live there, so for me there is no experience quite like being in ones own apartment. This apartment, Champagne, was perfect for us. We came for 10 days finishing the weekend of Valentine's Day. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

I speak french, and Tim does not, but in the 7th Arrondissement, near the Champs de Mars, and the Eiffel Tower, one can easily get by with English. The apartment has free WiFi so it was easy to research the best boulangeries and markets in the area. There are several on the same street as the apartment, but if you walk about 10 minutes, there is an exceptional boulangerie on Rue de Grenelle, where I bought fresh bread and pain au chocolat, croissants, apricot pastries and more, every morning. There is a wonderful coffee store with a wide assortment of coffees, which they will grind for you. The apartment has a drip coffee maker as well as an espresso maker and if you are American, like me, you need your morning coffee to start the day.

The view or should I say "VIEW", is amazing. Seven Large french windows open onto a wrap around balcony, with two sets of chairs and small tables, and they all have that marvelous view of the Eiffel tower that one never gets tired of. No photo can do it justice, and it's dazzling at night when it sparkles, with thousands of lights, every hour, on the hour.

The kitchen is remarkably well appointed and stocked with everything you might want. I am a cook and was worried that I would have to buy a lot of things, but aside from spices and the food itself, I had everything that I needed. There is also a wonderful butcher just across the street with wonderful fresh fare. The Rue Cler has a wonderful market every Sunday, and it's only about a 10 minute walk. We bought armfuls of beautiful fresh flowers and filled every room, when we arrived and it was the only addition we needed to feel absolutely at home.

The toilet is separate from the shower area and very small, but I was used to it, from my 5 years, living in the city, when I was younger. The bathroom, however, is quite large even by hotel standards, no bath, but a large walk in shower, a double sink and a washer dryer combo in a cabinet, very handy.

The staff at Paris Perfect are only one block away and are available buy telephone and online, to help with anything you might need. The telephone, in the apartment, is included, and very handy. Their English is perfect and they will help you out, as they did help us a couple times.

I can't imaging going back and staying anywhere else. A hotel has it's limited charm, but cannot compare with this 4 room dream of an apartment. I can't recommend it more, although, I probably shouldn't, or it may be occupied, when I want it again.

Go and see Paris, as it should be seen, like a Parisian."

We had a wonderful stay at Chateauneuf, ringing in 2015 in this beautiful apartment. Our party was comprised of three couples and this apartment was perfectly appointed to provide privacy and comfortable facilities for all. With three bathrooms, each couple had nice private space. The apartment is wonderfully located: close to metro, easy walk to markets and restaurants, views of the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and coffee makers...we stayed in and cooked on New Year's Eve...this kitchen made it fun and easy. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Quiet building. Wifi and free telephone calls to the U.S. worked perfectly. Staff was wonderful, helping us resolve a business issue back home and helping us get museum tickets when our on-line efforts failed. We certainly plan to use Paris Perfect again and would definitely stay in this beautiful apartment.

"This well placed little apartment is perfect for two with a little knowledge of Paris. The apartment is close to Notre Dame, Metro, fromagerie, Boulangerie and marche and walking distance from St Germain de Pres and the grand Boulevard.
The apartment is well appointed although the spaces are a little tight and it is sparsely lit and could do with some ceiling lighting especially for people like my husband and I who are both tall.

Access to the apartment was easy but our introduction was extremely brief and not particularly welcoming unlike other's whose reviews I had read before booking. We had a very comfortable stay at Alicante and will definitely use Paris Perfect again."
