Really enjoyed our stay!

Location was great, only about 2 blocks away and a clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Small elevator was helpful for getting luggage upstairs. Adapter was provided for our convenience. We really enjoyed our stay!

Best stay in Paris

I enjoyed staying in the Saint-Bris apartment: the location, the ambience, the amenities and above all the support from Philippe and Monique Kamel. It is a peaceful building, and the other tenants are most agreeable. I have stayed in Paris now for many years and this was a most comfortable experience. I also found the ease of booking, payment for the apartment and communication from you all in the office prompt and efficient. I liked the client portal and the information that was held there. A very positive experience and a wonderful 3 months in Paris.

Phenomenal stay!

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Pommard! The accommodations are very generously sized and appointed and left nothing to be desired. The kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed making our morning coffee on the provided espresso machine that even had its own built in grinder. There were wireless speakers scattered throughout for enjoying our favorite playlists and we even got into the Parisian spirit and opted for something new. (The French Cafe Lounge playlist on Spotify definitely fits the mood.) There are multiple living spaces including a large living room, separate dining room, and cozy parlor for watching television; although we didn’t spend much time in front of the television given all of the attractions in such close proximity. We enjoyed traditional and very atmospheric bistros Camille - Passy and La Rotonde de la Muette, each very close by, as well as the intimate Musée Marmottan Monet, the world’s largest collection of Monet’s work. We even walked to the Eiffel Tower, which was only about 20 minutes away. If you want to eat, live, and experience the city like a local, you can’t go wrong staying here. And the check-in couldn’t have been any more personal and convenient. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, bright, and in the perfect location

This apartment is beautiful, bright, and in the perfect location on Rue Cler. My husband and I were in Paris just months before and I knew I wanted to come back to Rue Cler with its open markets, cafes, restaurants and the boulangerie. My favourite memory of Paris is the fresh, warm, buttery croissants in the morning from the corner boulangerie just steps from the apartment doors. The Paris Perfect staff are wonderful. They greet you at the apartment, show you around, and are very responsive to any question you may have. The apartment, apart from being in the perfect location in the 7th, is well appointed with modern appliances, fixtures, washer/ dryer and Nespresso machine for quick perk before wonderfully fresh cappuccino or grande creme outside the apartment door. We visited in October, not cold but a bit damp. I was amazed by the heat from the towel warmer in the bathroom and wall unit in the living room - I'm inspired to get similar units for my home in Toronto! The balcony is a must. And wonderful to step outside for fresh air, feel the sun on your face and hear the bustle of the vendors and shoppers on the street below. I loved everything about the apartment. And they so kindly watched our bags after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day in Paris before heading out to the airport. This apartment is worth every penny. You cannot be disappointed. Thank you to the wonderful people of Paris Perfect for making our vacation truly perfect.

Amazing property with the best location

Amazing experience from booking onwards. The entire team communicates quickly and effectively and are extremely helpful. They have thought of your every need and have an abundance of starter supplies. It's clean, modern, safe, and we were so impressed at how thoughtfully equipped and laid out the apartment is for travelers. There's a quiet mini lobby on the ground floor, and a secure luggage storage room if you arrive early. Location off the Pont Neuf could not be more convenient for walking, catching cabs, or taking the nearby metro. Thank you Paris Perfect, we can't wait to return!

Great for a small family

My husband and I and our two kids (ages 7 and 12) stayed here over Thanksgiving week. It was fantastic. The reality lived up to the photos, which is rare for vacation rentals. The bed in the master bedroom was roomy, though slightly hard. The kids slept on the couch which opened out into two twin trundles (they might have been small for a big teenager though). We used the kitchen and kitchen table for a few easy meals; as well as the washing machine and dryer. We prefer the comfort of having our own apartment with a place to eat, rest and snack when we need it. It was a great location with a direct bus line to the San Germain area in the 6th and an easy metro ride with a change to the line 1 over to the Louvre. Great restaurants and shops nearby. We found the recommendations in the Paris Perfect guide to the 7th arrondissement excellent and reliable. The Paris Perfect team was responsive when we asked for more towels and pillows. The gentleman who met us at the apartment to show us around was helpful; Victor Cab car service was prompt, clean and polite. We would rent this apartment again and I would definitely use Paris Perfect for rentals throughout Europe.

A gem in the 7th arrondissement

This was our second stay at the Volnay apartment. The first was nearly ten years ago, and we always wanted to return. An unforgettable highlight of the Volnay is its striking view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room, especially at night when the dazzling, on-the-hour, five-minute light show brightens the sky. The apartment is very clean and nicely appointed with spacious closets and a small, but quite serviceable and well-equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer available in the large double sink bathroom is also a plus. Being able to adjust the heat/air conditioning in the apartment adds to one’s comfort. A handy manual helps resolve any questions about appliances. The compendium of information about the neighborhood is an exceptional resource. The apartment’s location in the midst of an active neighborhood full of restaurants, specialty food shops and regular grocery stores, plus its proximity to the incomparable Rue Cler market, also made it an easy decision to return for a six-night stay. Transportation whether by bus, cab, or metro is easily accessible. The apartment is also a walkable distance to the Seine and across the Pont d’ de l’Alma to the 16th and 8th arrondissements and to sites such as the Rodin Museum and the Invalides. Be prepared for some street noise as the apartment is on a busy corner, which also makes for a fascinating on-going show out the windows. Some ongoing construction work in a 7th floor apartment proved not to be disruptive. We appreciated the ease of making a reservation, easy accessibility to staff by email and phone, and the care Paris Perfect takes to make one’s stay memorable.

Excellent location. Excellent apartment. Very comfortable and well appointed. Thomas was good on the moving in. The one challenge, which was in the description, was the street noise almost all night. Thankfully, we all had ear plugs. You should continue to warn folks about the noise and you should leave ear plugs for guests! That said, the overall location and quality made it fine for our vacation. We left our "Paris home" with smiles. Merci.

Fabulous Stay in Paris

Lovely apartment in a great location. Walkable to many Parisian highlights and there are multiple Metro stops close by. The kitchen, while small, had everything needed to prepare some lovely meals. When it finally stopped raining, the terrace was delightful.
