Perfect Place Next To The Bon Marche
Highly recommend this place, especially if it's 1 person (or 2 can fit comfortably if sharing a bed and don't "spread out" when unpacking. I did use the pull out couch in addition to the bed (I was staying with a friend), and it was not super comfortable but it got the job done. The convenience to the Bon Marche, Lutetia Brasserie and metro stops is perfect. I would stay here again with my husband, who's a much tidier roommate :)

Location Is Absolutely Perfect
My husband and I recently stayed at the Forez apartment in Paris. The location is absolutely perfect and convenient. There are literally dozens of great restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a bit of noise but we live in a city anyway so we are used to that. It was not overly noisy in my opinion. The one thing I would say is that it was ideal for a couple, with ample storage and a comfortable bed. I think it would be very tight with someone else staying on the sofa bed since there is only one bathroom and all the storage for clothes is in the bedroom. Paris Perfect representatives were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Truly Unforgettable
This apartment was truly unforgettable. The moment I walked in, I was met with a breathtaking, postcard-perfect view of the Eiffel Tower—the kind of view you dream about when planning a Paris trip. It felt magical waking up to it every morning and watching it sparkle at night. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just steps away from Emily’s Café, a charming little spot that feels straight out of a Parisian movie. The whole neighborhood has that quaint, authentic Parisian charm—cobblestone streets, local boutiques, and cafés that make you feel like a local. Inside, the apartment was exactly as pictured—stylish, clean, and beautifully decorated with a classic Parisian touch. Everything matched the photos perfectly, which is always such a relief. Overall, this stay exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for a true Paris dream experience, this is the place. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Location
Wonderful location, in walking distance to many of the top Paris sights, and close to public transit for the more distant locations. The balcony has a lovely view of the square with a handful of dining options. The apartment had everything we needed with heating (winter visit), clothes washer/dryer, a well-appointed kitchen, compact refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is a cozy space (most Parisian apartments are intimate): other reviews have noted the square footage and steep stairs.

Great Spot
Great spot with the perfect view of the Eiffel Tower! Nearby grocery stores and restaurants so it was convenient for our family staying with a toddler. Loved the extra bathroom - was more than enough space for our family of three. Best part was coming home from exploring the city and knowing we had the wonderful view from our own place to unwind to.

Perfect Location
One could not find a better location, only a stone's throw from the metro and bus lines. There are also convenient amenities all within walking distances. To top it off, one gets a beautiful view of the Tour Eiffel from the livingroom! The local contact was warm and efficient, and she was very prompt with assistance when required. The three bedrooms were well stocked and, clean. However, the only negative was that the two bathrooms with toilets were very small compared to the size of the property. Hardly enough room for one person to move around. The apartment had three spacious living/study/dining rooms, so it would have been nice to expand the bathroom and make it more comfortable. I would recommend the property to others.

Worth Every Cent
You can't go wrong with this place. Worth every cent. Everything is nearby. You can just melt yourself by the sofa and admire the Eiffel tower right there. The Paris Perfect staff were also more than accommodating. Will def come back and stay with them.

Loved Our Stay!!
The apartment was truly PERFECT! We loved the location, the decor, the view, our three bathrooms…and all the conveniences of home. We enjoyed wandering our street every morning to buy fresh croissants & fruit for breakfast to enjoy in the apartment. And the same later in the day, shopping for cheese, meat, fresh baguettes & lots of champagne to host our own happy hour every evening. All the shop owners were lovely & we “almost” felt like locals after 7 nights! We could not have asked for more. We will be back! Terri & friends

Exquisite Apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Marcillac apartment. It was comfortable, clean and very up to date with all appliances plus a washer and dryer. The neighborhood was lovely and we especially enjoyed Rue Cler with its many restaurants, groceries and specialty stores. Marcillac was extremely quiet and had the most convenient elevator. Thank you!!!!

Lovely Stay
We had a lovely stay at the Chambertin. It is the perfect size for 2 people and we enjoyed sitting on the tiny balcony and watching the Eiffel Tower light up at night. My husband was not feeling the best when we arrived so he used the lovely claw foot tub several times before going to sleep in the most comfortable bed with fine linens. We frequented Emily’s restaurant numerous times for breakfast and late afternoon drinks. This restaurant is conveniently located close to the apartment. The Paris Perfect staff is wonderful and answered all our questions with concern. This is our second stay with Paris Perfect and I highly recommend the company!

Absolutely Perfect Spot
Absolutely perfect spot for a mother/daughters get away, followed by time with friends. The building is beautiful, and close proximity to all of the sites of downtown Paris, including patisseries, fromage, charcuterie, groceries and pharmacies. Highly recommend using Chef Brian for an intimate, delicious meal enjoyed while watching the lights of the Eiffel Tower twinkle. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful flat! It was very pretty, comfortable and had everything we could want. We enjoy a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. There were many wonderful places to dine and shop to. It was helpful to have a lift as well.

Incredible Stay!
Incredible stay! View was absolutely amazing, seeing the Eiffel Tower glitter at night was a once in a lifetime experience. The rest of the apartment did not disappoint—nicely appointed, very clean, had everything you might need. The host even left some coffee pods, milk, and juice to get us started and there were plenty of towels, bathroom supplies, and washing detergent for our 5-day stay. Highly recommend! Note the apartment is on the 6th floor and the elevator is very small, only holds two people or one person and one bag. It wasn’t an issue for our group but might be for some.

Great Location, Good Bed
We stayed at La Musique before in 2017 and we loved the location in a good building. Everything was as expected from Paris perfect, clean bedding, towels , amenities etc… but the dishwasher, the fridge were not in a good condition at all. The fridge was barely cool our food. The worst part of our stay was shower has mold everywhere ( we have a VDO clip) . It’s not acceptable for the price point of over $600 a night. If you split the cost between 2 couples, we might have convinced ourselves that it’s worth it. But in our case it’s not worth the cost. Luckily, the bed was good. I hope you find this review fair and published it. Because in the past you have chosen not to publish the honest reviews and replied privately via email.

Such a beautiful apartment and location! We had a fabulous time and would return again in the future. Our local contact was so friendly and accommodating. The view of the Eiffel tower was so nice, and everything from restaurants to shops were only steps away. We will highly recommend to others!

Very Nice
The Montagny was very nice . Just a few minor changes will make it perfect. The unit is very quiet, beautiful kitchen and very nice primary bathroom, brand new washer and dryer. Overall, we were very happy.

Truly Made Paris Perfect For Us!
Vacation Perfect is a wonderful company to work with. Lize and her team were very responsive and helpful, as was our local contact. The car service they recommended was great. This is my second booking with Vacation Perfect in Paris and I highly recommend. Specifically, Saint-Pourcain was a great fit for our group of 6 adults. The location is convenient for site seeing and yet the area has a neighborhood feel. The restaurant below was very welcoming to us. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.
