Charming Parisian pied-a-terre!
Apartment lived up to photos and descriptions except for the “step out balcony”. One balcony now holds the AC unit and the other has a folded chair between table and chair. NO view, but we were usually not looking out the windows. Certainly clean and pretty with a surprise bottle of wine and lots of pods for the Nespresso. We loved our little pied-a-terre!

Loved everything about this apartment. The bed was so comfortable. It was so nice having two bathrooms plus having the use of the washer and dryer. This apartment is so close to many great restaurants and great wine shops. The view is absolutely amazing…. couldn’t stop staring at the Eiffel Tower the whole time!

Wonderful stay at Paris Perfect Beaujolais! The apartment was very comfortable for our family including our young adult daughter and friend. Darling apartment, modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great shower - perfect home base for our week in Paris. Loved the surrounding neighborhood shops. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The Forez is a gem. Great part of town. Great cheese and wine and flower stores within a block. Everything you need. Lovely views from the corner. Beautiful beamed ceiling and lots of mirrors. But … it is quite a loud neighborhood given the Sorbonne is across the street and the soundproofing to the outside is minimal. You will enjoy students going home from parties and Paris‘wonderful garbage trucks on their early daily rounds. We didn’t mind it much but it is worth noting. And Thomas the host is just super

The apartment was very cozy, comfortable and well-equipped. It is an apartment that has actually been lived in, not something put together to be a rental. We had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from our windows. The nearby shops supplied all our needs. The Wednesday/Sunday open market was a ten-minute walk away. There were three subway lines nearby enabling us to get just about anywhere in the city in 30 minutes or less. After buying our monthly personal travel passes, we really felt like Parisians. Paris Perfect was always responsive to our needs. The service from Victor’s Cab Company was impeccable.

Gorgeous views, comfortable bed, great location near the metro and Rue Cler. We have stayed here twice and loved it. The balconies are truly spectacular and set this apartment apart from all others.

The apartment was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants close by. It was roomy and comfortable, immaculate when received, beautifully appointed, and provided a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower -- especially at night. I must say, it really felt like "Paris" when staying there. A very thorough orientation was provided by the company representative before taking possession as well. However, a safety note -- while the building did have fire alarms, it did not appear to have any fire escapes, nor any escape plans visibly posted, in the event of an emergency. This may be an issue for some.

A Dream!
The Merlot was the perfect base for our first time in Paris. The location was fantastic with a view of the Eiffel Tower, but also within easy walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and other sights, including Les Invalides, the Musee' de Orsay, and the Rodin Museum. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen in addition to two bathrooms. The only way Merlot could be better is if it had a full American king bed instead of a queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom. We would definitely recommend and consider coming again!

Fabulous Apartment in Fabulous Location on Place Dauphine
My wife and I loved our stay in the lovely Languedoc apartment on Place Dauphine. The apartment was really well equipped and beautifully appointed. Being on the quiet Place Dauphine was exceptional, good food at the local café and restaurants on the Place. The location could not be better, walkable to so much, from le Marais and Pompidou Center, to the Louvre and Tuileries, to Saint Germain and Luxembourg Gardens. We look forward to returning to Place Dauphine.

Fabulous Apt and Location
We just had a truly special trip to Paris that was made even more memorable by our stay in Saumur. This apartment is everything you see in the pictures and more. Well appointed, thoughtful touches, and a location to die for. And I didn't even mention the balcony yet. It is so nice to sit outside and see Hotel des Invalides and the streets of Rue Cler below. The check-in process was seamless and easy, and the team were available to answer your questions at any time. If you're looking for a beautiful apartment in a killer location this is the one for you. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The Bergerac truly was exceptional! The apartment was beautifully renovated with all modern features but still had the feel of a chic period Parisian apartment. The Eiffel tower was outside our double doors and the views at night and day were stunning. A marvelous experience.

On a quiet street but central to all of Paris! Apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. Building is very quiet, seldom heard neighbors. Windows facing both the street and inner courtyard. Markets, boulangeries and cafes surround the apartment and you are just across the street from the Seine.

Darling Family Home, Perfect Location
This apartment is perfect for a family with young children. You cannot beat the layout or location. It's extremely convenient to Eiffel Tour playgrounds and parks, lots of easy to reach dining choices, grocery stores and every day necessities directly on hand. The few drawbacks are that (i) there is currently construction taking place in the courtyard and the early morning noise is very distracting in the morning (the au pair bedroom and children's bedroom is directly on the side of the construction which begins around 8am in the morning) (ii) check out is at 10am sharp which is also rather inconvenient for families with little ones who may need a little extra time to get up and out in the morning (standard for AirBNBs in Paris is 11am or later so this is rather early), and (iii) the hot water runs out very quickly in the main bathroom (only one person can take a 5 minute shower before the water starts to turn ice cold). Despite the drawbacks, we would stay here again as it's truly a lovely apartment, clean with everything you need to feel at home, and a fantastic location.

We enjoyed an outstanding stay! The apartment was conveniently located within an easy stroll of the Eiffel Tower and rue de Cler for our delightfully authentic experience of Parisien life. Our darling apartment had all the modern appliances and conveniences while maintaining the charm of the Paris. Everything was perfect!

To "location, location, location!" we'd add "view, view, view!" This is a stunning, beautifully-appointed apartment with roomy common areas offering truly postcard views afforded to walls of windows that open to the wraparound balcony, all of which offer fantastic vantage point for the Eiffel Tower and the lively cafe below. Features and decor are tasteful and traditional French. The WC is laughably tiny and challenging to use the handwashing sink with fully-extended right elbow without opening the door. But not a deal-breaker. There are scores of patîsseries, fromageries, épiceries, greengrocers, wine shops, cafés, restaurants and numerous markets just steps away. Also very convenient to transportation. The apt is best suited to a couple, and at most, an additional (very) small child. Our only issue was noise from the apartment below (blasting tv and music) that was going on until 2:30 a.m. on a couple of nights, until we asked the neighbor to turn it down. It was truly deafening and the noise could be heard throughout the entire building. We are not particularly sensitive to noise and we understand how sound carries in Haussmanian buildings, but this noise was absurdly disruptive to those awake and asleep alike. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Our incredible Paris home
We had the most wonderful 10 day trip to Paris. Staying in the Montagny was what made this trip so wonderful. We felt like true Parisians living in this neighborhood. It was so close to so many things including a walk along the Seine, the Eiffel Tower, food and bistros. The apartment itself had such an elegance. The details were in abundance. Paris Perfect is the best source for all things Paris!!

Perfectly Perfect
My husband and I just got back from our Paris trip where we stayed in the fabulous apartment. The two factors that made me book this apartment were the neighborhood and the view of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is the best with so many great restaurants nearby, Rue Cler, the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, etc. All three balconies offer a view of the Eiffel Tower which was just magical. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very well stocked with all the things we needed plus some extras. This was our first time renting through PP and it won't be the last. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Great location, with a view
From the property it is very easy to access the left and right bank. The apt functions perfectly for 2 people. Having 1.5 baths is nice when having guests. It is also nice having the open space and eating establishments adjacent to the apt. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
