Elegant Apartment

Our stay was lovely. Great location and elegant apartment. Two things that would be helpful though would be a sponge with a rough surface for cleaning pans and some napkins. We appreciated having some things to use for coffee and tea. We also really really appreciate the options for different levels of light. And a lamp and a floor lamp for reading. Will definitely come back again when we visit Paris.

Very Special

The hosts are great. Provide you with a great personal guide of the area. The location cannot be beat. 3 minutes to Rue Cler; a wonderful open air market. Easily find 20 restaurants minutes away by walking. Streets are charming. Great building with a fantastic view of the tower. Very special.

Best Time

We had the best time staying here! The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing to see from the small balcony and through the large window. Our check-in was efficient and they accommodated our late arrival. The flat is quiet and private despite being in a busier area. Everything is walkable. We felt at home and would absolutely stay here again! We highly recommend this property.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay at this apartment, and we will definitely come back. The view is mesmerizing, the apartment is beautiful, cozy and clean, the location is perfect and everything was accessible in short walking distance. The local staff were very welcoming, friendly, and responsive, and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations and made our trip unforgettable!

Excellent Location

Excellent location and good amenities. The kitchen is European-size (i.e. small) but fully equipped. Great for breakfast and lunch, and why cook dinner when all these great restaurants are around? The company provides great information on restaurants etc. The shower was hot and strong, and the bed is comfortable. If you are going to be in Paris for more than a few days, this is a much better option than a hotel room.

A Cozy Parisian Gem

The Lillet is a perfect apartment for a stay in the Marais. Located in a quiet and clean courtyard with a ground floor entrance, there is no reason to worry about carrying a suitcase up flights of stairs. The apartment is charming, tastefully decorated and was spotless on our arrival. One of us slept in the well designed mezzanine very comfortably. Finally, for the ultimate in convenience, on either side of the building there are two grocery stores, one of which is organic. I highly recommend the Lillet.

Our Stay Was Paris Perfect

Our stay was wonderful. Pinot is bright, airy, and surprisingly large. Nicely furnished. Great location. And the restaurant recommendations proved just right. We chose three of them and loved each one.

We Would Come Back In A Heartbeat!

We LOVED Pinot, our little home away from home. It was wonderful to be met with a local contact when we arrived to show us around. We absolutely loved all the light, the spacious rooms and floor to ceiling windows that you can open. We truly felt we were a part of the neighborhood, being so very convenient to everything. We have already told our friends about this beautiful apartment and raved too about your company as well. I so appreciated all their attention to detail, all the info on the website, including a huge list of restaurants, and answering all the many questions I had leading up to our stay. My family truly loved your place.

Location, location, location!

Loved this place. Ideally positioned on a quieter street, but right in the middle of it all. The history, museums, sites and pleasures of Paris beckon.

Close to great restaurants and easy access to transportation. But, mostly just in a very walkable area with fresh markets and stores close by.

The apartment is outfitted superbly, we enjoyed the bounty of the neighborhood to make a meal, entertain a friend or just enjoy a bottle (or two) of good wine.

It is full of light and has an open feeling to settle in and enjoy the Paris vibe.  Access is very secure and off the street.  There is a small elevator should you need, but the few stairs are broad and more than adequate.

We found this apartment to be quiet, clean and comfortable.  An excellent choice.

We stayed in this charming, beautifully decorated, sun-drenched apartment in Le Marais for almost three weeks during the year-end holidays and into the New Year and were enchanted. The apartment has every modern convenience, as well as old-world charm and feels quite spacious because of the high ceilings and oversize windows. The location is superb, with many fine restaurants and great food shopping and museums nearby. We’d recommend this rental very highly!

Perfect For Mother/Daughter Trip

Our mother/daughter trip was made even more perfect by staying at Picardin. It was just the right amount of space for us and our "home away from home" for a week. The street and neighborhood was safe, it had plenty of shopping/dining options, and close proximity for walking and access to the metro. Our local contact was such a great help prior to and during our stay. We are so glad we decided to rent the apartment and loved living like local Parisians for the week. We would definitely stay here again (or any PP apartment). Thank you Paris Perfect for being a wonderful part of our stay!

We were very happy to return to Muscadel and see that some of the extraneous stuff had been removed and a clean coat of white paint had been applied. Wonderful Stay At The Hermitage With Exceptional Service

We spent a month at the Hermitage apartment and truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located — close to everything yet quiet and elegant. It felt like a real Parisian home. A special thank you to our local contact who was warm, helpful, and consistently attentive throughout our visit. She made the check-in process smooth and was always available when we needed anything. We also appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of the Paris Perfect team from beginning to end. Absolute Perfection

We loved our stay at La Tache! The apartment was well-equipped, nicely furnished and very comfortable in a safe, lovely building, with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is perfect, with a wonderful patisserie, Bergeron, a grocery store, a fromagerie, and numerous restaurants. We can’t wait to return!

What A Gift!

Our time at Chateau Latour was perfect. Waking up everyday to the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and winding down every night to the sparkles on the hour just was the best. The neighborhood was so fun, easy to navigate and had everything we needed. Proximity to the ET and the river taxis made getting around to other areas of Paris easy and convenient. I stayed multiple days alone and felt very safe both in the neighborhood and the building. Loved meeting Maddy and Philippe on our flight back to the US and learning more about the driving force behind PP and its gracious, welcoming leader. Looking forward to more stays with you. What A Perfect 6th Apartment!

We loved our 5 night stay at Maranges, centrally located in the 6th. First, the location. It is on the 4th floor off Boulevard St Germain, but you do not hear the noise. The 4 metro is a block away, and the 12 is 2 blocks away. You can walk to many, many restaurants & cafes. Shopping is divine! All the small & large shops, including Bon Marche & Le Grand Epicerie are all around. Second, the very quiet & comfortable apartment. It’s nicely furnished; it was just 2 of us, but we loved having the a proper sofa to lounge on, and a table to eat our petite dejuner. The kitchen is top notch, equipped with all your essentials. We only used it for breakfasts, using the Nespresso, and the kettle. Lastly, the local contact -  He spoke English, and was very accommodating. As he knew we landed quite early (7am), he was very accommodating and tried his best to get us into the apartment ASAP (while having previous guests leave that same morning). He showed us the apartment, how to manage the various things like dish and clothes washer. He also sent a nice text detailing all the cool places, and a follow up text to make sure we were alright. We plan on making this apartment part of our rotation when we’re in Paris. It even has a pull out sofa, so if our kids join, we can stick them there!

Two Bedrooms… More Like 2 Wings

What a great apartment to either 2 like us and have a few visitors. The set up is more like having your own wing. We stayed for two months and had 3 couple each stayed a week to 10 days to visit.. the privacy was great! We never heard each other once we went to bed. It was so spacious, comfortable and decorated in a chic and comfortable manner. I have a bad back and always worry about the beds but the master bedroom was so comfortable and the guests said they didn’t know they were on a pull out couch until they went to change the sheets! Everyone said they were shocked at how comfortable. It is in a quiet area which at first we didn’t think we would like but once you walk the. Neighborhood it is like a secret box! We hired a guide who gave us a tour of the Latin Quarter and open our eyes to the history which is fantastic. I highly recommend this apartment but I really don’t know who would use the mezzanine as the staircase is.dangerous and needs some sort of handrail and you can’t stand up. Perhaps children? But I would be terrified of them falling. We didn’t need it at all except to get the extra pillows from it. It is an added something that you don’t need but I am in my mid 60’a so perhaps for someone younger it wouldn’t matter and it would be great for an extra sleeping spot. Natasha met us upon arrive and was so helpful and nice and helped us not only with any small issue we had in the beginning getting use to learning how to use appliance and where things were. She helped with places to go, things to do etc! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with. She was marvelous! As for Paris Perfect they are a first rate company with fabulous service. I haven’t fully unpacked my bags and I am already on their website looking for an apartment in Italy!!
