This two bedroom 2BA, two story, LR/DR and well equipped kitchen is in a perfect location. Needs a spatula.. So easy to get to right or left bank. La Samaritaine is 10 minutes. Grand Epicerie is 10 minutes. This apartment makes you believe you were living among old French aristocracy. After a week, you are living in an actual neighborhood. We arrived way before check-in time, (and we paid for extra) but the brasserie across the way @larosedefrance with Pierre took us in at 8am, stored our luggage and served great coffee, champagne and croissants.. We have used a few apartments thru Paris Perfect but this is best and we will visit again.

We have just returned home from a wonderful stay at the lovely Bellet apartment. The apartment is perfectly located steps from Rue Cler and is spacious, clean and near to metro stops. There were 4 of us and we all loved it! Would highly recommend!

Pomerol was more than perfect for my husband and I. It was comfortable, well-appointed, and in a wonderful neighborhood. It felt like we were borrowing a friend's apartment. Such a unique alternative to a hotel.

The Moselle apartment is nicely appointed inside. It is located within very easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen is small but has everything one needs to cook a full meal, including a large refrigerator. Most of our communications with the Paris Perfect team were handled immediately. There is room for improvement, though. Guests will most likely take the elevator to the seventh-floor apartment. However, the elevator is not for the faint of heart or someone who suffers from claustrophobia. It is incredibly small - about 16 inches deep! The building is undergoing renovations, too, which comes with some construction noise. Once the building renovations are complete, I imagine the base coat on the apartment door will be painted over to make it more welcoming. The metro stops are a bit of a walk from the apartment. The Moselle apartment has the potential to be a nice little Paris apartment, especially for those guests who are brave enough to ride the elevator!

This apartment is beautiful.
This apartment is beautiful. Located down the street from the Eifel Tower and Trocadero. Metro was close by. Check in was easy, we were met there by a rep who explained everything the apartment offered, as well as how to use some of the amenities. Host was friendly and responsive with our questions. Will stay again on our return to Paris for 2024 Olympics, if available.

We have stayed in rental villas, houses and apartments around the globe. This property is among the very best. Stop looking and start booking. You won’t find a better view, lovelier abode, nor more courteous support and ongoing communication than this one. Immaculate, well equipped, walkable to major sites. It made our Paris perfect!!

Wonderful apartment!
Loved Sangiovese! Beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. Bon Marche across the street was wonderful and convenient as well as the grocery store around the corner. Thomas was wonderful. It is on a busy street and with windows open it’s very noisy but once closed you hardly hear anything. Will definitely stay at one of their properties again!

My husband and I stayed at the Saumur in early October. The apartment was so charming and just what we needed at the end of a long day. It was very clean and well taken care of. We loved the balcony! It is on Rue Cler, which is a pedestrian only street and has so many wonderful cafes and shops. We felt like we were on the best street in Paris! The location of the apartment is perfect! Very close to the metro and many sites. Very safe neighborhood! I can not say enough about Paris Perfect! We can’t wait to stay with them again- in London and Italy too!

Loved our stay
This was my first time to Paris and I was traveling with a 10 year old and 16 year old. I needed to make sure that our space was big enough and also centrally located to make getting around easier. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was nice and I felt very safe the whole time. Our greeter, was lovely and ran to the store to grab us some essentials like milk, biscuits, and wine. He gave us tips on his favorite places in the area and was reachable if we needed anything. In terms of noise, I'm from the NYC area so it didn't bother me much - it was actually quieter. I do wish there was another AC in the living room, as I gave the kids the master with the AC and I slept on the pullout sofa with just a fan. All in all, it was great!

This was the third Paris Perfect stay for us, and once again we were in our favorite locations in Paris. For two senior couples the master bedroom and bath were very large and convenient, but the small bedroom and shower area with a very tiny toilet in the hall was a challenge. The apartment was lovely and convenient to everything we needed. Thank you again Paris Perfect.

Perfect Stay
We absolutely love our stays with Paris Perfect and this was no different. D'Anjou is a brilliant location and was a great solution for the 4 of us. The apartment is so thoughtfully appointed that the small space is incredibly functional. We thrived on the daily baguettes. The nearby shops were adorable. We struggled with the TV and the washer-dryer, but it wasn't a big deal. See you next time.

Fabulous Apartment in the 7th Arrondissement
My husband and I enjoyed 6 days in this lovely apartment. From the living room we could watch the Eiffel Tower in all its glory. The space is perfect for a couple and it was so wonderful to have a living room to rest in after walking all over the city. We also shared a glass of wine there each evening before heading out to one of the great restaurants in the neighborhood. We have rented from Paris Perfect so many times that I've lost track. They are very responsive if you have questions before or during your stay. The apartment is so CLEAN. I mentioned this to my husband many times. It's great to have a washer & dryer and there's a fantastic boulangerie just a couple doors down from the entrance. We'd get croissants every morning (calories don't count on vacation) and come back to the apartment to enjoy them with the orange juice and coffee that was graciously provided. We know there are plenty of options to rent from other providers in Paris but you can count on quality, cleanliness and responsiveness from Paris Perfect! We highly recommend them.

Lovely pied-a-terre in central Paris
Descriptions are accurate; lovely pied-a-terre in central Paris. The stairs to 2nd floor are steep but easily manageable with handrail. Easy to get to Metro; loved that baguettes are delivered to building daily. Added benefit is that luggage can be dropped off early, before check-in.

Lovely apartment
This is a perfect apartment - I wanted a balcony overlooking trees and roof tops - and got it! This is on the top floor of a series of apartments (didn't realize they are all Paris Perfect) - and in my opinion is the nicest with the balcony, which is very roomy. Loved being on Place Dauphine and so close to everything in Paris! Quite a compact apartment, but perfect for 2 people. Bedroom by the entry door and stairs (steep, but non threatening) to the kitchen (well equipped - we only used the coffee maker!) and the living room and balcony. Perfect spot and very quiet. Thanks to our greeter. Great communication throughout. I loved using the stairs down (and up) rather than the lift. they are amazing stairs with history seeping through.

We loved it!!
Romanee was perfect for my daughter and me. Great location, lovely main room, private bedrooms and baths for each. And the view! Truly breathtaking when the Tower starts sparkling! We only ate breakfast at the apartment, but the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We loved it!! Note the second bedroom does not have a closet.

A Perfect Stay
We enjoyed our apartment across from the Grand Epicure and Bon Marche! The noise did not affect us, it was not overly loud nor late at night. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed including extra converters and a blow dryer. The location was ideal, a reasonable walk to most major destinations. We loved being able to grab morning coffee and baguettes from the Grand Epicerie and we did some shopping in the iconic Bon Marche. Our host gave us the tour of the apartment and made restaurant suggestions. A lovely stay, we hope to be back!

Spectacular!!
A truly luxurious and incredible apartment! We truly could not get over the views of the Eiffel tower. The kitchen was huge, and the bedrooms were decorated so beautifully. The living room feels so special to simply hang out in! The area is absolutely perfect for shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. The Paris Perfect team were beyond kind and responsive and wonderful to work with. The Victor taxi service was amazing and professional. What an incredible experience overall!

There is a lot to love here
There is a lot to love here. The location is amazing. The street and shops in the pics are 1 block away. Within minutes you are at Eiffel, river cruises, tour services, great shopping, transportation. The Paris Perfect team were amazing. One of the best hosts I have ever worked with. We had a dedicated contact from the team that answered every time I called. Omi also went above and beyond. He met us at 4:30pm when our travel was delayed. I’m from the US but I’ve lived in Paris and Europe for several years so for first time Paris visitors. In terms of price, location and what you get this is an amazing space. It’s not a 5 star hotel. You have to keep in mind that (aside from most hotels) the place you stay is also a Paris experience. By Paris standards it is impeccable and incredibly spacious. It has its quirks but everything was clean and worked. The lift is exactly like every lift in a Paris flat (except it actually works). You can’t do much better for the price.
